Your Main Activities Are
• Execute supplier risk assessment and monitoring (supplier risk analysis and performance, supplier risk committee)
• Perform Know Your Supplier (KYS) screening and management
• Execute operational risk management by defining and communicating the procurement norms and control plans as well as performing the execution of controls
• Perform baseline spend analysis and other performance analysis
• Develop reporting production (including performance indicators)
• Perform market research for the different segments of purchases to keep up with market trends
• Facilitate tools development and administration within the Procurement scope
• Implement, report and promote Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for Procurement activity
• Perform travel management support activities for the Territory
Profile and Skills to Success
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management
• Excellent communication skills and an intermediate level of English
• Good organizational skills and ability to collaborate with others
• Analytical ability
About the Team
• Territory Procurement Back Office provides with effective support to the Front Office team or internal clients on their operational and steering activities, action plan definition, selection of suppliers, monitoring of supplier performance or risk, supplier reporting or remediation plans
• Territory Procurement Back Office guarantees the travel management activity for Portugal territory, in accordance to GSS procedures and identifies and overseas the projects implementation to improve procurement tools and processes and foster the CSR approach within the procurement processes, and it’s reporting to the Group
