Le/la gestionnaire recouvrement est rattaché/e au Responsable recouvrement. Il/elle est responsable du recouvrement d'un portefeuille de créances. Les actions menées doivent prendre en considération les axes de développement de la filiale tant en terme de produits que de marchés et être réalisées dans un esprit de transversalité avec les autres directions de la filiale. Le collaborateur se doit d’exercer ses missions de manière responsable en respect des valeurs et convictions du Groupe BNPP – Code de conduite- et notamment des principes de Diversité et d’inclusion

Your Main Activities Are

  • Traiter les liens confiés, effectuer des actions de relance par téléphone / mails / autres afin de qualifier les factures -Traiter les appels et courriers entrants
  • Mise à jour des fiches interlocuteurs
  • Vérifier l'activité du client afin de poser les bonnes questions lors de la relance acheteur – Analyser le comportement de l'acheteur (typologie) afin d'adapter son discours et prendre les bonnes décisions
  • Détecter les prestations ou facturation non conformes. Informer le client du litige
  • Transmettre au département Juridique les créances détectées à risque, (acheteur en RJ/LJ ou fausse facture.)
  • Faire remonter les réclamations acheteurs /clients et aider à leurs résolutions
  • Participer à la productivité du département en proposant des axes d'amélioration
  • Agir conformément aux instructions de la Conformité en matière de Lutte Contre le Blanchiment d’argent, de Financement du Terrorisme, de fraude fiscale, de Corruption interne et externe, d’Intégrité des Marchés, de lois Bancaires et Fiscales, et applique les directives en matière de Sanctions Financières internationales et de politiques KYC
  • Veiller à ce que la société respecte le principe de protection des Intérêts clients dans le cadre de la commercialisation des produits et services, en s’assurant de comprendre les besoins du client, de le traiter de façon équitable, et en l’informant de façon claire et exacte . Agit avec éthique et intégrité, conformément au code de conduite

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Academic Degree (preferential) or 12th grade (mandatory)
  • At least 2 years of professional experience
  • Fluency in French (mandatory)
  •  Factoring
  • Middle office operation
  • Processing of transactions and data entry
