About the job

  • The HR Consulting Lisbon Internal Consultants will contribute to various projects from the HR Consulting’s project portfolio around 2025 People Strategy, Group HR Efficiency and Group HR tools. The projects can cover all the GHR activities, in Lisbon, Paris or elsewhere in the world and will be conducted in collaboration with the central HR Consulting team.
  • The Lisbon HR Consulting team is reporting globally to the Head of HR Consulting in Paris (HR Solutions) and locally to the Head of  CIB Consulting Lisbon.
  • In addition to their role on projects, the HR Consulting Senior Consultant in Lisbon will also be in charge of the day to day HR Consulting Lisbon coordination and will act as first point of contact with the Head of HR Consulting in Paris and the Head of CIB Consulting Lisbon.

Your Main Activities Are

  • Contribute to the Project framing with the Sponsor(s) and Product Owner(s), including definition of the deliverables and project planning
  • Prepare and participate in workshops and meetings using relevant techniques and providing insightful results.
  • Report project achievements & progress
  • Seek proactively to participate and help the team beyond the assigned duties
  • Communicate and receive constructive feedback both in formal and informal ways
  • Contribute to the supervision of the HR Consulting team in Lisbon, in coordination with the Head of HR Consulting and the Head of CIB Consulting in Lisbon
  • Provide support to the other team members, facilitate knowledge sharing and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Master’s degree in Business Management, Engineering or related areas
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Project Management and Consulting and Human Resources
  • English fluent
  • Proficient in Organisation and Strategy
  • Ability to manage a project
  • Ability to develop others and improve their skills
  • Ability to influence and results driven
  • Proficient in MS Office Pack – Excel and Powerpoint
