  • BNP Paribas Portugal is looking for professionals with experience in Application deployment & support to support HR department in its digital transformation projects, as part of a permanent team in charge of critical HR Systems. If you are interested in IT tools and HR processes and you are keen on developing technical knowledge in HR dedicated systems, this job is for you
  • The team’s mission is to deliver flexible, customer-oriented, high quality and cost-effective HR tools and services to BNP Paribas employees and HR teams. The HR Tools will cover the following HR processes: Learning & Development, Recruitment & Mobility, Performance & Career, among others
  • You are part of a “squad” dedicated to an HR Tool, with members located in Brussels and in Lisbon who daily work together in a strong collaboration to reach the same set of goals. We work closely together with Group HR in Paris and the HR departments in more than 70 countries
  • Within this department, the team “HR Referential and Global Reporting” is looking for HR Tools officers/specialists to handle referential-related topics
    • The repository of Organisation, Persons and Locations (OPAL) and its management tool, the Group phonebook and the employee self-service application.
    • The referential of competences (Skilleo) feeding other HR Tools with the standard Group competences
    • The standard jobs repository (JAD) available for the Group, to be used to identify the activity of each employee
    • The Group reporting tool (Global Reporting), used by 800 users worldwide, within the Group to produce operational reporting on headcount, compensation, turnover, mobility
    • The collector of HR Data (Edgahr) fed by more than 200 sites worldwide, and in charge to feed HR and non-HR applications with the received data. And the application (Sacha) which holds the history of compensation data
Your Main Activities Are
  • Your activities will focus on one of the HR Referential described above
  • Global common activities
    • Acquire and maintain a deep knowledge of the concerned applications and their interaction with other HR/non-HR applications
  • Deploy & follow up of tool evolutions
    • Contribute to the Change Requests backlog management, advise Product owner on priority
    • Change management, gap analysis, training, follow up & test evolutions on tools
    • Run the periodic access review process
    • Help/Animate the users/administrators’ communities (Communications, Sounding boards, Sharepoint,…) and keep good trust relationship with them
    • Collaborate with other GHR teams, IT teams based in Paris and with entities worldwide
  • Specific activities by tool
  • The repository of Organisation, Persons and Locations (OPAL)
    • Help new entities implementing the management of their organization and persons (according to the governance in place), by giving training and support
    • Support and advice local coordinators in the use of its management tool
    • Implement changes in the highest level of the structure of the Group, including the identification of potential impacts of these changes on the ecosystem of OPAL
    • Execute mass imports, data extractions on request of the local entities
  • The collector of HR Data (Edgahr)
    • As tool expert, deploy data hub data feeding mechanism in new entities acquired by the Group; this includes a training on the way to use the tool
    • Support the tool specialist in the handling of complex tasks/activities/tickets
    • Support feeding sites, by providing Training for new users, help in the feeding process (calendar, data to send, timing, understanding of error reports produced …)
    • Support other HR Tools teams (My Development, About Me) in understanding and fixing “issues” caused by HR data
    • Follow up very carefully the data feeding calendar (opening, closing, distribution generations, corrections) and contact the IT team in Paris in case of issues
    • Based on the most frequent errors occurring during the feeding, suggest and participate to data quality projects to increase the reliability of data
  • The Reporting tool (Global Reporting)
    • Develop standard reports that are to be used by all users
    • Support users by providing training for new users, help in creation/maintaining reports, help in the use of the tool
  • The Jobs & Activities Directory (JAD)
    • Implement changes at the highest level of the JAD structure
    • Support and advice local coordinators in the use of JAD
  • The Skills catalogue (Skilleo)
    • In collaboration with Paris, work on the releases of the Group skills catalogue via the dedicated sharepoint
    • Coordinate the translation phase and support language owners, ensure the correct integration into Skilleo tool with IT
Profile and Skills to Success
  • Education / Experience
  • Master degree / Bachelor degree
  • An experience of at least 2 years in similar position
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English is a must
  • Good knowledge of French is an added value

  • Excellent communication skills : able to simplify complex concepts towards our users
  • Data-oriented : able to quickly understand the data, their relationships, the modelling, and confident to work with complex data
  • Project-oriented when required : analytical, organized, critical, didactical
