Be part of our dynamic International Management Oversight (IMO) team! Within the international markets finance perimeter, you will elaborate and optimize the financial risks management through the deployment / update of the second line of defense internal control framework, in accordance with the existing regulations and BNP Paribas Group Finance / Risk internal control guidelines.
YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE IMO TEAM
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Contribute to the efficiency of the finance activities and controls of the international entities’ finance departments, by performing check & challenge review missions, issuing recommendations and proposing action plans;
- Coordinate and oversee the management of the Finance second line of defense teams on the international markets’ perimeter;
- Ensure the review (following a risk-based approach) of the finance processes in order to identify, follow-up, and assess financial risks;
- Contribute to the drafting, promotion and effective application of internal control standards and governance memos within the international entities’ Finance local departments.

- Degree in Audit, Accounting or any other relevant field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in internal control or audit, ideally in the insurance or financial services sectors
- Strong understanding of audit techniques and a risk-based approach
- Knowledge of IFRS norms, management accounting and/or Solvency 2 would be preferable
- Fluent in English. Fluency in French would be a big plus

- The Account Life Cycle Officer main mission is to be one of the five Single Point of Contacts of the End to End Coordinator for Client On-boarding. Additionally, is the pivot between the involved teams in accounts opening, the client and the End to End Coordinator for Client On-boarding, such as new client, service extension, fund creation, offboarding, in some case third party AM, upon End to End Coordinator request. Your Main Activities Are
- Initiate the Life Cycle process for opening, modification and closure, while ensuring the identification of services required by the client and that will impact the accounts and the related tools. Verify the KYC requirements concerning the opening’s account and any blocking point could be coordinated with the SPOC in charge of KYC process. Prepares and updates as necessary a checklist to collect a detailed documentation with the client
- Manage the Life Cycle process for opening, modification and closure, by collecting the AOF (Account Opening Form) and ensuring it has been properly completed; completing the ASF (Account Setup form) and any specific forms potentially required by specific teams; launching the Account Management Process in the dedicated tool; follow-up the workflow to identify any risk of blocking point that could influence the respect of the SLA contract as signed with the client; coordinate the actions between the different teams to issue the workflow until its ended point; and collecting the confirmation of that the setups are correctly done, especially for sensitive settings
- Send to End to End Coordinator or client the confirmation of opening/modification of setup done and using all the process, either on boarding or BAU, take care to influence the progression in a positive way and reduce the negative impacts for all stakeholders, helping them to understand the aim and how to provide the best service. Additionally, compile the knowledge of the tools/products/the teams

- The Source to Pay (S2P) Supporting Solutions Officer position is in charge of the 1st level of support on the platforms and processes related to the Sourcing to Pay Solutions bearing the Group Strategic Sourcing processes

About the job
- The Digital Support/Global Administration Officer main mission is to provide first level support, administration coordination and incident management for all the activities in the EMEA region, according to the procedures in place and the services policies to ensure that follow-the-sun model is applied and fully granted to our clients, for the Neolink Client Support team
Your Main Activities Are
- Act as responsible but not restricted of L1 (addressing all the inbound requests received through different channels) and L2 (managing incidents that are out of scope of, as well as coordinate with L3, if required, or other different dependencies for a proper and timing resolution of the raised issues)
- Support onboarding process in Neolink, verifying that all the requirements are in place for client setup
- Assist client on administration definitions as: profiles, roles, rights, accesses, etc. aligned with the information and details provided by different implementation teams, Client Services Managers, Relationship Managers regarding accounts’ structure and contracted products and services
- Basic Neolink Client training: training (pre and post-sale) on site or via ‘web demo’ for internal and external users/Clients in NeoLink; participate in Cross Training and ensure the Knowledge transfer between the team and processes is happening on periodic basis; and training and information about new features and releases
- Requests management: assist clients on their queries, issues or problems in the system and being their first support level on the region; management of administration request according to local and global procedures in order to mitigate risks and comply with internal policies and controls; escalate and liaise with Manager, L2 or other dependencies for unresolved open issues / high risk items. In case of new enhancements, escalate requirements to Paris Neolink Support Team so all the requests are centralized and requested to the central team with feedback from the business
- Incident & Support Management: act as first level of investigation (issues linked to NeoLink features); management of incidents raised by the clients (i.e. unavailability, slowness, reports delay, etc.) and coordinate with internal teams for crisis management situations according to internal procedures; management of communication to client services, clients and location linked to on-going incidents; declare identified incident to Neolink L2 support and/or IT support (L3). Resolution follow-up of incident and functional impact analysis
- Proactively collaborate in the identification of improvement opportunities and development of projects that allow the enhancements of the process for the benefit of our stakeholders and clients

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management

Na prática, o teu dia-a-dia
Como Técnico de Governance IT terás como principais responsabilidades:
- Assegurar a implementação dos procedimentos e regras do Grupo de acordo com a Framework de IT Governance necessários à gestão e orientação de forma otimizada dos Sistemas de informação;
- Garantir a coerência dos processos locais com o IT Governance do Grupo e identificar as responsabilidades pela aplicação das regras;
- Identificar os riscos associados à não conformidade dos procedimentos e regras definidas pelo Grupo, definindo, quando necessário, planos de ação para mitigação dos riscos;
