Your Main Activities Are
- Under the responsibility of the local Financial Controller Team Leader based in Lisbon Office, the Financial Controller Senior Officer will perform the following activities:
- Actual monthly closing and Budget processes
- Contribute for the production of the management control reporting
- Consolidate financial and non-financial information from the sites of Wealth Management (WM)
- Upload/Retrieve financial information from and into Management control tools
- Perform controls on data received
- Perform analysis to the results and any other ad-hoc request
- Establish regular contacts with the sites / Head Office to ensure data reception and loading
- Ensure data quality through control execution on data received from sites
- Contribute actively to internal control set up (update procedures and operating manuals)

- BNPP Wealth Management Offering teams are currently growing in Portugal. These are very interesting opportunities to join the growing PIMH (PIMH = Portugal International Markets Hub) family as dealer for Structured Products
Your Main Activities Are
- Execute structured product orders received from clients. The focus is on the execution of (1) secondary market orders and (2) primary market orders for so-called “flow” structured products (mostly equity yield enhancement products) – most often executed after launching a RFQ (request for quotes)
- Ensure flawless monitoring of the transactions’ processing and corresponding execution-related risks
- Provide various services to the structured product dealers located in Luxembourg and Switzerland. For example: documentation (term sheet, KID) checks or creation of structured product related marketing material
- Contribute to the development of fruitful relationships with (1) all internal parties involved in structured products (e.g., front teams, back offices, risk teams, credit teams) and (2) the major sell-side structured product issuers that service the execution team

- Take an active part in the industrialisation of the structured product activity, notably by regularly testing the newly developed “Contineo” tool
- Contribute to the origination of new structured product ideas, in coordination with structured products specialists located in Switzerland and Luxembourg

- Since 2015, BNP Paribas Wealth Management (BNPPWM) has a competences center in Lisbon named the Portugal International Markets Hub (PIMH). This center manages certain activities for the International Markets (IM) sites of BNPPWM namely Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany and Monaco

- The Funds Execution Team ensures the execution of all orders on investment funds, in the Wealth Management (WM) business line. At the heart of the Operations HUB, it provides its expertise to numerous WM sites. The team delivers a tailor-made experience, with outstanding attention to details to all WM clients
Your Main Activities Are
- Execution of investment fund orders with custodians/transfer agents, in compliance with cut-offs

- The position is a Counterparty Risk Analyst role within RISK Market and Financial Institutions (RISK MFI) dedicated to the analysis of the counterparty risk exposure of Global Market
- RISK MFI provides the Senior Management of the Group, of the RISK Function and of Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) with full transparency and dynamic analysis and monitoring of market, counterparty, liquidity risks originated and managed by CIB GM and of credit risks on Financial Institutions to assist them in their risk decision making and monitoring

- The Secondary Exotic Trade Support Team (SE POS) and ETS is in charge of secondary events like increases, unwinds, early expiries or any coupon payment throughout the life cycle of the trade as well as increases of issuances amounts or Corporate Action events. The team has a strong operational risk and management approach on multiple European Trading desks and works closely with trading on a daily basis to guarantee the correct booking of all positions, cash flows and respective Profit and Loss (PNL)
- Its main missions are: Control and manage all Secondary Transactions and ensure each position and trade are correct so that the amount hedged by Front Office is in line; Increase/unwind existing positions and guarantee all information is clear and transparent; Smoothen the process of flowing information throughout the remaining teams within the bank and Daily control of position changes and closely follow updates on existing secondary trades
- Secondary Trade Support is asked to intervene on positions at the request of Front Office (FO). These requests must be considered from a critical angle, considering the fact that they will impact the position in place. In particular, it is recalled that any modification or cancellation of a transaction beyond T + 2 – on the initiative of a trader – must be duly explained in writing and the trader’s management must be informed. Trade Support should at all times exercise a critical sense of the explanations provided.
- Like all operations members, Trade Support implements the necessary elements to: Minimize operational risks and fraud risks by putting in place the regular and sufficient controls inherent to its position (reporting to relevant teams when needed and Escalate to his management, the management of the Front Office and / or permanent control the problems identified
- The main goal of Secondary Trade Support is to guarantee traders their transactions and related events on the different products they hold in their portfolio: Guarantee Trading Transactions in Front / Operations Systems (The Middle Office (MO) guarantees trading transactions on exotic products and primary operations by comparing the operations received from FO in secondary systems (Exocet) with those retrieved by operations. En tant que V.I.E Product Specialist Structurer, vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique et internationale, au cœur des enjeux de structuration de produits financiers complexes.
