  • The Application Portfolio Manager’s mission is to participate in the consistency, adaptability and sustainability of the entire information system. Como People Analytics & Data Engineer a tua missão é transformar dados de Pessoas em inteligência acionável que permita à Direção de Recursos Humanos a adoção de melhores e mais rápidas decisões, recorrendo a soluções técnicas e analíticas avançadas, como bases de dados, dashboards e modelos preditivos.

As suas principais responsabilidades são: 

  • Trabalhar com a equipa RH para analisar dados e identificar tendências e padrões associados aos diversos processos e práticas RH, nomeadamente a nível de engagement, formação, recrutamento, desenvolvimento de competências, políticas salariais, turnover, conformidade, bem-estar, entre outros. 
  • Promover ativamente uma cultura orientada em dados dentro da equipa de RH e da própria organização.
  • Identificar as fontes de informação RH e o tipo de informação que cada uma fornece, bem como identificar e definir as métricas (KPI’s) a serem seguidas em alinhamento com a estratégia da DRH e dos seus departamentos. 
  • Garantir a integridade, consistência e fiabilidade dos dados provenientes das diferentes fontes de dados.
  • Elaborar dashboards, utilizando Power BI, Python, SQL e/ou outras ferramentas analíticas.
  • Apoiar as equipas RH na automatização de processos manuais;
  • Desenvolver, acompanhar e gerir modelos de machine learning aplicados a desafios reais de RH (ex: previsão de turnover, modelos de retenção, etc) – com recurso a ferramentas como Python – garantindo a sua conformidade com o The Artificial Intelligence Act;
  • Com base em métricas e análises preditivas, recomendar ações de acordo com a estratégia e os objetivos da equipa, contribuindo ativamente para a melhoria da Experiência Colaborador, da atração e da retenção de talento.

About the Job
The Mission of the Project Management Officer is to perform Project Portfolio Management Office tasks, support management and project managers in consolidating, reporting and controlling key project portfolio information. The PMO fulfils a variety of functions on a day-to-day basis, including the gathering data about project progress and producing reports, developing PM standards and processes and encouraging the use of those standards and processes.
  
 Your Main Activities Are

  • Design, implement and run the appropriate framework to manage a portfolio of projects
  • Verify project tracking, control and reporting: monitor the management of risks, issues, dependencies, actions, tracking budget, change control and regular reporting
  • Provide materials, input and facilitate governance, dealing with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation from project team members to senior sponsors or internal communication teams
  • Provide project support to selected projects, including aspects such as set up of the project governance, project launch, RAID management, ensuring that the methodology is followed appropriately for the project, preparation of SteerCo materials and minutes, management of project gate approvals and closure
  • Facilitate capacity planning across a portfolio of projects; provide support where needed and communicate resource allocation challenges

  • Own, maintain and communicate the standard project methodology

About the job

The Business Management Team Manager manages a team of Business Management Officers within the CIB Front Office Portugal Department (Global Markets and Global Banking & FIC Portugal), in all topics requiring transversal coordination or consolidation of information such as, for example, HR, Facilities, Finance, community management, or the Governance of the concerned departments. Reporting to the CIB Front Office Chief Of Staff, this role is key in the department’s tranformation journey.

Your Main Activities Are

  • Coordinate deliverables and processes on Finance, HR, Operational Permanent Control, Business Continuity, and other topics related to the management of CIB Front Office Portugal
  • Identify best practices between Global Markets and Global Banking & FIC processes, harmonizing when possible and striving for mutualisation opportunities
  • Lead the local team in providing support to the leadership of the scope/department on daily activities or projects
  • Contribute to the yearly budget process, and the follow-up of the budget

About the job

  • The CTM Capital Markets Officer is involved in setting up and monitoring financing operations and is in direct contact with the Front Office on all matters relating to deals, in particular to ensure the feasibility of their operability
  • The officer is also in charge of the accurate translation of the operations in the Bank’s systems and official reports until the reimbursements of the deals
  • The Middle Officer for Structured Credit Products ensures that the rules applicable to BNP Paribas are complied with in each transaction

Your Main Activities Are

  • To monitor the portfolio, the Middle Officer will interact with a large number of stakeholders, liaise with the Front Office upstream of the signatures of the documentation and assist during the negotiation phase on technical and legal points of the Documentation
  • Involvement in the verification chain of KYC and Customer Bases
  • Understanding of the specificities of deals and, if necessary, search for solutions or agreements

  • Application of Booking Rules, Sharing Charters and Transfer Pricing Agreement (TPA)
  • Study and analysis of up-front commissions in order to comply with Accounting Standards before accounting instructions

  • Instructions for recordings then follow-up of events and of the obligations of Borrowers to Lenders (static data) for recording in the Covenant Manager tool

  • The Cash Management Client Support Officer’s mission is to be the single point of contact to our Corporate Clients for all their Cash Management requests from the account opening on, ensuring high client satisfaction, while protecting the bank interest

Your Main Activities Are

  • Provide Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) clients with a first line entry point for support in their post-sales and post trade activities

  • Finance Improvement Project (FIP) Portugal is a key department within FIP community created in the context of a transformation plan to transfer progressively projects activities from Paris to Portugal by 2025
  • The IT Designers joining FIP Portugal will follow a complete integration program for 6 months  alternating periods of effective training and project activity
  • The aim of FIP integration program is to develop the knowledge of collaborators proposing several options for next position promoting a career path within Finance & Strategy function.

Your Main Activities Are

  • The IT Designer Trainee for Finance projects will assist IT Designers within the team and contribute to the implementation phase of the projects which encompasses to :
    • Analyze the requirements from Business Line or Finance (depending on the nature of the project) based on the framing note of the FIP Project Manager
    • Perform technical gap analysis and technical impact study in order to contribute to the framing note delivered by FIP Project Manager
    • Collaborate with FIP Business Analyst to organize and manage meetings/workshops with stakeholders within Finance project team, Business Lines, IT, Finance end users to design the technical solution of the project respecting methodology and standards
    • Document the technical specifications of the solution to be set up in the financial accounting interpretor
    • Parametrize accounting and reporting rules, according to the standards in terms of norms and systems
    • Contribute to the testing strategy to ensure the quality of the implementation of the project
    • Carry out all unitary tests and integration tests of the project
    • Ensure an aftercare support for Finance end users after delivery of the solution
    • Support Project Managers and Business Analysts in implementing project outcomes and follow up outcomes with stakeholders
    • Participate to project committees by sharing actions/decisions status
    • Facilitate the knowledge sharing within the team
  • The IT Designer Trainee for Finance projects will also contribute to transversal tasks across the department supporting FIP Lisbon managers :
    • Support transversal processes on business activity
    • Support administrative processes in new joiners onboarding
    • Contribute to documentation review
    • Contribute to efficiency with process automation

  • The mission of the Senior Business Application Manager  is to support decision-making and business processes by ensuring functional support for a portfolio of Business Applications and by championing their continuous improvement and constant alignment with Business needs.
