About the job
- Reporting to the Procurement and Performance Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Solutions Deployments Team Manager, the Senior Project Manager oversees planning and execution of APAR solutions deployments (Sap Modules, Sap Concur) for BNP Paribas entities based on a standard Core Model within the Process Industrialisation Digitalisation (PID) department
- Preferred career Path: Progress from SAP Consultant/Analyst → Senior Consultant → Project Manager, building expertise in both SAP technology and project management
Your Main Activities Are
- Define and confirm project goals and objectives with stakeholders and conduct the Project
- Develop detailed project plans and track progress against scope, schedule, and adherence to budget
- Translate customer needs into functional specifications aligned with the Core Model
- Perform risk management: identify risks and develop response plans
- Follow up test scenarios
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Monitor project performance and reports to management
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or any relevant field
- From 5 to 7 years as a Project Manager
- Fluent in English
- Sap Knowledge (or other ERP) – Familiarity with Accounts Payables/Receivables processes
- Project management methodology knowledge (applied practically)
- End-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process understanding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Project lifecycle management: planning (scope, schedule, budget), execution, monitoring and control
- Risk and issue anticipation with mitigation planning
- Strong team player, organized, rigorous, accurate and result oriented
- Proactive, self-starter attitude with dynamism in fast-changing environments
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal/written skills – able to translate technical concepts into business terms, negotiate with business audiences, unblock issues, and report to management
