About the job

  • The Source to Pay (S2P) Supporting Solutions Officer position is in charge of the 1st level of support on the platforms and processes related to the Sourcing to Pay Solutions bearing the Group Strategic Sourcing processes

Your Main Activities Are

  • Provide first-line support on SAP, Ivalua, Readsoft, Concur, BI and internal tools to businesses and entities using the tools in the Group
  • Perform high-level functional analysis of incidents and propose solutions in collaboration with the business analysts of second level of support
  • Execute daily controls on sourcing and cost accounting tools to ensure systems are available and running smoothly
  • Participate in PC (Permanent Controls) and ensure the needed documentation
  • Ensure significant incident communication to management and internal Stakeholders
  • Ensure RTS/Ticketing compliance among stakeholders
  • Ensure communication process to users of the solutions
  • Administer some of master data of the platforms that support the S2P process (e.g. WBS/Organizational data)
  • Apply Quality & integrity criteria to his/her perimeter/scope of responsibility. E.g. monitor data sources; perform analysis of rejected data, among others
  • Handle access rights tickets and security-related tasks (recertification), considering the defined SLA’s and procedures, acts upon request from business, controls and makes appropriate updates

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Up to 2 years of Experience in Accounting and Finance, Data Analytics or Information Technology
  • Knowledge in Finance/Tax
  • Knowledge in Operations and Processes – Transaction processing and data capture
  • Proficient in Business Intelligence SAP Business Objects
  • Proficient in Financial Software ERP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Communication skills – oral & written
  • Attention to detail/rigor
  • Ability to collaborate/Teamwork
  • Ability to understand, explain and support change
