About the job

  • The Recruitment Officer is part of the Recruitment and Talent Sourcing team, actively contributing to pursue BNP Paribas’ Recruitment strategy for Portugal, ensuring an effective Recruitment delivery to the Group’s Business Areas at local level, by sourcing and assessing the right talent in the shortest period possible, while managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders (Hiring Managers and Candidates), acting as advisory partner and respecting the highest ethical and conduct standards at all moments

Your Main Activities Are

  • Sourcing and attracting Candidates through various sources, using sourcing tools (e.g. About Me, LinkedIn), addressing pre-approved Recruitment agencies and liaising with the Sourcing Relations team
  • Acting as a point of contact and building influential relationships with Candidates during the assessment and selection process
  • Keeping the most updated and complete information in Recruitment tools, to ensure accuracy and resilience in Recruitment, as well as to support decision making
  • Assessing Candidates by performing interviews and applying other assessment tools
  • Keeping a close contact and managing relations with other Recruitment Officers and with Hiring Managers to guarantee a correct understanding of the needs and to provide feedback on assessments

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
  • At least one year of professional experience in Recruitment
  • Proficient use of B.Welcome, Vigilance and PeopleDoc
