- BNP Paribas Portugal is looking for professionals with relevant experience in Application deployment & support to support HR department in its digital transformation projects, as part of a permanent team in charge of critical HR Systems. Your Main Activities Are
- Acquire and maintain a deep knowledge of the tool you are in charge of and its future evolutions
- Change management, gap analysis, training, follow up & test evolutions on tools, absorb releases, parameter settings in tool
- Help to manage the Change Requests backlog, advise Product owner on priority
- Evaluate with community the use of new functionalities pushed by providers (SaaS) and set up these functionalities in the tools
- Input to SaaS provider on requirements: Community of clients : suggestions, meetings, beta groups
- Change projects
- Project contribution capacity: experts that work on difficult tool requests (support / change) and can be used to contribute to major projects
- Deploy the tool you are in charge of in new entities

About the Team
- The HR Tools team’s mission is to deliver flexible, customer-oriented, high quality and cost-effective HR tools and services to BNP Paribas employees and HR teams. We are part of Group HR and based in Lisbon and Brussels. We work closely together with Group HR in Paris and the HR departments in more than 70 countries. These Group HR Tools cover the following HR processes: Learning & Development, Recruitment & Mobility, Performance & Career, Global Reporting, GHR referential. The department HR Tools is in charge of the deployment and support of Group HR tools (My Learning, About Me, Bwelcome, Navex and Medallia) as well as Group HR referential (RefOG/OPAL, EdgaHR/Sacha, JAD, Skilleo) and Global Reporting. For some of these tools/referential, HR Tools plays the role of Product Owner. HR Tools team is also in charge of animating the users’ communities, via Sounding Boards, Sharepoint management and other events. You will become part of a “squad” dedicated to an HR Tool, with members located in Brussels and in Lisbon, who work together daily in a strong collaboration to reach the same set of goals. - Within Credit & Regulatory Reporting , the Credit Risk Consolidation & Reporting risk analyst is responsible for the production and submission to the supervisory entities (ACPR/ECB) of the Large Exposures reports: Group and some group subperimeters (Fortis/BGL/BPLS/BNL)

It is a Basel limit framework for measuring and controlling the size of a bank’s concentration of large exposures in relation to its capital, designed to protect banks from large losses resulting from the sudden default of a single counterparty
Your Main Activities Are
- Production, collection and control of risk data (credit, counterparty, counterparty, market, equity, other assets) in the different tools (ARC, SRS, DTK Access Data Base)
- Analyze and distribute the results of the calculated reports, ensuring consistency throughout the reports, between quarters and aligned with all available information
- Prepare the support documentation for each report validation meeting. Present the validation meeting to the management and the different stakeholders
- Coordinate and interact with the different process stakeholders

- Global Securitised Products (GSP) covers several businesses, including Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) & Private Debt Financing. - Loan trading business facilitates the transaction of loans in both primary and secondary markets, providing liquidity and investment opportunities for market participants. It enables investors to gain or adjust exposure to corporate credit, manage portfolio risk, or capitalize on distressed opportunities by trading loan products following industry standards such as LSTA/LMA. The Loan Trading Middle Office provides daily operational support to the Sales and Trading desks by ensuring the processing of primary/secondary loan trades and loan TRS, including all funding and documentation matters
Your Main Activities Are
- Work closely with the sales & trading desk, clients, legal counsel, and operations teams to settle primary, secondary and distressed loan trades for US and UK desks
- Create trades in ClearPar and confirm their details
- Coordinate with counterparts and administrative agents to review and execute all trade documents necessary for closing in a timely manner, adhering to LSTA/LMA timeframes
- Monitor trader’s positions and monitor and manage a high volume of loan closings, updating the status for each trade, and performing reconciliations. Escalate any potential delays in trade settlement
- Prepare and review LSTA/LMA standard documents including Trade Confirms, Assignment Agreements, Participation Agreements, Multilateral Agreements, and Purchase Sales Agreements for Distressed trades

- The Client Service Officer RTO (Reception and Transmission of Orders) is responsible for the reception and transmission of client stock market orders. This job involves fluid and efficient communication between the different departments and customers to ensure optimal monitoring of customer orders and ensure efficient execution in accordance with our standards
Your Main Activities Are
- Reception and processing of orders: Ensure the reception of customer orders and their transmission to the Teams concerned as soon as possible
- Order execution monitoring: Ensure that orders are properly transmitted and executed in compliance with procedures, deadlines and quality requirements and inform customers of the status of their processing

About the Job
The main task will be actively support the CIB(Corporate & Institutional Banking) CCCO (Chief Conduct and Control Officer) Central team based in Paris in all their non-financial risk management projects.
Your Main Activities Are
* Facilitate the continuous improvement of the Risk Management Framework at CIB level on all non-financial risks
* Support the team in the production of reports to CIB Top Management for risk monitoring purpose
* Alert the management to key indicators that do not comply with internal guidelines and external obligations

About The Team
- We are looking for a mid- to senior‑level kdb developer whose primary mission is to maintain, evolve, and steward our existing data platform
- The successful applicant will be a core member of the Analytics KDB team. You will design, build, and maintain high‑performance KDB+/q applications that ingest, transform, store and serve the full set of electronic‑equities market data used across the firm. You will work on production‑grade systems, partner closely with both business users (traders, quants, analysts) and IT stakeholders (data‑engineering, security, infrastructure) and help deliver the low‑latency data foundation that powers real‑time and historical analytics for Cash Equities.
Your Main Activities Are
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand and refine the requirements
- Design, code, test and deploy KDB+/q services for enriching raw data with various metrics and presenting in the most impactful fashion
- Profile and tune KDB queries, identify bottlenecks in data retrieval or pipeline stages
- Participate in on‑call rotation; resolve production incidents and perform root‑cause analysis
