- The Portugal Private Credit Center of Expertise team forms part of the wider Loan Solutions team within the Alternative Investors (AI) client line, working in collaboration with the Private Capital teams
- Loan Solutions is engaged in the delivery of product and solutions to asset manager and asset owner clients investing in Private Credit (corporate loans), Infrastructure Debt and Real Estate Debt. The team purpose is the delivery of client solutions and services designed specifically for General Partners investing in private assets, direct loans and broadly syndicated loans in particular.
- The main services delivered by the Portugal Private Credit Center of Excellence team are Loan Administration, Collateral Administration, Middle office services, Depositary function (recork keeping, cash processing) – where relevant and Loan Trade Closing – where relevant
- Primary role focus is the AI client line and client segment, however the team’s coverage also encompasses service delivery for Asset Owners, traditional Asset Managers investing into Private Credit asset classes, and BNPP CIB Global Markets
- The Officer mission is to ensure the service delivery (delivery of results, strong awareness of Risk & quality), according to procedures and Service Level Agreement (SLA) in place
Your Main Activities Are
- Process activities following the operational procedures in place, ensuring the SLA is met and perform the tasks according to work allocation
- Performing the controls according to the procedures and risk mapping (checklists, 4 eyes check…)
- Analyse and integrate data in the systems while comparing data from different sources ensuring its reliability
- Manage queries, while understanding the different priorities and forward the requests to the respective departments
- Ensure escalation of non solved queries and potential incidents
- Extract reports, gather information and provide information to support the decision process and/or oversight duties
- Ensure client satisfaction by following up on their instructions, ensuring that queries are dealt in a timely manner and respecting the norms and standards
- Enroll in training session in order to evolve on relevant topics, and/or cover any upskilling. Training the newcomers, smoothing the onboarding process
- Sharing continuous improvement projects by raising improvement points and contribute to implement them

- Global Securitised Products (GSP) covers several businesses, including Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) and Private Debt Financing. - The Over The Counter (OTC) Middle Office Trade Matching Analyst is in charge of trade matching activity for OTC derivatives transactions in various platforms and for monitoring the daily activity

- Match of trades in different matching platforms on T0

About the job
- The Cash Investigations Officer is responsible to handle, manage and follow-up claims and queries regarding cash flows across several locations. The role deals with internal clients, counterparts and cash correspondents, being also responsible for dealing with several departments with Cash Management activities
Your Main Activities Are
- Provide solutions and operational/market assistance, as well as accurate and useful operational insight to internal clients and teams
- Perform Banking reconciliation
- Communicate with correspondents and counterparts
- Ensure that the investigation of any claim related to cash flows, either from clients or from counterparts, is solved within the desirable time frame, while assuring a quality support during the process

- The Backend Developer Trainee mission is to support the backend programming for the Data Governance Tool used by the RISK Department and managed by the RISK Systems group, part of one of the core activities that provides support to a worldwide banking system that is centralized in Lisbon and other remaining areas in the rest of Europe

- Within Portugal International Markets Hub (PIMH), a Scrum Master organises, coordinate and facilitate the various activities to be realised by the representative users, for testing and change management, in the frame of Go Live of the program. Vous intégrerez la Direction Client au sein du département Flux financier et plus particulièrement le service Analyse des Comptes. Vous aurez l’opportunité de travailler avec l’ensemble des départements de cette Direction, mais aussi avec la Direction financière (Comptabilités). L’activité consistera à analyser au quotidien les écritures bancaires non rapprochées afin de les apurer et produire mensuellement les rapprochements bancaires du portefeuille de comptes qui vous sera confié. Vous contrôlerez sur le périmètre confié, la qualité des décaissements manuels et automatiques produits la veille. Enfin vous contribuerez à la production trimestriels des travaux d’arrêtés (calcul des provisions, interprétation des soldes, Sign-off, procédures du contrôle permanent). Sous l’autorité du responsable du service, vous maintiendrez à jour la documentation des procédures et fiches de comptes.

Le Chargé(e) de Comptes de Flux Financiers ADC est responsable de la gestion des flux financiers en termes de :

– Il/Elle garantit un traitement optimum des opérations sous sa responsabilité dans le respect des règles et procédures, des engagements pris en terme de qualité et de délais, et des standards de fonctionnement définis.
