About the job

·         BNP Paribas Portugal is looking for a Business Application Management Team Manager to lead a team in charge of critical Human Resources (HR) Systems, with the mission is to deliver flexible, customer-oriented, high quality and cost-effective HR tools and services to BNP Paribas employees and HR teams and assist HR department in its digital transformation projects

·         The HR Tools will cover the following HR processes: Learning and Development, Recruitment and Mobility, Performance and Career, etc

Your Main Activities Are

·         You will report hierarchically to Hub HR Solutions Manager in Lisbon and functionally to the Head of HR Tools in Brussels

·         You will be in constant interaction with the team members in Lisbon, in order to facilitate their mission or ongoing work within the squad

·         You will develop and maintain a strong collaboration with Tools managers in Brussels. Each tool manager will manage the day-to-day operational activities held in Lisbon and Brussels

·         You will be responsible for ensuring the proximity management with the members of all squads:

o   Create an inspiring team environment

o   Promote dialogue, trust and commitment

o   Distribute general information coming from HR Tools in Brussels or Group HR in Paris

o   Manage administrative tasks (absences, homeworking, etc.)

o   Develop team members’ skills         

o   Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any possible relationship issues 

o   Co-responsible for determining and evaluating the goals with HR Tools managers

o   Participate to the recruitment of the staff members with HR Tools managers

Profile and Skills to Success

·         Bachelor degree in Business Management

·         Fluency in English is required

·         More than 5 years of professional experience in IT or other relevant areas

·         Proficiency in MS Office, namely Excel and Powerpoint
