  • Resources and Portfolio Management (RPM), part of Securitized Products Group, focuses on risk transfer solutions for capital and risk management within BNPP. It identifies internal clients’ needs, structuring optimal solutions and finding market capacity, in collaboration with Origination & Structuring and Syndicates to deliver effective execution. RPM leverages expertise in capital management, structuration, and credit insurances to support active portfolio management. This includes resource monitoring, portfolio analysis, optimization for revenue, risk, and capital efficiency, and managing insurance distribution
  • The Data Analyst for Securitization and Insurance is part of Data Solution and Modelling (DSM) team which oversees developing and structuring the data offering as well as providing data insight and analytics to related stakeholders within RPM. Involved in every step of RPM’s product lifecycle, DSM plays a central role in accelerating and securing the activity

Your Main Activities Are

  • Data feed and setup: keep the architecture up and running at all time, monitor data feeding performance, verify that all related processes are functioning as per their specification and any gaps from DSM’s target operating model must be identified, documented, remediated and raised to the manager’s attention
  • Automation & maintenance of RPM BAU tools: review and document all exiting code, migrate SQL and Qlik algorithm to the Python ecosystem, develop new Python code according to the need and/or adapt existing code to new data structures. Overall maintain all existing code and correct bugs and actively maintain code versioning
  • Daily operational tasks and capital run: maintain the code and its related documentation, monitor the system’s availability, prepare capital run with Trade proactively; Make ad/hoc data analysis for Securitization/Insurance and answer to queries from our stakeholders
  • Reporting and documentation: maintain active documentation registry, produce documentation for all review process/code and keep the wiki up to date
  • Coordination role: liaison between DSM and TM local team and management in Paris; Advisory role on TM tasks and coordination of local DSM and TM team regarding daily tasks and Capital Run activities

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Master’s Degree in Data Science, Applied Maths or Similar
  • Excellent communications skills in English, both written and oral
  • At least 5 years of experience in  in Data Analysis, Automations
  • Interest in AI and efficiency gain process
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics tools: SQL , Python, Visualization, Git , among others
  • Fluency in computer programming language, in particular Python : Advanced level and good comprehension of multithreading, multiprocessing principles

About the Team 

  • In the context of the 2025 strategic plan, Wealth Management (WM) has launched a major transformation in order to modernize its Information Technology (IT) platform. This ambitious project consists in modernizing the backbone of our IT platform: replacement of our Core Banking System and upgrade of our Portfolio Management System; moving all our IT assets to the BNPP cloud; moving to a multi entity platform, that is, the same platform for all countries

The Territory Management Senior Business Officer will join the Territory Management Office (TMO) team, working in close collaboration with the Territory Chief of Staff, and managing transversal topics across the Territory. TMO ensures strategic alignment by providing close support on Territory and department wide topics while coordinating with diverse stakeholders, ranging from Top Management to other key strategic partners.   • Within the COO of Global Banking (GB), the GB Data Office (a great team of 6 FTEs as of today) oversees the Global Banking Data Strategy to support Global Banking ambitious / objectives

  • Within the COO of Global Banking (GB), the GB Data Office (a great team of 6 FTEs as of today) oversees the Global Banking Data Strategy to support Global Banking ambitious / objectives

About the Job

  • The Senior Business Analyst will join a team in charge of Shared Reporting Space (SRS) Capital. As far as today it is an ambitious project with the aim of processing risk and counterparty risk data for the group.
