- The Information Centre team supports all European BNP Paribas Mergers & Acquisitions teams (Paris, London, Madrid, Frankfurt, Milan…) with business research activities:

- Contribute to supplementing and enriching our digital repository
- Identify and collate data
- Provide our internal clients with value added content and advice

- Bachelor’s degree (Information management, Social Sciences, and related)

- The Settlement Processing Analyst works within the Securities Transaction Management Department and is responsible for the processing of the main processes, which include pre and post settlement activities, clearing, relevant legal documentation, transaction and event-related accounting for securities deemed in scope. - The Events Officer is responsible to assist in the planning and execution of events, as well as management of transversal projects
Your Main Activities Are
- Assist the Events Manager to implement all activities within the objectives, time frame and budget

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE ASSET MANAGEMENT – DATA ADMINISTRATION TEAM
By joining our Middle Office Assets team, you will be responsible for the quality of the data in the corporate reference framework for asset data, and in particular:
- Ensuring the proper management of the creation of workflows/third parties/portfolios in the repository, while respecting the requests of internal clients;
- Ensure that data is collected from financial information providers and is within the scope entrusted to them;
- Contribute to the completion of the data, in compliance with the naming and management rules implemented in the repository;
- Contribute to making data available to customer applications or processes within the agreed deadlines and quality;
- Contribute to the production of the reports needed to manage the business and the quality of the data;
You will also contribute to the remediation and correction of data quality and integrity processes:
- Participate in performing data quality and integrity controls, according to the control plan defined with management;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality and integrity processes within the scope entrusted in relation to management, customers or any other stakeholder in the system;
- Contribute to remediation/remediation processes;
- Contribute to any action to promote the culture of data quality on the perimeters entrusted to the team;
- Contribute to the sharing of knowledge and the dissemination of good practices, in particular through the updating of the activity’s reference documents (procedures, operating methods, …).
AS OUR NEW FINANCIAL DATA ADMINISTRATOR, YOU MUST HAVE:
- Knowledge of Data -> general knowledge of key data issues, related processes or regulatory frameworks;
- Knowledge of Middle Financial Office (processes, main asset classes);
- Knowledge of risks and risk awareness -> general knowledge related to operational risk and ability to reason according to risks;
- Excellent analytical skills
- Market Data provider management
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- Good understanding of French (B1-B2 level)
- Previous experience in the insurance/banking sector would be advantageous

Your Main Activities Are
- Support the monitoring of the electronic communications of the Front Officers of Global Markets, by processing alerts generated by the monitoring tools and escalating suspicious activities.

- Document and appropriately communicate the results of the monitoring and controls to parties involved; Proactively report to stakeholders behaviours or facts that could affect their control environment

The Global Markets Operational and Permanent Control (GM OPC) set-up faces increasing Regulatory and Conduct demands beyond pure Operational Risk. As part of Strategy Conduct and Risk (SCR), GM OPC operates over the 3 main regions, through the three following Practices:
- Regulatory Practice: support any regulatory requirement with a sustainable framework, in line with the dedicated Governance, Control Plan & Risk Assessment
- Conduct Practice: assess and challenge the effectiveness of the Conduct control set-up as well as ensure a full convergence between Conduct Risk Identification, Risk and Control Self-Assessment – RCSA).
- Operational Risk Practice: contribute to protect the business (P&L, reputation)
Your Main Activities Are
- Liaise & Interact with OPC and Front Office teams worldwide on a daily basis
- Provide functional support to BNPP’s internal control tool (ORUS FO) – used by Global Markets Front Officers worldwide
- Manage Front-officers’ on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Manage control plans updates, following the risk assessment or other risk reviews
- Support the OPC team with Ad-Hoc requests (reporting, regulatory, etc.)
- Provide regular reporting on the main OPC risk indicators
- Showing initiative in suggesting improvements on reports and processes and participation in the implementation

Profile and Skills to Success
