About the job

    • The role of Project Manager – Lean Coach focuses on identifying and facilitating transformation and continuous improvement, inclusive of but not limited to steering & aiding IT teams (production and development), identify and execute process / service improvements to increase quality and timeliness of business deliveries to the Bank’s clients; and promote the BizDevOps transition journey of BP2S organization, from an APS (Application Production Support) perspective
    • This role reports to Head of BP2S APS Regional Centre and will report globally to the Head of IT CTO Office
    • The purpose of this role is to support and coach the BP2S Application Production Support towards BizDevOps transformation and Quality in Delivery initiatives

Your Main Activities Are

    • Drive Quality in Delivery transversal initiatives
      • By leading or co-leading Global, transversal initiatives that involves End-to-end process reviews, identification of weak points across value chains
      • By coaching teams in Problem Solving methodologies lean and agile
      • By fostering improvement of collaboration between operations, IT to address issues met in Quality and/or Delivery of the Bank’s services to its clients
    • Process Improvements, CSI Journey, Improvement ideation and execution for Regional Centre
      • By representing the interests of the team towards continuous improvement and facilitating program execution
      • By warranting people working for the team are of the Continuous Service Improvement and process improvement targets, and ensuring they work towards this cause
      • By mobilizing team members to work towards identification of improvement opportunities and helping them by engaging relevant stakeholders to execute the improvements
      • By being client-facing when appropriate or required
      • By aiding in identification of Service improvement opportunities, globally, and executing them by coordinating with various stakeholders
      • By warranting that the relationship between BP2S Production services/departments are smooth, simple, efficient, in order to ensure the missions of whole BP2S Production
      • By co-managing and promoting the vision and the missions of APS
      • By ensuring release’s quality and problems fix deliveries are sufficient enough to keep production stable
      • By ensuring a reliable and efficient improvement delivery model with adequate communication for internal clients
      • By contributing towards meeting and exceeding of KPIs and governance metrics/targets signed up in production and aiding APS to succeed in their vision
    • Root Cause Problem Solving support on Incidents Management
      • Works in collaboration with others Managers in order to ensure an accurate communication on the issues faced when a client’s activity is impacted
      • Share best practices amongst the different locations
      • Ensure a good level of coordination and communication with other processes/incident managers/functions when necessary
      • Ensure international follow-up with extender teams in their perimeter and help teams reach the Root Cause

Profile and Skills to Success

    • Bachelor Degree in Business Management or related
    • Between 5 to 8 years of experience in Information Technology or similar
    • ITIL Certification
    • Agile and/or Lean strong knowledge
    • Advanced level of English, both written and oral
    • Ability to collaborate/Teamwork
    • Attention to detail / rigor
