Your Main Activities Are
I. Client Enablement:
- Responsible for managing and implementing all Client/User Enablement requests to BNP Paribas electronic trading platforms including our Single dealer Platform (Cortex Suites, Smart Derivatives), Multi Dealer platforms such as Bloomberg, Tradeweb, FXall, 360t and FIX API Connections
- Relationship with other departments – Sales, Trading and IT Support Teams to manage the configuration of Pricing and Client margin across various platforms
II. Business Support:
- Resolve issues across all BNP Paribas electronic products and services, ensuring a quick and effective resolution
- Ensure clients are connected, being priced and able to trade at all times
- Monitor the status of all systems and electronic trade flows
- Using data-mining analysis tools to identify issues
- Provide business support to Trading & Sales
- Working closely with IT, Credit Risk, Legal, Compliance, etc
III. Pricing Configuration:
- Manage all pricing and tier changes for Sales and Trading in the respective gateways
- Manage price controls and limits across all products, ensuring all changes are properly controlled and approved prior to implementation
IV. eBusiness Optimisation:
- Client Engagement Activities: monitor new client activity as well as dormant clients and users, follow up on credit and limit issues
- Conduct client feedback surveys to ensure ECS is meeting customer expectations, improving service levels and product development as needed
- Record all Client Engagement activities in our ecommerce CRM tool to ensure accurate and meaningful MIS around Client Engagement
- Constantly review manual process and suggest new operating models to improve efficiency

Electronic Client Solutions (ECS) is a global team within the COO group, with teams based in London, Lisbon, New York and Singapore, ECS represents the backbone of BNP Paribas’s Electronic trading offering.

- The Reconciliation Officer’s main mission is to guarantee and perform the daily control and monitoring of the Bank accounts reconciliation between Back Offices Operations and Custodians databases in accordance with the Group policy, ensuring the objectives and the best practices of the department

This position will allow the applicant to become a central player within BNPP CCP domain, the latter an essential market infrastructure in the daily activity of the Bank. About the Team
As part of Financial Institutions Coverage (FIC) within Global Banking (GB), the Institutional Credit Analysts Team (ICAT) oversees credit analyses of all institutional clients, intragroup entities, sovereigns and market infrastructures. In this domain, the Market Infrastructure – Central Clearing Counterparties (CCP) Team provides a holistic view of risks facing by these market infrastructures, integrating counterparty credit risk analysts as well as quantitative analysts within the team. About the job
- The Market Abuse L1 Trainee will support the Market Abuse L1 Compliance teams, by performing initial tasks required within a Market Abuse investigation. These tasks will be performed as a complement and initial steps of the more detailed Market Abuse investigation, performed by the team (Officers, Senior Officers and Onshore Teams)
Your Main Activities Are
- Analyze market abuse alerts (from Insider Dealing and Market Manipulation scenarios) by reviewing the contents of the alert, conductingan investigation using internal tools and external sources of information and reaching sensible and well-documented conclusions in accordance with the applicable operating procedure
- Deliver a timely and efficient analysis by ensuring alerts are correctly prioritized by order of date or risk category and by handling the alerts efficiently
- Contribute to define the team’s appropriate risk base approach as well as to the overall team’s efficiency and reduce number of alerts escalated to Level 2
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools by identifying and measuring process inefficiencies or tool deficiencies, escalating these so that proposed changes can be assessed and sharing best practice with other Market Abuse Teams and Compliance Hub Teams
- Contribute to the team’s organization and coherence by facilitating discussions with the team (e.g. at morning meetings)
- Participate in transversal tasks or projects assigned by Team Leader, that consolidate the team’s knowledge

Since 2015, BNP Paribas Wealth Management has a competences center in Lisbon, the Portugal International Markets Hub (“PIMH”). This center manages certain activities for the International Markets (“IM”) sites of BNPPWM namely Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany and Monaco.
BNPP Wealth Management operations teams are currently growing in Portugal, and this is a very interesting opportunity to join the growing PIMH family as a SECURITIES TRANSACTIONS – EQUITIES&FUNDS Team Leader.
Your main activities are
Being part of the Securities Transactions Team, you are required to manage the daily tasks of the activity such as, and not exhaustively:
- Accounting transactions and settlement management.
- Assure the appropriate management of all transactions received to be accounted on the clients’ portfolios.
- Ensure the correct prioritization and risk management considering dates, amounts and client’s classification (VIP).
- Analyze all operations since the set up in order to pro-actively manage any error or potential risk. Communicate with another team or the RM if necessary to clarify.
- Check and match traded operations with the confirmations received from Counterparties or Custodians
- Ensure the correct booking in internal systems on the client’s portfolio, with minimum error.
- Send the settlements instructions to our different custodians according with the instructions received from the different counterparties and markets.
- Assure the correct follow up through the reconciliation tool of pending operations in the market, to be settle on the value date. Ensure the proper actions are done when needed to avoid settlement delays.
- Ensure the payments are done considering the currency cut-off.
- Follow-up personal and Team’s mailbox to ensure correct prioritization and treatment.

- Ensure the activity controls allocated are properly done, with rigor and according to the procedures.
- Manage breaks and ensure they are identified and justified more detailed and accurate as possible.
- Ensure that all evidence is kept in the proper folders, available for permanent control.
- Ensure cash and securities positions reconciliations by comparing custodian reports and statements, and the extractions from the internal system (Derivatives).
- Ensure cash outstanding are properly justified and all the necessary actions are taken on duly time to close them.

Inserido na Direção de Sistemas de Informação (SI), o Information Security Officer (ISO) deve garantir que as regulamentações de segurança IT são respeitadas e implementadas de acordo com as regras do grupo BNPP e de acordo com os padrões da indústria.
Destacamos as seguintes responsabilidades:
- Identificar, acompanhar e relatar riscos de IS security específicos no seu perímetro;
- Definição das medidas de segurança a implementar nos vários projectos, incluído os da Cloud.
- Coordenar a classificação dos IT assets (de acordo com o critério C.I.A.T);
- Certificar-se que as regulamentações locais para a segurança IT são respeitadas;
- Certificar-se que o processo de desenvolvimento de software inclui os itens de segurança corretos e tem corretamente em consideração as medidas de IT Security;
- Implementar autorizações de acesso IS para o seu perímetro.
- Implementar controlos internos de segurança IT;
- Monitorizar ameaças e vulnerabilidades de IT security e relata qualquer anomalia ou incidente de IT Security;
- Informar e participar periodicamente nos comités de IS Security;
- Promover a política de segurança e os documentos relacionados (artigos jurídicos, diretivas funcionais, modelos, melhores práticas…);
- Contribuir para campanhas de consciencialização e de treino de IS Security;
- Auxiliar e aconselhar colegas e utilizadores sobre tópicos de IS Security;

- Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia Informática ou Security;

- The Administrative Assistant’s main mission is to provide support to executives, senior managers and teams based in Paris, London and Portugal in achieving their strategic objectives by helping with administrative tasks

Your Main Activities Are
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support to managers based locally or onshore
