- Within Finance & Strategy (F&S) function, Finance Implementation Projects (FIP) teams: Lead the end-to-end implementation of business and regulatory projects by responding to Business Line and Finance requirements; Contribute to transformation initiatives according to the Finance strategy; Implement and maintain a harmonized Finance operating model across BNP Paribas Group; Contribute to migration projects relying on the regional set up in Europe, Asia, and Americas; Collaborate with a FIP community worldwide, ensuring a consistent approach of the Finance projects across the geographies
Your Main Activities Are
- Propose and follow the allocation of the resources to deliver the projects in relation with the budget defined
- Monitor the budget and staffing ensuring the delivery of the projects
- Follow up on the status and the actuals
- Coordinate the relationship with team leaders in Lisbon and Paris and FIP Regions in order to follow the portfolio and capacity planning
- Collect, update and analyse the book of work of the team in order to report on the forecast and the landing of the projects
- Be the bridge between the team manager and the team leaders
- Monitor and coordinate the execution of the different generic controls
- Analyse and produce a synthesis of the results for the controls put in place, as well as monitor action plans with the team
- Propose an implementation plan for new controls and evolution of current ones.
- You will be very active in the preparation of the different presentations for quarterly meetings with our Senior Management Support (SMS) teams in order to report on the projects’ status and will participate to the management meetings

- Master’s degree or Engineering school degree completed
- At least 5 years of professional experience in project activity as Project Management Officer (PMO) or Business manager

- The Account Life Cycle Officer main mission is to be one of the five Single Point of Contacts of the End to End Coordinator for Client On-boarding. Prepares and updates as necessary a checklist to collect a detailed documentation with the client
- Manage the Life Cycle process for opening, modification and closure, by collecting the AOF (Account Opening Form) and ensuring it has been properly completed; completing the ASF (Account Setup form) and any specific forms potentially required by specific teams; launching the Account Management Process in the dedicated tool; follow-up the workflow to identify any risk of blocking point that could influence the respect of the SLA contract as signed with the client; coordinate the actions between the different teams to issue the workflow until its ended point; and collecting the confirmation of that the setups are correctly done, especially for sensitive settings

- The Know Your Client (KYC) Data Officer’s primary focus is to gather client data and documentation to construct a KYC file to support the due diligence assessment of prospective and existing clients
Your Main Activities Are
- Initiation and preparation of onboarding/recertification KYC process: understands the purpose of each client on-boarding or recertification request and explains BNP Paribas KYC process to the client
- Conduct initial checks against internal data / databases to determine KYC information held within the bank and required documents to constitute “Kick-off pack” to be shared with clients. Additionally, define the “onboarding/recertification specifications” including multi-site local requirements
- Liaise internally with relevant stakeholders for list of required KYC and Regulatory (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI), Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MIFID)) documents, determines required documents for KYC and performs gap analysis with existing documents
- Prepare list of required onboarding/recertification documents and constitute client “Kick-off pack”
- Collection of information and documents: interrogates internal/external sources and KYC utilities to obtain data and documents required by the relevant client segment policy and collects remaining documents from the clients
- Organise documents collected and extracts relevant data to support the KYC process. - The AML L2 Trainee will support the AML L2 Compliance teams, by performing initial tasks required within an AML investigation. These tasks will be performed as a complement and initial steps of the more detailed AML investigation, performed by the team (Officers and Senior Officers)
