About the job

  • The Trainer will be responsible for making available and maintaining knowledge resources via trainings and information materials. They will supervise the work of the team members and support the team leader in the assignation of work across the team, while monitoring its delivery

Your Main Activities Are

  • Deliver training sessions, with previous preparation and proper follow-up
  • Improve existing training, updating content, format or any other aspect, taking in consideration the feedback from the sessions
  • Develop new training formats (classroom format, remote format and self-service format) for existing and/or new programs
  • Develop expertise in training tools, such as, Power Point, Klaxoon and Communication Tools
  • Support training campaign
  • Support newcomers’ learning path
  • Production of KPIs to monitor training delivery (% attendance, number of training sessions delivered, satisfaction of trainees)
  • Creation and follow up on training plans in partnership with managers
  • Be the main point of contact with CLM Academy stakeholders for new requests, projects
  • Act as a senior member of the team, dispatching the work to the team members, monitoring its execution

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Relevant professional experience in related fields
  • Academic degree in Business Management and Economics, Finance & Accounting
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficient with MS Office Software
  • Able to share and pass on knowledge
  • Great communication skills
  • Enjoys collaborating with others
  • Able to develop others & improve their skills
  • Comfortable in facilitating a meeting, seminar, committee and/or training
