The Data Office team is part of the Data & Digital perimeter in Portugal, within COO scope, functionally reporting to the central CIB Data Office team in France. 

Within CIB’s Data Office department, you will report to the Data Privacy & Protection Manager, who orchestrates the Personal Data Protection Framework at CIB within the first line of defense.

Your Main Activities Are

Set up Data Governance framework for Data Privacy and Records Management

• Leading data projects within allocated budget and deadlines and ensuring deliverables quality.
• Steering projects, coordinating actors and contributors and be the key contact person for the entire project during the integration and deployment.

• Steering project related to Record Management
• Lead meetings, workshops or internal trainings, using pertinent techniques and providing perceptive results
• Support clients in implementing project outcomes and follow-up outcomes with clients
• Take responsibility for the delivery of presentations and reporting for clients and management

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree on Business Management, IT, Computer Science or any similar areas
• At least 5 years of experience, including significant experience in projects
• Advanced level of English, both spoken and written
• Good understanding of data quality concepts & techniques and bank industry challenges
• Ability to demonstrate technical knowledge of data management tool
• The selected candidate will be able to appoint his/her preferred location to be fixed, Lisbon or Porto
