About the job

  • The Cash Management Solutions Implementation Manager mission is to guarantee the delivery of Cash Management services to an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring E2E accountability for advisory, implementation, maintenance and support while protecting the interests of the client and the bank

Your Main Activities Are

  • Be responsible for the setup of the Cash Management solutions of the assigned client portfolio, proactively proposing solutions and anticipating client needs
  • Complete all the project phases, from scoping of the Cash Management solution to the implementation of standard and complex solutions, maintenance and support
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them advised of progress with service delivery and any other material issues arising
  • Ensure training of clients on the implemented solutions
  • Ensure clients’ satisfaction during the whole implementation, post-implementation and maintenance processes
  • Follow-up incident resolution, analysis of client’s feedback and actions to implement and ensure complaints are properly managed
  • Follow the internal control framework to ensure reliability and traceability of the work done

  • Within the Cash Management Support Team, the Supervisor fulfills the role of back up of the Team Leader and “SPOC” (Single Point of Contact) for a specific country scope, on both production and management roles and responsibilities. The main mission remains the delivery of high quality service to our clients in all matters related to daily banking services in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures

Your Main Activities Are

  • Mitigate the operational risk to improve hub efficiency: Ensure strict respect of procedures (generic & specific, SLAs, manuals of activities…); Detect and correct errors (first level of control); Ensure registration and report quality of doer (nb of errors) / checker (nb or errors avoided); Instantly raise issues to the hierarchy, propose immediate turnaround
  • Ensure and control completeness and correctness of the activity performed during the day
  • Coordinates continuous relationship with Site in scope: Ensure pro-active communication; Identity and report operational change requests to Team leader
  • Provide daily support to relationship Analysts and Senior relationship analysts. Point of escalation for all relationship analysts
