Nous sommes 50 Conseillers clientèle avec 4 Team Leader et un Manager divisés en deux périmètres:
- Prévoyance, où nous traitons plusieurs produits d’assurance. Le but de ces assurances est de couvrir le client en cas d’aléas de la vie. Nous n’assurons pas de biens, seulement des personnes (assurance de prêt et assurance individuelle)
- Épargne, en relation avec les assurances Vie BNP Paribas

Nos Objectifs : Dans les deux métiers, notre Centre de Relation apporte l’expertise et l’approche empathique qui sont une valeur ajoutée essentielle dans un moment clé de la vie de nos Clients !
Nous fournissons un service après-vente qualitatif, principalement par téléphone mais aussi par e-mail, répondant aux doutes des clients et des partenaires bancaires sur nos produits et leurs contrats, les guidant dans la gestion de leurs contrats et les paiements associés, tout en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de gestion. - The Credit Risk Monitoring Analyst monitors credit risk exposures to ensure the bank respects its risk appetite. The responsibilities include monitoring, analysis, decision making and constant discussion with all stakeholders
Your Main Activities Are
- In charge of producing analysis and reporting to management on credit risk, ensuring the consistency of the information on the agreed timelines, raising alert to management in any situation deemed sensitive; Progressively gain autonomy to deal with critical overdrafts and request support from senior colleagues to schedule and host meetings when required
- For the standard, recurrent cases ensure an efficient monitoring by assessing the risk and take a credit risk decision in a timely manner, being able to maintain client focus while respecting RISK guidelines

O Responsável de equipa Accounts Reporting tem como principal missão coordenar a atividade respeitante à elaboração e submissão dos reportes mensais e trimestrais ao BdP, Autoridade Tributária e grupo BNPP. Assim como a gestão das operações contabilísticas, declarações fiscais, impostos e reportes ao Banco de Portugal e Central assegurando a fiabilidade da informação financeira produzida e garantindo a aplicação das normais legais e prudenciais.
Destacamos as seguintes responsabilidades:
- Coordena a elaboração das Demonstrações Financeiras;
- Monitoriza a realização dos reportes mensais e anuais para consolidação de contas do grupo BNPP;
- Coordena os fechos de contas mensais, trimestrais e anuais da entidade, realizando as operações de fecho do mês, garantindo os procedimentos inerentes de rotinas, validações, registos e análises;
- Coordena o preenchimento e cumprimento das declarações fiscais e legais dentro dos prazos estabelecidos (IRC, IES, IVA, Retenções, SAFT, DMIS, Dossier Fiscal, Relatório Preços de Transferência) e espoleta o processo de liquidação das mesmas;
- Acompanha as equipas de auditoria interna e externa;
- Gere os recursos humanos, animando as equipas para a prossecução dos objetivos, acompanhando, apoiando e desenvolvendo os colaboradores relativamente às competências necessárias ao exercício da função, propondo ações de formação, e assegurando a avaliação de desempenho;
- Monitoriza os processos executados ao nível do seu Pólo, acompanhando a sua execução e fiabilidade, bem como implementando melhorias nos processos existentes;
- Monitoriza os riscos de conformidade do seu Pólo, mantendo uma cartografia atualizada de todos os riscos afetos, quantificando os mesmos e propondo e implementando ações para os mitigar;
- Assegura a execução e implementação do dispositivo que permita a execução de controlos mitigadores dos riscos subjacentes às atividades do Pólo;
- Revê e valida as escrituras manuais, bem como os movimentos contabilísticos executados pelos elementos da equipa;
- Aprova a realização de pagamentos e cobranças, através dos poderes previstos na procuração bancária;
- Participa e coordena projetos transversais que envolvem as suas equipas, dando o seu contributo para novos desenvolvimentos;
- Responde a pedidos oriundos de clientes internos ou externos, parceiros assegurando o esclarecimento de matérias relacionadas com a atividade do seu Pólo;
- Verifica se as ferramentas informáticas utilizadas respondem às necessidades de informação contabilística, e assegura a realização de pedidos de desenvolvimento com vista a colmatar necessidades identificadas;

About the job
- The Credit Analyst’s main mission is to produce high-quality Credit Proposals in a timely and efficient manner to enable BNP Paribas Corporate Coverage to do new business with clients, such as gaining credit committee approval for new business, manage exposure to credit risk and meet its regulatory requirements through Annual Reviews
Your Main Activities Are
- Assess Counterparty and Credit Risk
- Collect and monitor key information on clients, such as annual reports, financial statements, web site information, requesting and analysing internal inputs for business line memos
- Liase with Relationship Managers to gain in-depth knowledge of client environment, strategy management, resources and financials
- Analyse and summarise the counterparty and credit risk on clients and prospects
- Prepare Credit Proposals

Na prática, o teu dia-a-dia
A tua missão será dirigir, garantir e controlar as atividades de Stock Financing, através da coordenação com as diferentes equipas locais (Mobility, Risco, Compliance, …), centrais (HQ) e Parceiros, assegurando o bom funcionamento da área sob tua responsabilidade, de acordo com as diretrizes definidas pela Direção Mobility, e com o objetivo de garantir a concretização dos objetivos quantitativos e qualitativos para o Cetelem.
No âmbito das tuas responsabilidades, destacamos:
- Serás o ponto de contacto com Mobility Central (HQ) e equipas locais para todas as questões relacionadas com o Stock Financing (produto, sistemas, política comercial e desenvolvimento negócio, formação, …);
- Irás assegurar a renovação de files em coordenação com Parceiros, KAMs e Risco, recolhendo a documentação a ser fornecida pelo concessionário/parceiro (Balanços, Demonstração de Resultados, Relatórios de Gestão, …), e preparando e revendo previamente os processos com o objetivo de os apresentar à Direção de Risco para análise;
- Irás gerir as necessidades de crédito stock das marcas e concessionários, apoiando-se na melhoria contínua, para aumentar a eficácia e os tempos de resposta;
- Vais definir, em colaboração com a equipa de Risco, um posicionamento e um alvo para o Stock Financing, e identifica os concessionários a priorizar;
- Deverás assegurar a montagem do processo de linhas de crédito a parceiros (SONAR) e o respetivo apuramento do RONE´s das mesmas, bem como assegurar a implementação de planos de melhoria nas atividades stock financing (rentabilidade, rwa, subutilização de linhas, SLA´s);
- Irás definir, para orçamento e respetivas ACTU´s, os valores limites e utilização das linhas Stock Finance;
- Participas na construção de Business Plans com visão wholesale na construção de “tenders”, e em reuniões/comités Automóvel/Risco, com os responsáveis dos outros departamentos, com Parceiros e com o HQ relacionados com a atividade de Stock Financing;
- Deverás assegurar uma análise comparativa dos concorrentes e das opções de financiamento de stock (SF) que estes propõem (incluindo garantias, condições, preços);
- Vais assegurar as tarefas relacionadas com Middle Office, a saber: files em SONAR; user’s; validadores; service request / incidents; controlo anual das apólices de seguro; minutas dos contratos e manutenção do processo de arquivo;
- Farás a ligação BNP e ISF (orçamento/SAP, pedidos de dados, informações ficheiros, informações financeiras, pedidos de desenvolvimento, validar os controlos operacionais) em coordenação com as equipas HQ;
- Deverás contribuir para o aumento das competências da equipa de vendas, internas (KAM’s, Comerciais) e externas (Parceiros);
- Por fim, irás dinamizar, coordenar e controlar as ações dos teus diferentes interlocutores internos e externos, envolvendo-os no projeto Stock Financing do Cetelem, e na realização dos objetivos que lhe estão atribuídos, com o objetivo de manter um elevado nível de serviço e uma aplicação adequada da estratégia da empresa;

- As a 2nd line of defence, RISK ORM CIB aims at providing RISK and CIB Management with a front to back consolidated view on operational risks of CIB activities to contribute to the reduction of operational risk and to better respond to Regulator’s expectations
- RISK OMC CIB mandate is to challenge and supervise the Operational Risk management of CIB activities. To that end, RISK ORM CIB relies on an effective operational risk management setup covering CIB activities: Global Banking, Global Markets, 2S and Functions covering CIB activities, Anti-Fraud, ICT, Third Party Risk Management, Operational resilience and Data Protection

Your Main Activities Are
- RISK ORM CIB Transformation & COO Office core activities globally are focused on Program / Project Management incl. Industrialisation, AI & Automation, Change, Training & Communication, Business Management and RISK ORM CIB steering (Governance, budget monitoring)
- Reporting to the COO Office Team Leader, the COO Office Officer is focused primarily on
- The RISK ORM CIB budget monitoring (both in FTE and K€)

- Weekly monitoring of the mandatory open positions to ensure the recruitments are well progressing and in line with the budget
- Quarterly update of the FTE trajectory to RISK CIB CoS

- Contracts and Invoices management in OneProc tool and OneCapp tool

- The HR & Change management- Training, communication, and events’ organisation for RISK ORM CIB
