This Team based in Porto was created to extend the operation of our Client, ICARE, to the European market. ICARE is leader in the French market for warranty in the automobile field and aims to project this experience to the European market through our platform.

Today German and Italian are our main markets, but we have already started the operation in Spain, Portugal and Check Republic.

Our main activities are managing dealer warranty, extended warranty and maintenance contracts by handling authorization requests or contract management requests for multiple products depending on the country and partner, all from the same platform and location.

This Team based in Porto was created to extend the operation of our Client, ICARE, to the European market. ICARE is leader in the French market for warranty in the automobile field and aims to project this experience to the European market through our platform.

Today German and Italian are our main markets, but we have already started the operation in Spain, Portugal and Check Republic.

Our main activities are managing dealer warranty, extended warranty and maintenance contracts by handling authorization requests or contract management requests for multiple products depending on the country and partner, all from the same platform and location.

  • Management of vehicle repair requests in accordance with the contractual coverage

  • The Documentation Drafting and Matching Analyst is responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the risk undertaken by the business lines

Your Main Activities Are

  • Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA (International Swaps and Derivatives Association) definitions for all products including Swaps, Forwards, Options and Hybrid Strategies
  • Trade review of risk booking and term sheets to ensure that they are in line prior to sending the documentation to clients
  • Monitor workflows to ensure the confirmations are prioritised accordingly and ensure the timely dispatch of confirmations

  • Issue post trade events notifications to clients such as exercises, restructures and partial or total terminations

About the Team 

  • A wide range of products are traded by the Trading desk including Options, Swaps, Forwards, within Oil, Metals, Softs, Energy, Power and Gas and Equities. The Documentation team’s primary function is to support the Trading and Sales desks through the drafting of over the counter (OTC) Physical confirmations for mainly all trades dealt with counterparties
  • The team performs a critical control role in the timely reconciliation of bookings with the confirmation and term sheet. The team is also responsible for notifying all post trade events with clients. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Lead and support a team of controllers (5 direct reports) in their daily roles, ensuring the quality of the service of controls; 
  • You will report functionally to the Head of CCRM;
  • Manage the day-to-day activity of his reports (“administrative” tasks, HR follow-up, individual performance, etc.) and will also be in charge of the regular costs review (staff, travels, etc.) of the activity.

Responsibilities related to the control activity: 

  • Propose an annual plan of controls based on the information given by CCRM team. Once validated by CCRM, follow it and adapt it in case of change;
  • Organize work of the controllers according to this annual plan (including the organization of the travels) ;

  • Organize regular run committees with CCRM team;

  • The Funds Execution Team ensures the execution of all orders on investment funds, in the Wealth Management (WM) business line. At the heart of the Operations HUB, it provides its expertise to numerous WM sites. The team delivers a tailor-made experience, with outstanding attention to details to all WM clients
