BE PART OF OUR DYNAMIC RSBI TEAM

As a Technical expert / administrator of Data Visualization et Data Preparation solution, you will have to ensure the functioning of existing Dashboards (based on DataViz solutions) et Data preparation tools, and develop new ones for Finance and Actuarial needs

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN RSBI TEAM

  • Create and maintain DataPrep wokflow / tools (Alteryx / Dataiku)
  • Modeling and development of dashboards within PowerBi and Tableau technologies
  •  Write functional and/or technical documentation and create POCs (Proof Of Concept)
  • Ensure diagnostics and resolution of malfunctions
  • Participate to the implementation process improvements
  • Manipulate data to facilitate decisions by Finance teams

AS OUR NEW ACCOUNTING ANALYST, YOU MUST HAVE:

·         Information systems background

·         Professional background about 2/3 years in a similar position

·         Knowledge of Application design and Data Visualization modeling

·         Data Preparation workflow modeling skillls are mandatory (Dataiku and/or Alteryx)

·         Databases / SQL language and Data Modeling (DMC)

·         Data Visualization / Restitution tools (mainly Tableau and Power BI)

·         Be fluent in English (B2/C1 level) and French is a plus

LA TUA FUTURA MISSIONE ALL’INTERNO DEL TEAM EWM COME MECCANICO AUTO E/O OPERATORE AMMINISTRATIVO FLUENTE IN ITALIANO:

Integrato in un call center con una dimensione umana, tra le sue funzioni, dovrai:

·       Informare/ dare istruzioni via telefono ai clienti beneficiari e ai distributori/ tecnici professionisti in caso di danni: passi da seguire, follow up sui file.

·       Analizzare le richieste di assistenza agli interventi delle officine (via telefono o via extranet) che includono:

Ø  Verifica della copertura del contratto.

Ø  Verifica di rilievo ed intervento.

Ø  Verifica dei preventivi – Costi di riparazione stimati

Ø  Verifica dell’adempimento delle condizioni contrattuali

·       Elaborare gli accordi corrispondenti (secondo le ripartizioni per livello)

·       Controllo e codifica delle fatture corrispondenti.

·       Realizzazione di controlli di fatturazione e di prassi dei nostri principali soci.

·       Valutare e gestire l’e-mail, la posta e le fatture.

·       Essere un rinforzo per gli altri dipartimenti e l’attività del servizio

COME NOSTRO NUOVO MECCANICO AUTO E/O OPERATORE AMMINISTRATIVO FLUENTE IN ITALIANO  – TEAM EWM, RICHIEDIAMO:

·       Conoscenze in ambito automobilistico;

·       Esperienza minima di due anni in un call center, preferibilmente nel settore automobilistico e assicurativo (preferibile);

·       Capacità di analizzare e contestare i preventivi dei lavori di riparazione e manutenzione (costi, tempistiche, etc…);

·       Capacità di fornire spiegazioni chiare sulla decisione di reclamo al riparatore e al cliente;

·       Lingue: Eccellente livello di Italiano, buon livello di Inglese. Altre competenze linguistiche saranno un plus;

·       Dominio di strumenti informatici (Microsoft Office);

·       Interessato/a, Organizzato/a, Dedicato/a;

·       Pronto ad aiutare il cliente focalizzando la sua attenzione con rigore e capacità di comunicazione;

À la Direction des Gestion d’Actifs de BNP Paribas Cardif, l’objectif premier est le placement des primes des clients et des capitaux propres pour les faire fructifier.

Les équipes Middle Office Actifs (MOAC), garantissent la bonne exécution des opérations d’investissements / désinvestissements dans le périmètre des marchés domestiques – en France, en Italie et au Luxembourg (qu’il s’agisse d’opérations de toutes natures effectuées dans le cadre de la gestion des fonds en euros, ou qu’il s’agisse des unités de comptes), en s’appuyant sur une expertise et une exigence élevées sur la qualité des données, le pilotage des prestataires parties prenantes de la chaîne de valeur et en conformité avec les exigences réglementaires, et dans le souci des meilleures pratiques de maîtrise du risque.

VOTRE FUTURE MISSION AU SEIN DE L’ÉQUIPE MIDDLE OFFICE ACTIFS

En rejoignant notre équipe Middle Office Actifs, vous serez en charge des missions suivantes :

  • Etre responsable de la qualité des données du référentiel d’entreprise des données d’actifs, et plus particulièrement :
    • Garantir la correcte gestion des workflows de création des titres/tiers/portefeuilles dans le référentiel, dans le respect des demandes des clients internes ;
    • Garantir la collecte des données auprès de fournisseurs d’informations financières, et s’assurer de leur exhaustivité par rapport au périmètre confié ;
    • Contribuer à la complétion des données, dans le respect des nomenclatures et règles de gestion implémentées dans le référentiel ;
    • Contribuer à la mise à disposition des données auprès des applications ou processus clients dans les délais et la qualité convenus ;
    • Contribuer à la réalisation de reportings d’activités nécessaires au pilotage de l’activité et de la qualité des données
  • Contribuer à la remédiation et la correction des processus de qualité et d’intégrité des données :
    • Participer à la réalisation de contrôles sur la qualité et l’intégrité des données, conformément au plan de contrôle défini avec le management ;
    • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus de qualité et d’intégrité des données sur le périmètre confié en relation avec le management, les clients ou toute autre partie prenante du dispositif ;
    • Contribuer aux processus de remédiation/correction ;

  • Préparation et passage des ordres
    • Garantir les investissements et les désinvestissements titres aux dates et heures prévues
    • Garantir les investissements et les désinvestissements espèces aux dates et heures prévues
  • Gestion administrative des opérations (enregistrement)
    • Garantir la fiabilité de la gestion administrative des opérations directement ou en lien avec les Délégataires
  • Pour les UC mandats, Calcul des valeurs liquidatives mandats (VL) :
    • Garantir le calcul des VL des mandats conformément aux règles édictées
    • Garantir le correct prélèvement des frais de gestion administratif et des frais de gestion financière pour les UC mandats
  • Adossement actif – passif : garantir le principe de congruence (UC gestion libre et UC mandats)

EN TANT QUE NOTRE NOUVEAU/NOUVELLE GESTIONNAIRE MIDDLE OFFICE, VOUS DEVREZ AVOIR:

  • Capacité à identifier et prévenir les risques liés aux activités auxquels l’organisation / l’actif / les produits sont exposés
  • Connaissance générale du secteur de la finance, des principaux processus liés et du cadre réglementaire

About the Job

The Business Revenue Account Manager is responsible to guarantee and perform daily controls and monitoring the billing activity, invoicing process across markets, while ensuring all the necessary procedures are created within the deadline.

Responsibilities

▪ Ensure all the controls are documented and signed, including all 4 eyes checks for monthly tasks, setups and changes, and inputs in xPACT. Ensure all the documents/answers to ORC/OPC are provided in the respective deadlines.

▪ Guarantee incidents are logged within the deadline defined, after detection. Follow-up of the incidents on time.

▪ Help preparing internal and external audit files.

▪ Propose/create innovative processes with practical application, that will allow a better performance (time reduction, efficiency on the task, less error rate). Contribute to SWITCH project with WIN applications.

▪ Ensure deadlines are accomplished: follow-up of queries, setup creation and validation, invoice and reports sending. Keep the Team Leader informed of all delays or issues in the production.

▪ Decrease the number of claims.

▪ Manage generic email box and phones: always reply to the e-mails within the deadline defined, provide regular feedback on pending matters any time necessary.

▪ Share knowledge with the other team members, and help the team whenever  necessary

▪ Follow the Team Leader recommendations, referring all relevant matters.

▪ Support the Transformation team and ensure all the documentation/files requested are delivered on time and accurately to improve the Business Revenue Transformation Program. Actively support and implement the TOM strategy.
