  • IT Project Management Officer mission consists in contribute to the definition, design and implementation of a solution that meets a requirement expressed by a stakeholder, taking into account the resources allocated, the deadlines, budget, compliance rules and the Group’s applicable best practices
  • In the framework of building CIB Portugal IT and CIB IT Europe IOC team we aim to reinforce the Steering and Governance team with 3 positions dedicated to the areas of 1) Finance, 2) Organization and Governance, 3) Sourcing, HR and Skills

Your Main Activities Are

  • The primary responsibility of PMOs is to handle the support for project management thereby providing the necessary support for the decision-making process to all stakeholders
  • Play an advisory role (alerts, risks and recommendations) for project, portfolio, program or senior manager
  • Guarantee reliable and commented reporting with the necessary alerts and recommendations. Ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations
  • Provide decision-making support to all actors involved
  • Contribute and generate value to the organization by avoiding costs and finding cost saving opportunities

Deliverables

  • 1) Finance: be the SPOC for the local and global Finance teams of CIB; ensure the harmonization of Finance processes and procedures among CIB IT Portugal
  • 2) Organization and Governance: be the operational contact for all organization and governance topics of CIB Portugal IT ensure the harmonization of processes and procedures among CIB IT Portugal 
  • 3) Sourcing, HR and Skills: be the operational contact for all Sourcing, HR
