- Present in Lisbon and Porto the Global Markets Operational and Permanent Control (GM OPC) teams works to safeguard business operations by identifying risks, analyzing past incidents, and strengthening controls. We work closely with traders, managers, and risk teams to build reports, track key risk indicators, and drive continuous improvement—all the while ensuring compliance with global standards
Your Main Activities Are
- Reporting, Analysis & Data Management: produce regular operational‑risk indicator (ORI) reports – weekly, monthly, quarterly – and perform trend analyses against historical data to surface emerging patterns; collect, cleanse, and validate data using a variety of tools; develop and maintain the necessary SQL/BI queries and perform routine data‑quality checks to ensure accurate inputs for all reports; deliver concise, data‑driven presentations and dashboards for governance committees, senior stakeholders, and audit forums; maintain up‑to‑date documentation of controls, processes, procedures, flowcharts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Digital Improvement & Automation: continuously review existing reports and control‑related processes for opportunities to automate or streamline; champion advanced digital solutions (e.g., Large Language Models, data‑visualisation tools) that reduce manual effort, accelerate delivery, and improve data integrity.
- Governance, Communication & Stakeholder Management: prepare, review, and distribute clear, actionable reports and presentations for management, audit committees, and risk‑management forums; respond promptly to ad‑hoc OPC requests – statistical analyses, KPI calculations, special presentations – ensuring consistent, high‑quality output across regions.
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, IT, Computer Science, Statistics or a closely‑related discipline – preferred.
- Minimum 3 years in operational‑risk, data‑analytics, business analysis, control‑framework implementation, or a comparable field.
- Strong quantitative, analytical and data‑driven problem‑solving abilities; comfortable interpreting large data sets and spotting trends.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office – Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, Word, Outlook – mandatory.
- Basic‑to‑intermediate competence in Tableau, Power BI (or similar) for creating dashboards and visual reports – mandatory.

Within the first line of defense of Global Markets, Operational Permanent Control (OPC) / Regulatory Permanent Control (RPC) are a key pillar for the monitoring of the non-financial risks (Operational, Conduct & Regulatory) & related control framework per the whole GM Regions and FO GBLs (Global Equities, FICC, Tech. - The Senior KYC Officer’s (SKYCO) primary focus is to act as the first level of control (1B) in reviewing, advising and validating on KYC (Know Your Client) due diligence assessment of prospective and existing clients. The SKYCO is also accountable for ensuring all relevant stakeholders sign-offs
Your Main Activities Are

The Flow Credit team is responsible for the development and implementation of analytic tools for pricing, market making, risk management and PnL explain of all products related with the Flow Credit trading desks. - The Finance Capital Markets Products Team Manager mission is to measure, control and explain the financial reporting of the Region’s entities, covering a large part of BNP Paribas Business Lines. Within the EMEA Finance organization, is also responsible for ensuring an accurate, reliable and comprehensive set of segmented financial data required for the production of all Reporting streams in relation with Capital Markets Business Lines
Your Main Activities Are
- Ensure the contribution to the monitoring of Capital Market Businesses, by controlling the reconciliation of the accounting and economical P&L followed by the Front and Middle Offices
- Work with the main financial instruments (Derivatives, Forex, Bonds, Issuer bonds, Equities and Commodities), as well as with the main businesses involved: Global Markets, ALMT and Personal Finance

About the job
- Loan trading business facilitates the transaction of loans in both primary and secondary markets, providing liquidity and investment opportunities for market participants. It enables investors to gain or adjust exposure to corporate credit, manage portfolio risk, or capitalize on distressed opportunities by trading loan products following industry standards such as Loan Syndications and Trading Association/Loan Market Association (LSTA/LMA). The Loan Trading Middle Office provides daily operational support to the Sales and Trading desks by ensuring the processing of primary/secondary loan trades and loan Total-Return Swap (TRS), including all funding and documentation matters
Your Main Activities Are
- Work closely with the sales and trading desk, clients, legal counsel, and operations teams to settle primary, secondary and distressed loan trades for United States (US) and United Kingdom (UK) desks
- Create trades in ClearPar and confirm their details
- Coordinate with counterparts and administrative agents to review and execute all trade documents necessary for closing in a timely manner, adhering to LSTA/LMA timeframes
- Monitor trader’s positions and monitor and manage a high volume of loan closings, updating the status for each trade, and performing reconciliations. Escalate any potential delays in trade settlement
- Prepare and review LSTA/LMA standard documents including Trade Confirms, Assignment Agreements, Participation Agreements, Multilateral Agreements, and Purchase Sales Agreements for Distressed trades
- Review and interpret Credit Agreements and Amendments, ensuring understanding of terms and conditions for both LSTA/LMA
- Prepare and review pricing prior to settlement according to LSTA/LMA definitions, as well as closing packages for Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS)
- Report the status of unsettled trades and key risk indicators to Management on a weekly basis
