Diversity Week represents the highlight of every year for BNP Paribas in Portugal and all of its employees to actively promote and contribute to the Group’s Diversity and Inclusion strategy and goals.
The 6th edition of the BNP Paribas Diversity Week in Portugal took place from 11 to 15 October 2021, featuring 5 days of inspirational workshops, debates and panel discussions available to all Group employees. Focusing on celebrating our differences and a positive mental health, the event aimed to raise awareness and create an open dialogue on fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
