About the job

  • The role sits within the Cash Management Support team of Client Management, acting as a single point of contact to manage the smooth onboarding of BNP Paribas Corporate clients from the account opening on and provide a best in class day to day support. The Team Leader works with and supports the Client service officer in delivering high quality service, in accordance with the bank’s policies and procedures, as well as local and global rules and regulations

Your Main Activities Are

  • Act as a single point of contact to support corporate clients for all their cash management queries
  • Organize work and is responsible for the proper allocation of tasks, based on a structured prioritization and capacity management system
  • Ensure the managing of client queries is smooth and in accordance with procedures/policies and within lead times
  • Work in close partnership and acting as a coordinator with both internal and external stakeholders to manage client requests effectively
  • Manage risk and ensure the respect of compliance rules at Bank level and BCE, protection of the interests of the Bank and the Client, including fees and billing
  • Manage risk and ensure team development as well as define, implement and maintain activity metrics and reporting
  • Respect and promote the management system in place for production control and monitoring (e.g. whiteboard, Production meetings, Business Committees with Stakeholders (SLA), etc.)
  • Organize regular team meetings to encourage exchange of ideas and monitor projects and initiatives
  • Provide the team with the necessary means to do the job as expected (relevant training and coaching, motivating environment), implement and maintain activity metrics and reporting
  • Develop quality of service, improve client satisfaction and Net Promoter Score

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or other similar    
  • At least 5 years of experience in Cash Management and/or Banking and Financial Operations
  • Advanced level of English, both written and oral
  • Ability to develop and adapt a process
  • Ability to understand, explain and support change
  • Communication skills, both written and oral
  • Creativity and innovation / problem solving
  • Client focused
