  • Within the Cash Management Support Team, the Supervisor fulfills the role of back up of the Team Leader and “SPOC” (Single Point of Contact) for a specific country scope, on both production and management roles and responsibilities. Your Main Activities Are

  • The Account Life Cycle Officer’s main mission is to be one of the five Single Point of Contacts (SPOC) of the End to End Coordinator for Client On-boarding, being the pivot between the involved teams in the accounts opening process, the Client and the End to End Coordinator, while performing the “business as usual” (BAU), which is additional account opening for an existing LCN and existing products, upon Client request

  • Manage the Life Cycle process by opening, modifying and closing clients accounts
    • Ensure the identification of services required by the client that will impact the accounts and the related tools
    • Verify the Know Your Client (KYC) requirements and guarantee that any blocking points are coordinated with the SPOC in charge of KYC processes
    • Prepare and update as necessary a checklist to collect a detailed documentation with the client 
    • Collect the Account Opening form (AOF) and ensure it has been properly completed
    • Complete the Account Setup form (ASF) and any specific forms potentially required by specific teams
    • Launch the Account Management Process in the dedicated tool
    • Guarantee the necessary follow-up of the workflow to identify any risk of blocking point that can compromise the SLA contract as signed with the client
    • Coordinate the actions between the different teams to issue the workflow until its ended point
    • Collect the confirmation of that the setups are correctly done, especially for sensitive settings
  • Send to the End to End Coordinator or the client the confirmation of opening or modification of setup during all the process (on-boarding or BAU)

  • The Profit and Loss (P&L) Controller will be in charge of producing and validating the daily and/or monthly Economical P&L and related P&L Explains. It will be required to establish effective working relationships with both Front Office and other areas of support (e.g. Back Office, Market Risk, Finance & IT).   • Review the Risk based market P&L and analyse differences against the P&L Explain until the gap is understood and documented
  • Review the split of the economic PNL in liquidity and rate effects for ALMT perimeters

  • As part of Financial Institutions Coverage within Global Banking, Institutional Credit Analysts Team is in charge of the credit approval processes of all institutional clients, intragroup entities, sovereigns, and market infrastructures. 
  • In this domain the FIC-ICAT Financial Institutional Team is responsible for completing the credit analysis for financial institutions and 2S clients (including due diligence when necessary), in particular, ensuring that credit analyses and recommendations are provided in due time for Banks, Insurances, Sovereigns, Brokers, other non-banks financial institutions, pensions funds, funds, hedge funds, regulated funds, funds of hedge funds, agency arrangements and asset managers.   
Your Main Activities Are
  • Analyze one-off requests and formalize recommendations to Delegation Holders for banks 
    • Analyze the structure, covenants and risk mitigants of the contemplated facility 
    • Assess the creditworthiness of counterparties based on the information available from BNPP´s Systems 
    • Assess risk appetite in terms of amount and tenor and present the recommendation to the RISK Delegation Holder
  • Manage & record credit decisions for Trade & Fronting
    • Notify credit decisions to Business lines and credit stakeholders by email 
    • Record the approval and transaction in the trade/fronting inventory and book the facility in the RISK MFI workflow tool based on defined thresholds 
    • Prepare draft minutes and submit to the Delegation Holder through the RISK MFI workflow tool 
    • Archive and classify credit approvals in paper format
  • RISK Monitoring and Reporting
    • Continuously monitor the portfolio of counterparties, jointly with Credit Risk Control, monitoring excesses, anticipating risks, and detecting any credit issues that may require a specific review. 
    • Contribute to periodic and ad-hoc portfolio review and risk reporting for counterparties under scope. 
    • Ensuring that the counterparty data management is conducted well, namely on-boarding, collection of documents, and commensurate limits update. 
Profile and skills to Success
Bachelor (or higher) in Economics, Finance or any related fields

Part of Transversal Assets and ITTF organization, Referentials are “reference data” shared across the group to ensure a common view of data attributes and the usage of common nomenclatures all over the Group. The Referential team offers Finance, Risk and HR “Master Data” solutions across the group, covering structures, nomenclature, and dictionary solutions

Data Quality is the key driver of the team to ensure trustful usage of the data within our systems.   

Referentials Team is organized spread over domains:   

          Third Parties, for Finance & Risk third-parties referential like RMPM, REGENT, DEXTER and BCLI

          Structure & Nomenclature, regrouping referential for “financial or organizational structures” such as GRECO, PFS and FIREF; “nomenclatures” in SQUARE and SPITAB; and “dictionaries” within the Data Management Tool (DMT)

          Data Fabric, provide data quality dashboards, data preparation, create and virtualized the output of queries   

          HR Referentials recently added as OSR, JAD, SKILLEO, REFOG, ESOP and OPAL integrated Master data solutions to HR Referentials within a global Governance

Your Main Activities Are

  • Provide high quality Referentials Solutions 
  • Define standards in governance, rules and exchanges, plus a standardization of Corporate Third Parties data 
  • Provide data quality monitoring through indicators and support remediation processes 
  • Provide to all stakeholders a clear visibility of data-related controls and its implementation into the RMPM processes
  • Adopt a common approach with BNPP entities by also increasing effectiveness through coordination of efforts in the Group

  •  As Data Quality Analyst, your main activities are to:

    • Control the consistency of data input by the customers and different entities (BNPP Businesses)

    • Perform and contribute to data remediations (local & central)

    • Identify data quality issues and resolution to relevant business users

    • Work in close collaboration with all business data consumers to take the right decisions on functional evolution and manage impacts on data usage
