About the job

  • The mission of a Reconciliation Process Analyst is to support SSC Reconciliation on Transversal needs that aim to improve the business, Reconciliation Teams efficiency and productivity and meet user/client expectations while involving all relevant stakeholders. This translates on define, document and assess business needs and processes in collaboration with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement of new and ongoing BAU
  • The role focuses on managing Transversal Reconciliation projects and streamlining operations, ensuring efficiency and aligning with organizational objectives by collecting and analysing requirements from various sources, including markets changes and user requests and implementing solutions for process automation

Your Main Activities Are

  • Understand and analyse the needs coming from the Business or deriving from market changes, proposing sustainable solutions, in line with the entity’s strategic plan, and converting them into detailed requirements and define scope and objectives
  • Involve all relevant stakeholders in the process of definition and validation of any new requirement, assessing all potential impacts as well as Ensure the implementation of the new features and changes in Production environment
  • Follow the go live process, compare the impacts towards expectations and propose adjustments when needed
  • Assist with Onboarding of New Business through SLA’s, BMC’s support and tool’s migration validation and follow up
  • Develop, maintain and analyse Transversal KPI’s (and Reporting)
  • Document relevant process, guides, presentations for cross knowledge support through all teams and onboarding of newcomers and ensure support documents are created and distributed/posted in timely manner
  • Review solution designs with the IT project teams to ensure they meet requirements, are scalable and high quality; Manage and execute user acceptance test effort, data, and cases, and identify pertinent performance metrics
  • Learn, use and support data analytics tools to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities; as well as perform data gather, root cause analysis and performance trending in order to develop appropriate process changes
  • Project level risk evaluation, management and mitigations
  • Adhere to practices that improve operational efficiency via expanded communications with key process constituencies including IT and OPS Teams

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance and Accounting
  • Advanced level of English, both written and oral
  • Proficiency in MS Office Pack (Excel)
  • Attention to detail / rigor
  • Ability to develop and adapt a process
  • Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee and training
  • Analytical ability
  • Critical thinking
