About the Job

  • Authorized Signatories List Officer (ASL) is a newly created role within Global Markets to assure BNPP compliance with French regulator’s requirements regarding identification and verification of authorized signatories from Global Markets clients, mainly in two axes: at the time of entering into a relationship and recertifying a relationship and at the time of new transactions/products: The signing of new contracts between the Client and BNPP Global Markets will be considered as a triggering event for the updating of the persons authorised to act on behalf of the Client and the verification of their identity

Your Main Activities Are

  • Review legal and Compliance documentation, performs a gap analysis and identify relevant signatories/representatives 
  • Contribute to the development and testing of the new tool Natural Persons Database 
  • Ensure an accurate update of Natural Persons Database
  • Contact RM/Sales when adverse news and PEP hits are triggered by the PEABC review 
  • Keep up to date with client’s structure and representatives, understanding Global Markets product’s impact from a regulatory perspective
  • Contact clients and assure a clear communication on the document collection 
  • Be responsible to all remediations tasks on ASL (Authorized signatories list), namely by assuring an accurate follow up and reporting
  • Provide clear statistics and milestones for the project
  • Proactively challenges existing data and proposes process/systems enhancements 
  • Ensure CRM is up to date with PEABC/KYC client’s relevant contacts
  • Contact clients and assure a clear communication on the document collection

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor/Master Degree
  • Prior experience in KYC/AML/CTF topics and/or ability to demonstrate strong knowledge on these topics
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of the financial industry incl. brokers 
  • Quantitative and data analysis skills 
  • Proven ability to analyze & assess large data/information to make sound judgement/recommendation  
  • Proven ability as team player but to also work independently to deliver on goals/objectives   
  • Impeccable conduct and respect for a strong compliance culture and regulatory framework

About the job

  • The Back Office (BO) for Corporate Structured Credit provides servicing activities related to syndicated loans or complex bilateral credits. This includes loans to customers of different Business Lines. Complex credit transactions are booked in the credit management system and then transferred, after the first drawdown, to the Back Office (BO) for Corporate Structured Credit located in Lisbon for the servicing of the live cycle events of the credit.   • Global Equities and Commodity Derivatives (GECD) Global Markets Issuance and Settlement Operations deal with the Issuance / Settlement of Equity Derivatives (EQD) life-cycle events by BNP Paribas Issuance B.V.

About the job

  • Information Technology Operations (ITO) Department of CIB Global Market (GM) deals with documentation and operational management of securities issues by BNP Paribas Issuance BV, dedicated to CIB GM and supporting sales teams located mainly in Europe

  • The Sanctions and Embargoes B2 Officer performs an independent review of sanctions alerts that have been escalated by Level A and investigated by Level B1. B2 Officers can decide either to release, reject/block or escalate to the third level of the framework based on the investigation and supporting documents prepared by Level B1

Your Main Activities Are

  • Deliver a timely, efficient and autonomous analysis in all types of alerts taking into account priority messages, Cut-Off Times and ensuring the follow up and a clear and swift communication with stakeholders
  • Process alerts respecting Team’s procedures, Service Level Agreement (SLA), Guidelines, Financial Security Procedures, BNP Paribas guidelines and policies
  • Keep updated on developments on sanctions, embargoes and related Know Your Customer (KYC) / Anti-Money Laundering (AML) / Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) / Sanctions laws and regulations and exchange with onshore teams (Compliance B2, back office and B1, Global Financial Services (GFS), among others)
  • Promote certainty, clarity and uniformity on team daily tasks through identification of information gaps and unclear topics and by offering solutions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of B2 processes and tools by identifying process inefficiencies or tool deficiencies, escalating these so that proposed changes can be assessed and sharing best practice with other Compliance Hub Teams

  • The Digital Support Officer’s main mission is to provide first-level support, administration coordination and incident management for all NeoLink Platform activities applicable to the EMEA region Customers, according to the procedures in place and the services policies to ensure that Follow-the-Sun Model is accurately applied and fully granted to our clients

  • Support client onboarding process on NeoLink, verifying that all the requirements are in place for client setup

    • Manage and administrate requests according to local and global procedures to mitigate risks and comply with internal policies and controls

  • The Source to Pay (S2P) Process and project analyst is in charge of functional designing, implementing, maintaining and supporting the standard sourcing to pay solutions platform and related processes, until accounting feeding. The analyst intervenes on several System Applications and Products (SAP) platforms and modules to contribute to convergence to a unique Core model

Your Main Activities Are

  • Ensure functional analysis of different modules of the application in line with the sourcing to pay Core Model
  • Capture business requirements and propose the most adequate functional solution within SAP standards and respective Core Model; liaise with Information Technology (IT) in case of adaptation and document request; Define, develop and execute client dashboard data, and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting data
  • Define both testing and migration strategies and planning, providing test scenarios and follow up on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) testing activities, including for new deployment projects
