About the job

  • As member of the AP/AR Invoice Booking and Re-Invoicing team, depending on your expertise your main activities will be to ensure correct booking of invoices

Your Main Activities Are

  • Ensure correct booking of invoices (General Ledger Account, VAT rate, Cost Centre, Purchase Order)
  • Identify, complete and request missing information
  • Analyze and communicate discrepancy between purchase orders and invoices
  • Issue outgoing invoices(order to cash)
  • Perform controls in line with corporate procedures and control plan
  • Provide training to new joiners
  • Assist the management on the preparation of reporting documents
  • Participate in meetings with the management and / or costumers when needed
  • Participate on any Projects that may arise

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor in Accountings, Economics, Business Management or related areas
  • Experience as Accounting Officer
  • Comfortable with tools such as SAP/Oracle, ERP System Application and Microsoft Office Pack
  • Strong SAP user experience as accounts payable with advanced knowledge of P2P and accounts receivable
  • Knowledge of VAT
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with flexible schedules and with international locations
  • Organizational skills and good attention to detail
  • Ability to synthetize and to give feedbacks to peers
  • Strong team spirit
  • Good communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Proactive attitude and problem solving
