Your Main Activities Are

  • As part of your role, you will be in charge of the coordination of TPRM topics across the entity, and the management of internal outsourcing projects.:
      • Coordination of TPRM topics across the entity
        • Actively contribute to the overall governance of the Outsourcing risk management framework
        • Provide outsourcing expertise and administrative support to the Beneficiary or involved parties along the Outsourcing lifecycle
        • Contribute to the management and monitoring of outsourcing contracts and documentation
      • Project Management
        • Support he Beneficiary in the preparation and organisation of internal outsourcing projects 
        • End-to-end project management, from the risk assessment step to the implementation phase, until effective closure of the project
    • TPRM Coordination – Main point of contact on the Outsourcing risk management framework across the entity
    • TPRM Coordination – Monitoring of the internal contracts inventory and Outsourcing Arrangements Register
    • PM – Build/consolidate and maintain the project plan, effectively manage unplanned events, manage dependencies and critical path
    • PM – Interact closely with project contributors and stakeholders (Business SPOCs, Subject Matter Experts, i.e., Compliance, Tax, Legal, HR, Data Protection Office, IT Security etc.)

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Maths/ Engineering/ IT/ Science
  • Between 4 and 7 years of relevant working experience in Project management, Operational Risk, Engeneering, IT or/and Data Analytics
  • Fluency in English both oral and written (mandatory)
  • Knowledge in:
    • Risk Management
    • Organization and strategy

About the Team

  • The COO Office is one of main departments supporting the business. The main teams are Sales and Trader Assistants, Electronic Client Service, Global Data Client Analytics and Business Management
  • As part of your role, you will join a new newly created team, sitting within the Business Management team. The team is in charge of coordinating and managing Third Party Risk Management topics (TPRM) for Global Markets, whether it is related to internal outsourcing (nearshoring and/or offshoring of activities) or external outsourcing (external providers)
