Become our new HR Business Partner based in Lisbon OR Porto

Be part of our dynamic Human Resources Team, where you will focus on supporting all HR areas in a context of strong development in our 2 centers located in Lisbon and Porto. You will have to follow the Human Resources policies, processes, and services within the framework of the company’s objectives.

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE HR TEAM

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Take responsibility for employees’ career development and coach the business/function to optimize their Human Resources.
  • Strategic Partner anticipating and preparing for the future, adapting role profiles to future changes in skills and experience; partnering with key stakeholders and their teams and focusing on high value-added tasks.
  • Provide HR support to Management ensuring constant update on HR Guidelines, Policies and Procedures.
  • Be involved in Talent Development initiatives closely performing regular assessments according to the strategy in force.
  • Advise in workforce planning managing internal mobility, long leaves and other related movements.
  • Drive the performance management model supporting stakeholder’s trough all stages of the process.
  • HR Tools: contribute to the development, operation and permanent update.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
  • Produce reports and relevant HR analytics elaborating useful HR insights.
  • Be a force of proposal for HR automation.
  • Be involved in cross projects according to the department and organizational strategy.
  • Manage and resolve employee relation closely ensuring guidance and support to all stakeholders involved ensuring ownership off all administrative HR actions (in liaison with the concerned administrative platform).
  • Act as a point of entry in HR for employees and manage queries across the full spectrum of HR activities ensuring the collection of all relevant information for posterior liaison with concerned HR areas and fostering employee´s answers.
  • Support and Guidance throughout onboarding and off boarding process. 
  • Ensure the good process of all administrative HR actions (in liaison with the concerned administrative platform).

READY TO MAKE AN IMPACT? HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or any other relevant area
  • Proven work experience of at least 2 years as HR Generalist in a complex and fast-paced environment with a minimum of 3 years as HR Business Partner
  • Partner in international and growing companies
  • Consolidated employee relations experience (mandatory)
  • Operational and strategic HR experience in a Shared Services Context will be a plus
  • Solid understanding of Portuguese labor law (mandatory)
  • Fluent in English, fluency in French would be very advantageous

Na prática, o teu dia-a-dia

Integrado no Departamento de IT Service Delivery, terás como missão atuar como garante da produção durante todos os ciclos de projetos/iniciativas/desenvolvimento de produtos, contribuindo para a definição da solução técnica e estabilidade dos ambientes técnicos (produção/não produção) e fazendo o acompanhamento e supervisão destas mesmas soluções. 

As principais responsabilidades são:

  

  • Participar na definição de soluções técnicas baseadas em produtos e serviços existentes, integrando os requisitos de produção e de segurança.
  • Partilhar os teus conhecimentos sobre os serviços de produção e a infraestrutura em benefício das aplicações, aconselhando a adoção de tecnologias em função das necessidades das aplicações;
  • Integrar os requisitos de produção e de infraestruturas e assegurar que os requisitos de infraestruturas e funcionamento são acrescentados ao backlog do produto;
  • Assegurar a disponibilização de recursos de produção e infraestruturas facilitando o deployment de soluções;
  • Contribuir para a definição de níveis de serviço e indicadores de produção;
  • Implementar a monitorização e supervisão da solução implementada em produção;
  • Verificar a usabilidade dos ambientes técnicos (backups, restore, data access, performance, etc.);
  • Verificar a rastreabilidade do acesso às máquinas (SO, espaço de armazenamento, routers, etc.) e fazer as correções necessárias;
  • Identificar pontos de bloqueio operacional (fluxos, segurança, rede, etc.), dar alertas sobre os mesmos e propor planos de ação.
  • Garantir a disponibilização de documentação de instalação e operação atualizada e validada;
  • Assegurar a existência e o teste de um plano de backup de comutação (ICP);
  • Prestar apoio em caso de bloqueio ou incidente sobre releases.

És tu quem procuramos?

  • Pelo menos 5 anos de experiência em funções semelhantes
  • Experiência em Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud)
  • Experiência em operação de Cloud Services (Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), Serverless Computing, Containers, Kubernetes, Docker) – mandatório
  • Domínio na administração de sistema operativos (Microsoft) – mandatório
  • Experiência em gestão de servidores em ambientes virtualizados e bare-metal – mandatório
  • Experiência alargada em linguagens de scripting (Powershell) – mandatório
  • Experiência em para automação de processos e Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) – mandatório

  • Securitised Products Group (SPG) in EMEA covers Asset-Backed Financings (ABF), Real Estate Owned and Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS), Collateralised Loan Obligations (CLO) and Private Debt Financing. SPG works with Corporate and Institutional clients, to provide them with financing, risk transfer and capital markets access, through securitisation transactions across a range of asset classes

Your Main Activities Are

  • Credit Management of the SPG securitisation portfolio including understand and analyse transactions’ structure, credit risk and profitability

Within PF Portugal Operations & Shared Service Centre SE.T Iberia, the mission of the team is to carry out continuous due diligence activities towards intermediaries, including maintenance and updating of records and AML(Anti-Money Laundering) and KYI information for active intermediaries of all AML risk levels, within the scope of the Group’s KYI Policy and Financial Security, by performing their onboarding and complete and partial recertification of dealers.

  • Performs the complete or partial KYI review of Personal Finance intermediaries (countries: Italy, Portugal, Belgium, UK)  as well as the monitoring and/or processing of incomplete or irregular files, in compliance with the KYI and Financial Security policy, evaluating data to determine the bank’s risk exposure to money laundering and related crime situations
  • Gathers information related to each dealer, including, validates the compliance of the collected information and updates the data in the various systems                                
  • Formalize the KYI studies carried out in a specific application (KYIS tool), in a risk assessment logic, attaching all supporting evidence to the study
  • Identify, escalate to the Compliance Dept., the dealers where alerts are identified in the AML scope. Makes a decision, within its own level of responsibility, on the continuity of the business relationship between the Bank and the Dealer based on the risk assessment
