Presentation Designer

• Presentation Design in the Lisbon IB Publishing Team working directly with BNP Paribas Investment Banking Professionals of Advisory, Capital Markets, and Coverage, across the EMEA region

• Collaborating with financial analysts and other Investment Banking professionals to transform financial data into visually appealing and coherent presentations
• Design and enhance pitch decks, investment memorandums, and other crucial documents for client meetings and transactions
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines, while incorporating innovative design concepts
• Provide creative input to enhance the visual storytelling of the presentations developed
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate cutting-edge design elements to maintain a competitive edge
• Correct recurrent typos, spelling, and syntax, ensuring changes are traceable
• Assist in maintaining a database of standard presentation materials (template slides / maps / iconography / images)
• Train new users in PowerPoint and other tools, and impart BNPP best practices when required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Fine Arts and Design or Marketing and Communications
• Up to two years of professional experience in Marketing and Communications or at least three years of professional experience in Administrative Support
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
