About the Team

  • Territory Management Office is part of the Local COO department, and it is focused on 4 main verticals:
    • Providing business management support to the Chief Operating Officer and the Territory Chief of Staff perimeters
    • Delivering project office activities that positively impact the territory transversally
    • Supporting senior management on establishing long-lasting links with key external institutions & entities
    • Delivering specialized project and business management services across EMEA

About the job

  • The team is looking for a trainee profile whose mission will be to contribute to the Territory strategic projects, tasks and initiatives where the team is involved, bringing fresh perspectives, ideas and insights, aiming to achieve collective goals and deliverables, while allowing the trainee to build their own professional path by learning from experienced team members.

Your Main Activities Are

  • Act as key contributor in strategic projects and business management deliverables, working closely with the team to directly support both the Territory COO and the Territory Chief of Staff
  • Help organizing annual and ad doc department events for different stakeholders (senior management included) i.e. manage event logistics, including contact with external providers, venue selection, catering arrangements and equipment set-up, collect and analyse event feedback to identify areas of improvement
  • Create communication content, namely department email communications, newsletters and other institutional communications
  • Collaborate with team members to develop important documents and presentations, and other necessary materials

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Academic degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Business Management, Project Management or related areas
  • Fluency in English
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office pack
  • Interest in Events Management and/or Communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized
  • Energetic, proactive, determined, change driven, positive attitude, results-oriented
  • Act with integrity, discretion, privacy and confidentiality
  • Great team spirit
