  • Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, consistency and completeness of information sent to the regulator to reflect the correct firm market activity

Your Main Activities Are

  • Ensure the accuracy, timeliness and exhaustiveness of the trade reporting by performing a close monitoring (in-house and external systems) of transactions reported
  • Tackle operational rejections for all jurisdictions by analyzing and resubmitting them when required
  • Answer or prepare the answer to regulators queries
  • Perform in depth analysis of issues to identify root cause (Information Technology (IT) feed issue, incorrect populated field, incorrect reporting logic applied, among others) and escalate it to relevant teams (external or internal)
  • Follow-up on IT fixes and their release, and provide update and Management Information Systems data to management
  • Keep track of all open issues and follow up with IT until fix release
  • Ensure the follow-up and updating of operational procedures
  • Maintaining effective working relationships with other locations and teams (IT, project manager, Front Office, among others)

  • The Administrative Assistant role is to ensure high-quality support to Executives, Senior Managers and Teams based across BNP Paribas’s locations, in achieving their strategic objectives by dealing with administrative tasks. This role is inserted in a fast-paced environment, where it’s expected to come up with innovating solutions that offer a smarter way forward, always operating with a sense of urgency and discipline. Smart Office is a Shared Service Centre dedicated to Administration services. Client relations are at the cornerstone of its strategy, with the primary aim of developing long-term relationships and supporting partners in making the best use of their time by offering them a focus on administrative duties

Your Main Activities Are
  • Five full administrative and secretarial support to service partners based locally and/ or onshore, across all locations of BNP Paribas
  • Management of daily calendars/ agendas, organizing meetings with multiple recipients/ stakeholders and booking meeting rooms/ digital and/ or VC calls, ensuring all logistic support
  • Manage corporate travel arrangements, including booking of flights, trains, hotels, cars, taxi and others, ensuring a consistent adherence to the appropriate policy according to the entity or location

The Corporate Sales Assistant aims to accompany the continuous enhancement of the quality of service provided to our corporate clients, notably post-trade services. Its role is to support Corporate Sales in their daily tasks (pre-trade to post-trade processes), in the most timely and efficient manner. The Corporate Sales assistant is a key contact for external clients but also for other BNPP functions.

Your Main Activities Are

Onboarding / recertification

  • Ensure onboarding and recertification requests are completed in due time by raising and tracking internal onboarding workflow tool requests, preparing & reviewing Know Your Client (KYC) forms required for Global Markets (GM) including Transaction Profile and supporting Corporate Sales on answering potential Compliance information requests

Static Data maintenance

  • Assist GM Sales in the maintenance of the customer relationship tool
  •   Ensure all Client Static Data is kept up to date by providing new or updated information to the responsible teams and performing ad-hoc reconciliations of our records against those of the Client

Post trade processes

  • Ensure post trade processes are timely performed and up to the level expected from a world leading Investment bank by ensuring all Booking queries are addressed and escalated to the Marketer where appropriate, all Fixing Advices are sent and trades are confirmed in due time to the relevant Client and margin calls and clients’ claims are managed in a timely manner
  • Act as an intermediary between the Marketers and all Operational areas of the Bank

  • The Equities Financing Trade Support (EQFI) Analyst’s mission is to perform the first level of Trading Control, being highly driven to mitigate operational risk with a higher focus on D1 Products and Swaps. The EQFI Trade Support is the dedicated trade support for equity financing activity of the European hub (mainly London and Paris) and endorse the responsibility of the booking quality of every deal from the booking until the expiry.

Your Main Activities Are

  • Manage the trade processing for Forward Trading activities, control and manage all new transactions and ensure each position and trade are correct, such as the delta coming with every trade.
  • Ensure that input and validation of trades in the in-house booking systems is accurate. Increase/unwind existing positions and guarantee all information is clear and transparent.
  • Ensure the integrity of the data that makes up the traders positions. Calculate, analyse and book all types of events that come along during the life of a deal.

  • The Documentation Drafting Analyst’s mission is to manage the subsequent risks undertaken by the business lines by checking the integrity and accuracy of the booking

Your Main Activities Are

  • Draft legal confirmations based on International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) definitions for all products including Swaps, Forwards and Options, for example Option Strategies (Barrier, Knock-in Knock-out, Accumulator) and Hybrid Strategies

  • The Counterparty Risk Monitoring Officer monitors counterparty risk exposures on BNP Paribas (BNPP) Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) clients, to ensure such risks stays within BNPP’s own risk appetite.
