- The Business Analyst mission is to establish the link between the Business operational teams/Product and IT, translating each business need into detailed requirements. - The Fund Management Officer, as part of France Titrisation, is responsible for managing a securitisation transactions portfolio. The role also analyses requests, process them, apply controls, and identify risks to escalate when necessary
- France Titrisation is a Management Company dedicated to the French securitization vehicles (Organisms de Titrisation), under the French AMF’s regulations (Autorité des Marchés Financiers). The Fund Management Officer is the direct contact with internal and external Front Offices and other Middles Offices, to ensure effective management of the funds on day to day. It is also the direct contact with institutional investors and financial intermediaries to provide all information and manage client requests (payments, reporting, respecting the legal agreement)
Your Main Activities Are
- Execute periodic operational and administrative management and first level controls of the transactions, including control and analyses of the loan/receivable portfolio (transaction’s active); management and calculation of financial flows and treasury; calculation and control of the transaction’s liabilities (fees, interests and financial instruments exchanges/SWAP); coordination of capital calls; accounting of the transaction (movements, controls and reconciliations); management of replenishment and liquidation of the vehicle
- Participate in the transaction modelling at closing, producing the template for instructions and information to counterparts; producing the accounting aggregates (provisions), plans and flows; and producing transaction controls follow-up

- The Credit Analyst’s main mission is to produce high-quality Credit Proposals in a timely and efficient manner to enable BNP Paribas Corporate Coverage to do new business with clients, such as gaining credit committee approval for new business, manage exposure to credit risk and meet its regulatory requirements through Annual Reviews

- The Account Life Cycle Officer’s main mission is to be one of the five Single Point of Contacts (SPOC) of the End-to-End Coordinator for Client On-boarding, while being the Pivot between the involved teams in accounts opening, the Client and the End-to-End Coordinator for Client On-boarding (new client, service extension, fund creation, offboarding, in some case third party AM), upon End-to-End Coordinator request
- Also, the Account Life Cycle Officer is responsible for performing the business as usual (BAU), which is additional account opening for an existing LCN and existing products, upon Client’s request
Your Main Activities Are
- Initiate the Life Cycle process for opening, modification and closure, while ensuring the identification of services required by the client and that will impact the accounts and the related tools
- Verify the Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements concerning the opening’s account and any blocking point could be coordinated with the SPOC in charge of KYC process
- Prepare and update as necessary a checklist to collect a detailed documentation with the client
- Manage the Life Cycle process for opening, modification and closure, by collecting the Account Opening Form (AOF) and ensuring it has been properly completed
- Complete the Account Setup Form (ASF) and any specific forms potentially required by specific teams
- Launch the Account Management Process in the dedicated tool
- Follow-up the workflow to identify any risk of blocking point that could influence the respect of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) contract as signed with the client
- Coordinate the actions between the different teams to issue the workflow until its ended point
- Collect the confirmation of that the setups are correctly done, especially for sensitive settings
- Send to End-to-End Coordinator or Client the confirmation of opening and modification of setup done and uring all the process (on-boarding or BAU), influencing the progression in a positive way and reducing the negative impacts for all stakeholders, helping them to understand the aim and how to provide the best service. - The Over-the-counter (OTC) Middle Office Trade Matching Analyst is in charge of trade matching activity for OTC derivatives transactions in various platforms and for monitoring the daily activity
Your Main Activities Are

- The Back Office (BO) for Corporate Structured Credit provides servicing activities related to syndicated loans or complex bilateral credits. This includes loans to customers of different Business Lines. Complex credit transactions are booked in the credit management system and then transferred, after the first drawdown, to the Back Office (BO) for Corporate Structured Credit located in Lisbon for the servicing of the live cycle events of the credit.
