- The Certification – Internal Reporting Officer mission is to ensure the adequacy of the control framework while guaranteeing the quality and relevance of the controls and update them according to the identified needs
Your Main Activities Are
- Contribute to the execution of the different accounting operational controls under the BSO (Banking Services Operations) and CTO’s (Corporate Trust Operations) scope
- Contribute to the proper functioning of the control scheme
- Contribute to the accounts’ monthly certification

Within the France Results Steering Team, and throughout the various phases (Budget / Medium-Term Plan, Updates / pre-closing, Closing) of the BNP Paribas Cardif French entities, you will prepare and monitor the constitution of the result for these entities under management view according to the French GAAP, as well as for the different Business Units of these entities.

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE MANAGEMENT CONTROL TEAM
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Integrating and controlling accounting data in our databases to produce a French GAAP P&L under management view
- Preparing technical result projections during the different budgetary exercises: Update / Budget / Medium-Term Plan
- Performing comparative analytical reviews between the different phases on technical aspects to prepare the synthesis report to be submitted to Financial Steering, Executive Management and to the Group
- Improving and optimizing production processes in collaboration with IT development teams
- Redesigning the economic dashboard of France results for Business Unit Heads, adapting it to their needs, and contributing to monitoring the gap between French GAAP and IFRS 17

- Minimum of 7 years of experience, in similar positions (Finance, Management Control or Actuarial)

- Knowledge of VBA / SAS / Power BI / Python is a plus. Comfortable and confident learning new tools

- The CTM Capital Markets Officer is involved in setting up and monitoring financing operations and is in direct contact with the Front Office on all matters relating to deals, in particular to ensure the feasibility of their “operability”. The officer is also in charge of the accurate translation of the operations in the Bank’s systems and official reports until the reimbursements of the deals. Your Main Activities Are

- The candidate will join the CIB ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Analysis & Expertise (A&E), a team with global mandate within CIB. - The Settlement Account Manager works within the Securities Transaction Management Department and is responsible for the processing and follow up of the main processes which include pre and post settlement activities, clearing, relevant legal documentation, transaction and event-related accounting for securities deemed in scope. In the scope of these activities, the Officer interacts with several internal departments, external counter parties and entities
Your Main Activities Are
- Rigorous management of the client transactions by monitoring pending/failed instructions, detecting errors/discrepancies and providing accurate information to clients either via email or phone in accordance to agreements in place
