About the Job
You will actively support the CIB CCCO (Chief Conduct and Control Officer) Central team based in Paris in all their non-financial risk management projects (risks like operational, regulatory, third party, etc.).
Your Main Activities Are
• Facilitate the continuous improvement of the Risk Management Framework at CIB level on all non-financial risks
• Support the team in the production of reports to CIB Top Management for risk monitoring purpose

The Financial Specialist focusses on all management accounting aspects liaising if need be with central finance stakeholders and local management stakeholders. - Reporting to the Global Head of Client Development Strategy & Analytics, the role will focus on delivering global projects and initiatives across Client Development contributing to the growth of Global Market’s franchise. The mission of the client development team is to support global and regional sales management to define and execute the client strategy via data analytics, competitor benchmarking, market intelligence and qualitative insights collected across GM teams. Na prática, o teu dia-a-dia
Como Controller, no departamento de Controlo de Gestão da Direção Financeira, as tuas principais responsabilidades e desafios passarão por:
- Participar na realização da previsão dos resultados a curto e médio prazo;
- Produzir e disponibilizar KPI’s de gestão relevantes para o planeamento estratégico do Banco;
- Elaborar e acompanhar Contas de Resultados específicas para os principais parceiros comerciais
- Participar na elaboração de Business Cases ou Business Plans relativos à implementação de projetos transversais do Banco e novas parcerias e/ou renegociação das existentes;
- Assegurar a preparação de elementos e o follow-up do processo de fecho contabilístico mensal;
- Desenvolver análises de dados financeiros e de gestão da atividade, a par com análises na vertente de contabilidade analítica e de contas de exploração por segmento de atividade;
- Suporte à tomada de decisão;
- Participar em reuniões com outros departamentos com o objetivo de facultar ou solicitar informação de índole financeira.

About the job
Business Management and Data Analytics role contributing to the economic, financial and performance steering of Financial Institutions Coverage (FIC), within the FIC COO (Chief Operation Officer) Office.
The position supports global revenue and cost processes, client and referential data integrity, and the production of performance indicators and management reporting. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy, leverages analytics, dashboarding and AI‑enabled tools as standard enablers.
Your Main Activities Are
- Produce and industrialize performance indicators and KPIs, ensuring data reliability, scalability and relevance for senior management
- Produce and maintain FIC performance management reporting and presentations for senior governance forums, demonstrating clarity, accuracy and synthesis
- Develop and maintain self-service reporting/dashboarding initiatives for FIC community
- Contribute to the analysis of economic and financial performance of key clients and the overall FIC client portfolio, providing fact‑based insights to support management decision‑making
- Coordinate and support global revenue budgeting and forecasting processes for FIC, ensuring consistency, transparency and analytical robustness
- Coordinate and monitor global direct costs and headcount processes, supporting effective cost control and resource steering
- Ensure the quality, integrity and maintenance of client and referential data in CRM+ and RMPM, including client lists, hierarchies and fund mapping
- Contribute to transversal and transformation initiatives across FIC, including technology enablement, process improvement and data quality topics
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s or Master´s Degree in Management, Economics, or Finance related fields
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- At least 5 years of experience in business analytics, data analytics or business management
- Experience using Power BI
- Experience using Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Excel
- Solid understanding of financial performance drivers, budget, cost control and KPI’s

About the job
The Trader and Sales Assistant team aims to accompany the continuous enhancement of the quality of service provided to our clients, notably post-trade services. Its role is to support traders and sales in their daily tasks, in the most timely and efficient manner. The trading and Sales assistant team is the key contact for external clients but also for other BNPP functions.
Your Main Activities Are
- Ensure all Booking queries are addressed and escalated to the Marketer or Trader where appropriate
- Ensure all trades are confirmed to the relevant Client on Trade Date
- Ensure all Client Static Data is kept up to date by passing any new or updated information or by performing ad-hoc reconciliations of our records against those of the Client
- Act as an intermediary between the Marketers and all Operational areas of the Bank;
- Help on the onboarding process for the Prime Brokerage Clients
- Assist front office in deal capture and post trade events management on barrier triggers, option exercise, novation’s and early terminations
- Ensure that MarkitWire (MW) is monitored to ensure all new trades, amendments, unwinds and novations alleged to us are picked up and affirmed
- within the regulatory deadlines; Execute daily controls to mitigate risks

- Within Portugal International Markets Hub (PIMH), a Scrum Master organises, coordinate and facilitate the various activities to be realised by the representative users, for testing and change management, in the frame of Go Live of the program.
