VOTRE FUTURE MISSION AU SEIN DE L’ÉQUIPE D’OPC
L’objectif principal de l’équipe est de déployer le dispositif de contrôle permanent en appliquant les normes et standards définis par BNP Paribas Cardif. Le / La Responsable d’Equipe Contrôle Permanent coordonne et s’assure du bon fonctionnement de son / ses équipe(s) et/ou de l’activité dont il/elle a la responsabilité. Il / Elle s’assure de la sécurisation du périmètre couvert d’une bonne maîtrise des risques. Il / Elle est responsable de l’optimisation et de la veille à la cohérence du dispositif de contrôle.
VOS RESPONSABILITÉS SERONT :
- Contribuer à la maîtrise des risques des périmètres couverts par l’équipe, en lien avec les LoD2,
- Garantir un dispositif de contrôles, robuste, évolutif et cohérent sur les périmètres couverts par l’équipe,
- Garantir l’assistance et le conseil aux opérationnels en matière de contrôle permanent et de suivi des risques opérationnels,
- Garantir une supervision robuste des risques, grâce à des instances et reportings cohérents,
- Garantir la déclinaison, au sein de son équipe, la stratégie globale définie par sa direction,
- Garantir un management de proximité pour ses N-1,
- Garantir la gestion des ressources humaines en lien avec la DRH pour uniquement les collaborateurs basés au Portugal des équipes contrôle épargne et contrôle Prévoyance.

Integrado/a na Direção Automóvel, serás responsável por promover o desenvolvimento da atividade Automóvel, criando valor através da conceção e lançamento de novas soluções que permitam promover o desenvolvimento e aperfeiçoamento da oferta comercial. Terás ainda a teu cargo a avaliação do futuro valor de mercado dos veículos, definindo valores residuais, a um nível de risco razoável que permita um bom posicionamento no mercado. Ajudar a garantir a oferta dos produtos Automóvel da empresa, através de uma avaliação correta dos ativos e de uma gestão dinâmica dos ativos pendentes, fará também parte da tua missão.
Terás como principais responsabilidades:
- Gerir os valores residuais, propondo grelhas de valores para validação e definindo a política local de Asset Management, de acordo com a política central.
- Valida derrogações à política de local de Asset Management, bem como de todos os contratos com valores residuais que ultrapassem limites definidos.
- Participa no desenvolvimento da atividade Automóvel em articulação com a equipa Business Development e em projetos transversais de valor acrescentado para o negócio.
- Recolhe, reporta e distribui informação em coordenação com a casa-mãe, procede à análise trimestral dos riscos de valor residual para partilha com as unidades de negócio Automóvel, Financeira, Risco e fornece às equipas centrais bases de dados consistentes com os valores residuais apurados.
- Realiza stress-tests com as metodologias definidas e garante uma análise evolutiva da gestão da carteira exposta ao risco de valor residual.
- Contribui para a criação da oferta comercial da empresa, apoiando na construção contratual dos produtos, definindo as características deste tipo de produtos, criando ofertas comerciais alinhadas com os requisitos dos parceiros (marcas e modelos de viaturas específicos) e trabalhando com as equipas locais para definição de processos de recuperação e remarketing das viaturas retomadas.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in managing control libraries, assisting with control execution, analyzing results, and supporting stakeholders in implementing action plans. - The Source to Pay (S2P) Process and Project Senior Analyst is in charge of functional designing, implementing, maintaining and supporting the standard sourcing to pay solutions platform and related processes, until accounting feeding. The analyst intervenes on several SAP platforms and modules to contribute to convergence to a unique Core model and be the Team Leader backup in terms of team responsibility

- Ensure functional analysis of different modules of the application in line with the sourcing to pay Core Model

About the job
Within the Group RISK Function, the main mission of Risk CPBS (Commercial, Personal Banking & Services) is to supervise risk management for credit, counterparty, market and operational risks within the Retail Banking perimeter, which covers the local entities across Europe, to
- Contribute to the implementation of a robust risk management framework, cascading new regulatory and internal requirements to local entities
- Monitor and control risks on its perimeter, providing a dynamic and comprehensive analysis of all the risks incurred within its scope
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations in the risk area, in conjunction with other departments
Your Main Activities Are
- The main responsibility of this role is to act as a liaison between corporate and local entities, by coordinating projects related to implementing new regulatory requirements, improving our risk management processes and enhancing our data quality and reliability
- Projects you might be involved:
- Assist in the deployment of new Basel 4/CRR3 regulation and its impact on Capital Requirements
- Assist in the deployment of new IFRS9 rules to ensure adequate provisioning and treatment of credit operations
- Monitor the integration of Unlikely-to-Pay (UTP) criteria in the credit risk management process
- Consolidate prudential backstop results and calculate provisioning shortfall
- Cascade and/or simplify of credit related policies for all local entities, ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines/regulation
- Handle other ad-hoc requests (for example: Stress Tests, CRR impact study, ETS)
- Act as support to our local entities in regards to regulatory requirements, prioritization of multiple workstreams, sharing best practices across the region, producing new materials to document or clarify risk management processes or new regulatory demands
- Perform data assessment and participate in the data certification phases. Coordinate and monitor action plans, including IT developments for data implementation, feeding and control.

Profile and Skills to Success
- Academic background: Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or other similar areas

In practice, your day-to-day
Our analytical teams use state-of-the-art data science and visualization techniques to solve business issues and uncover opportunities for BNP Paribas Person Finance. Our team is embedded in the business context, and we ensure that we deliver fast, stable, and scalable data and AI solutions with a measurable impact for our stakeholders. We have vast amounts of data in the Bank, and we know that the value will come with robust solutions deployed in production.
Integrated in the Marketing, B2C & B2B scope, the Data Scientist will collect information about customer behavior. You will mainly use Python, SAS and SQL tools to:
- Develop, maintain and validate data workflows, guaranteeing the quality of our data assets
- Design, create and adapt statistical/ML/AI predictive and decisional models – mainly classifiers, scores, segmentations, churn models, time series analyses.
- Deploy the solutions or execute them in batch and validate their metrics during implementation, such as in relational marketing.
- Brief stakeholders on the setup, gains and possible evolution of your solutions, and align with offer, relational, communication and business on optimizing our value proposition.
- Create one-off analyses and prototypes, design and run test&learn experiments to develop new business and marketing strategies.

- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a financial, technological or research environment, or similar
- Strong programming and scripting skills in Python

Actuellement, cette équipe administre et contrôle la qualité des données de références des actifs financiers (caractéristiques titres et tiers, valorisations, séries indices, taux et fixings,..).
Ces données sont diffusées dans le système d’information pour consommation par différents processus transverses de l’entreprise (processus d’investissement Fonds Généraux et UC, valorisations actifs et passifs, reporting financiers réglementaires ou clients…).
VOTRE FUTURE MISSION AU SEIN DE L’EQUIPE DE GESTION D’ACTIFS
- Garantir la correcte gestion des workflows de création des titres/tiers/portefeuilles dans le référentiel, dans le respect des demandes des clients internes ;
- Garantir la collecte des données auprès de fournisseurs d’informations financières, et s’assurer de leur exhaustivité par rapport au périmètre confié ;
- Contribuer à la mise à disposition des données auprès des applications ou processus clients dans les délais et la qualité convenus ;
