- Join our Group Learning & Development team (L&D) within the HUB Group HR in Lisbon, a cross-functional department responsible for defining, managing, and leading the Learning & Development strategy for the BNP Paribas Group.
- Thanks to its strategic positioning and expertise, this team develops cross-functional offers and academies to support the Group’s major transformation projects and key skills identified by the Strategic Workforce Planning exercises.
- The Academies Product Owner in Learning & Development manages the Academies offer backlog.
- She/He ensures the consistency of the L&D Academies offer with the Group’s strategic aims. She/He supports the development of Academies offers in collaboration with their internal clients and all the members of the team.
Your Main Activities Are
- The Product Owner provides the Academies Squad with the learning vision, predicting employee learning needs and market evolutions to ensure the delivery of impactful and prompt learning experiences.
- She/He designs the product Stories/Features for L&D, ensure their appropriation and understanding by the team to allow a fast and quality delivery.
- She/He prioritizes backlog for upcoming Sprints, adopting a value-based prioritization method to balance the needs of developing new learning solutions, running current programs, and keeping existing resources.
- She/He tests the implementation of the Stories/Features for each Learning product release, ensuring that delivery meets the acceptance criteria from both employee and business perspectives.
- She/He analyses the outcomes of L&D products once released, using feedbacks from employees, business, and team to drive continuous improvement and ensure learning solutions still are effective and relevant.
- · She/He actively take part in the Life and Ceremonies of the Teams they belong to (Squad, Tribe & Chapter), consistently sharing and embodying Agile Values & Principles
Profile and Skills to Success
- You have a solid background as Project manager ideally in a global organization. You excel in project management, aligning initiatives with business goals and managing resources effectively. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills help keep projects on track and transparent. You have a proactive approach to problem solving and adaptability, driving continuous improvement and innovation within organization.
