- The Referential Client Administration Analyst’s main mission is to audit and validate all new Entities on-boarded in the Central Referential System (CRDS) and guarantee the quality and the integrity of all the data stored in the Referential CRDS and managing, analysing and coordinating Client off-boarding due to end of relation, Mergers and Acquisitions and Liquidations impacting the life Cycle of a Client within the Bank
Your Main Activities Are
- Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders, such as Legal, Risk, Due Diligence, Compliance and Trading desks the migration of assets and liabilities, trades, legal and risk agreements
- Manage internal projects in order to reconcile the data and the business status of a client with external sources, such as Bloomberg, Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF) and national trade registries worldwide
- Manage the off-boarding client process in accordance with defined procedures
- Validate every new entity creation and update in the referential CRDS as per defined procedures
- Provide support and advise to CRDS administration team based in Mumbai
- Perform other setups and controls, including market data and other data in accordance with defined procedures.
- Contribute to KPI on a daily basis and provide visibility on the production and issues to the Management
- Contribute to any project which impact its perimeter whenever required by the Management
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s in Economics, Finance and Accounting or any related field

- The KYC Data Officer’s primary focus is to gather client data and documentation to construct a KYC (Know Your Client) file to support the due diligence assessment of prospective and existing clients
Your Main Activities Are

- The Fund Financial Controller is part of the Private Capital activity which covers services including depositary, register keeping, accounting services and the outsourcing of fund financial controlling from fund managers and institutional companies. Your Main Activities Are
As part of Global Markets Regulatory Team and in close cooperation with the different business lines, the role of a regulatory analyst will be twofold:
- Coordinate GM Reg Transversal initiatives
- Organise and coordinate contribution from GM Reg team members to Regulatory forums/committees, Reg Sharepoint, GM Website, Reg Newsletter, Symphony…

- The role encompasses the following responsibilities regarding the support of regulatory specialists:
- Supporting Regulatory specialists in raising awareness of GM business lines on upcoming legislative proposals in front-user friendly formats (2 pagers, flashnews, factsheets, articles,…)

About the Team
The role sits within the Global Markets Regulatory team, which belongs to the Business Development department within Global Markets.
The Business Development department is led by Arnaud de Tregomain (Global Markets COO and Head of Business Development). This department is composed by the COO teams, the business strategy and strategic investment team, the Regulatory team and the Communication and Marketing team.
The Global Markets Regulatory team has around 10 resources, mainly based in Europe (London and Paris) but has a global representation with presence in New York and Hong Kong. Isabelle Paresys, based in London, is leading the team. The team is supervising the entire portfolio of the regulatory topics affecting Global Markets including Market Structure, Investors protection, Prudential topics (capital, balance sheet, liquidity) and is performing action through the entire life cycle of these regulations.

About the job
- The main responsibility of this role is to work on specific accounting and financial information controls projects
- These projects will involve working on implementation of a specific tool related to accounting and financial control plans areas throughout Finance, in closed relationship with IT and the Regions, Business lines, Functions identifying control solutions and reporting findings to Finance management
Your Main Activities Are
- Contributing to the deployment and improvement project of the Beacon tool that is related to accounting and financial information controls as defined by Finance management
- Review of the processes within the bank and developing good understanding of the control environment surrounding these processes that affect the Financial Statements and in general the financial reporting
- Review and assess new requirements from users or the Group to address it to IT
- Implement the proposed solutions across the impacted sites within Finance after the managerial review
- Follow-up on the implementation of the Beacon solution across Finance (within the managed perimeter) and extension to all Finance Teams in the Metiers and Finance & Strategy, follow-up the requirements coming from Regions/Metiers/SMR/GFC (OPC finance LOD1 and 2LOD finance), evaluate them, prioritize them and have permanent contact with Business Analysist, Developers and users to keep enhancing the tool
- Contribute to improve, automate and secure the reporting process from Beacon to Risk tool environment (360Risk-Op)
- Support to the management for F&S of Esop, 360 Risk-OP libraries, COGNOS extractions, Tableau dashboard)
- Provide support to the Regions, Metier, SMR and GFC during project implementation on the difficulties faced
- Prepare KPI follow-up to management related to the tool implementation and follow remediation Action Plans
- Represent Standard and Controls and Group Financial Control team in various Finance projects in Infinity and outside it, when applicable
Profile and Skills to Success
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Business
- At least 3 years of professional experience in external or internal audit, control, or risk department. And previous experience in Finance or banking
- Experience in leading small teams 2-3 members or leading small projects
- Experienced working in an international environment
- Knowledge of Business Process modelling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Project management skills (set up governance, calendar, deliverables, critical path, budget, documentation update etc.)

- Act as the quality assurance of GBO Portugal towards the beneficiaries of the services of the platform and Portugal platform
