  • The Market and Counterparty Risk Analyst is in charge of monitoring, analysis and reporting of market and counterparty metrics related to risks held in the trading portfolios of the bank
  • ​Additionally, is responsible for ensuring the data quality of the metrics produced to monitor such risks and to participate to the continuous improvements of the monitoring, analysis and reporting framework of such metrics

Your Main Activities Are

  • Monitor and report market metrics as Value-At-Risk (VaR), Stressed Value-At-Risk (sVaR) and Incremental Risk Charge, key sensitivities and stress tests
  • ​Monitor and report counterparty metrics as collateral envelopes, wrong way risks, bilateral initial margin, counterparty risk sensitivities and stress test reports, CCPs and the clearing risks
  • Analyze, review, report and escalate breaches of market risk limits and investigate counterparty limit excess events in accordance with the relevant limit procedures
  • ​Support client-facing teams when simulating new transactions impacts on existing exposures notably when such transactions add or create a limit excess
  • Control the quality of the data used in the various metrics under responsibility, participate to issues resolution with data owners team and activate levers with internal data stakeholders and owners to escalate unresolved issues
  • Alongside other stakeholders, participate to the periodic analysis, review, reporting and possibly sign-off of different regulatory or capital related metrics as French Banking Law and Volker Rule, P&L Explain, regulatory Stress Tests, counterparty exposures, specific Wrong Way Risks, CVA Value at Risk
  • Participate to the agenda and content of regular forums such as market risk limit committees, client clearing main positions, collateral forums
  • Coordinate and participate to the regular review of the limits calibration, related framework and procedures reviews and improvement

This Team based in Porto city was created to extend the operation of our Client, ICARE, to the European market. ICARE is leader in the French market for warranty in the automobile field and aims to project this experience to the European market through our platform.

Today German and Italian are our main markets but We have already started the operation in Spain, Portugal and Check Republic and We intend to open England, Sweden and more, until 2025.

Our main activities are managing dealer warranty, extended warranty and maintenance contracts by handling authorization requests or contract management request for multiple products depending on the country and partner, all from the same platform and location.

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN EWM TEAM

  •  Ensure the SLAs agreed with our client and assist in operational audits
  •  Maintain updated Operational guidance documentation in accordance with frequent product launches or updates and guide the team throughout these updates

Integrato in un call center con una dimensione umana, tra le sue funzioni, dovrai:

  •      Informare/ dare istruzioni via telefono ai clienti beneficiari e ai distributori/ tecnici professionisti in caso di danni: passi da seguire, follow up sui file.

COME NOSTRO NUOVO TECNICO AUTO PER LAVORO AMMINISTRATIVO – FLUENTE IN ITALIANO – TEAM EWM, RICHIEDIAMO:

·       Formazione e/o esperienza e/o connoscenze in ambito automobilistico (Meccanico, Meccatronico, Tecnico, Assemblatore, Ingegneria meccanica o equivalente. Diploma tecnico o scuola professionale in ambito meccanico o settore analogo; formazione e/o esperienza in ambito autofficina, vendita e post vendita auto, saranno valorizzate); 

·       Esperienza in ambito call center, preferibilmente nel settore automobilistico e assicurativo, sarebbe un plus;

·       Capacità di analizzare e contestare i preventivi dei lavori di riparazione e manutenzione (costi, tempistiche, etc…);

·       Capacità di fornire spiegazioni chiare sulla decisione di reclamo al riparatore e al cliente;

LA TUA FUTURA MISSIONE ALL’INTERNO DEL TEAM EWM COME OPERATORE AMMINISTRATIVO FLUENTE IN ITALIANO:

Integrato in un call center con una dimensione umana, tra le sue funzioni, dovrai:

·       Informare/ dare istruzioni via telefono ai clienti beneficiari e ai distributori/ tecnici professionisti in caso di danni: passi da seguire, follow up sui file.

·       Analizzare le richieste di assistenza agli interventi delle officine (via telefono o via extranet) che includono:

Ø  Verifica della copertura del contratto.

Ø  Verifica di rilievo ed intervento.

Ø  Verifica dei preventivi – Costi di riparazione stimati

Ø  Verifica dell’adempimento delle condizioni contrattuali

·       Elaborare gli accordi corrispondenti (secondo le ripartizioni per livello)

·       Controllo e codifica delle fatture corrispondenti.

·       Realizzazione di controlli di fatturazione e di prassi dei nostri principali soci.

·       Valutare e gestire l’e-mail, la posta e le fatture.

·       Essere un rinforzo per gli altri dipartimenti e l’attività del servizio

COME NOSTRO NUOVO OPERATORE AMMINISTRATIVO FLUENTE IN ITALIANO  – TEAM EWM, RICHIEDIAMO:

·       Conoscenze in ambito automobilistico;

·       Esperienza minima di due anni in un call center, preferibilmente nel settore automobilistico e assicurativo;

·       Capacità di analizzare e contestare i preventivi dei lavori di riparazione e manutenzione (costi, tempistiche, etc…);

·       Capacità di fornire spiegazioni chiare sulla decisione di reclamo al riparatore e al cliente;

·       Lingue: Eccellente livello di Italiano, buon livello di Inglese. Altre competenze linguistiche saranno un plus;

·       Dominio di strumenti informatici (Microsoft Office);

·       Interessato/a, Organizzato/a, Dedicato/a;

O Gestor de Zona tem como missão principal gerir e fidelizar os pontos de venda dos Parceiros na sua zona de atuação, formando os seus colaboradores e trabalhando para que sejam alcançados os objetivos de produção, penetração de seguros e de risco estabelecidos.

Purpose and Scope of the role

The position is a Quantitative Methodology Senior Analyst role in the Valuation Adjustments team within RISK Market & Financial Institutions (“RISK MFI”).

RISK MFI provides the Senior Management of the Group, of the RISK Function and of Corporate & Institutional Banking (“CIB”) with full transparency and dynamic analysis and monitoring of market, counterparty, liquidity risks originated and managed by CIB GM and of credit risks on Financial Institutions in order to assist them in their risk decision making and monitoring.

The Valuation Adjustments stream is responsible for the valuation adjustments methodologies on Fair and Prudent value (reserves, methodology corrections and independent price verification) from their design, maintenance, implementation, regular calibration, analysis, monitoring and reporting.

The Valuation Adjustment team works within an Agile framework.

Responsibilities of the Quantitative Methodology Specialist role

  • Lead or contribute to the maintenance and design of existing or new methodologies based on (1) knowledge and expertise on the underlying products; and (2) proper quantitative analysis using historical data and simulation.
  •  Assess the impact of internally or externally driven updates to the methodology set and communicate with the relevant stakeholders (trading, quantitative research, risk managers, risk methodology approvers, audit, . ) before release.
  • Perform the calibration of Valuation Adjustments methodologies at the defined frequency leveraging large data sets of market information
  • Continuously develop and improve a critical opinion about the data set used in the methodologies under responsibilities, exploring and integrating new sources and regularly assessing the quality of the existing set.
  •  Manage and overview the computation, validation and reporting of monthly & quarterly VAs.
  • Analyse the monthly variations of VAs stocks from complex methodologies used for exotics products and communicate them to relevant stakeholders (Trading, Market Risk, Quantitative Research, Finance) across the relevant business lines (Credit, Rates & FX, Equities, Commodities).
  • Represent the team in the committees related to Valuation Adjustments
  • Lead small projects to improve the efficiency and reliability of the team processes, by developing automated solutions leveraging high industrialization standards, or integrating the methodologies under responsibility into IT platform in close collaboration with IT development and Digital teams.

Role Competencies

  • Ability to gather, prioritise and integrate large amounts of information, to process and simplify it
  • Ability to systematically produce relevant documents with accurate, precise and verified information
  • Ability to act in advance of a future situation, to take control and initiatives to implement relevant actions in the short and long term
  • Able to identify solutions to overcome obstacles and drive results to conclusion working autonomously and implementing work processes, ideas and solutions with tenacity.
  • Effectively deliver and adapt complex messages according to the targeted audience
  • Value and integrate client’s feedback to improve products, services and processes.

 Skills, experience and qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Applied Mathematics, Science or Engineering. Advanced degree or professional certifications like FRM or CFA are a plus.
  • 7 to 12 years of working experience in a relevant financial market methodology field. A previous experience in Market Risk Management is an advantage.
  • Good computer programming skills. Knowledge of Python is required.
  • Good knowledge of Financial & Risk management concepts as well as derivatives products recommended.
