- The Digital Support Officer’s main mission is to provide first-level support, administration coordination and incident management for all NeoLink Platform activities applicable to the EMEA region Customers, according to the procedures in place and the services policies to ensure that Follow-the-Sun Model is accurately applied and fully granted to our clients
Your Main Activities Are
- Support client onboarding process on NeoLink, verifying that all the requirements are in place for client setup
- Assist all Customers on administration definitions, ensuring they are aligned with the information and details provided by different implementation teams regarding accounts’ structure and contracted products and services
- Provide NeoLink basic training:
- Provide pre and post-sale training On-site or via Web Demonstration for Clients and internal and external users in NeoLink
- Participate in cross training sessions on new features and releases
- Manage Requests:
- Assist all Clients on their queries, issues or problems in the system
- Manage and administrate requests according to local and global procedures to mitigate risks and comply with internal policies and controls
- Escalate and liaise with the applicable dependencies for unresolved open issues or high-risk items
- Manage and support on incidents:
- Act as first level of investigation and support on issues linked to NeoLink features
- Guarantee that all incidents raised by the clients are managed in a timely manner and coordinate with internal teams for crisis management situations according to internal procedures
- Manage the communication with client services, clients and location linked to on-going incidents
- Declare identified incidents to Neolink-L2 Support and IT Support (L3)
- Follow-up incident resolution and analyse the functional impacts
- Collaborate in the identification of improvement opportunities and development of projects that allow the enhancements of the process for the benefit of Stakeholders and Clients
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree in European Studies, International Relations or any related field

- The Source to Pay (S2P) Process and project analyst is in charge of functional designing, implementing, maintaining and supporting the standard sourcing to pay solutions platform and related processes, until accounting feeding. The analyst intervenes on several System Applications and Products (SAP) platforms and modules to contribute to convergence to a unique Core model
Your Main Activities Are
- Ensure functional analysis of different modules of the application in line with the sourcing to pay Core Model
- Capture business requirements and propose the most adequate functional solution within SAP standards and respective Core Model; liaise with Information Technology (IT) in case of adaptation and document request; Define, develop and execute client dashboard data, and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting data
- Define both testing and migration strategies and planning, providing test scenarios and follow up on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) testing activities, including for new deployment projects

- The Client Relationship Officer’s (RO) main mission is to manage the daily interactions with BNP Paribas’ Corporate Clients ensuring the delivery of a high quality service in an innovative, digital and industrial way

- The Procure to Pay (P2P) Supporting Solutions Senior Officer position is in charge of the first level of support on the platforms and processes related to the Procure to Pay Solutions bearing the Procurement and Performance processes; be a reference for the team and act as a backup of the Team Leader by supporting the team and management

- The Wealth Management (WM) Conduct and Control Office is responsible for establishing within Wealth Management Global Asian and International Markets (GAIM) the Conduct and Control framework and is especially in charge of identifying and monitoring the non-financial risks: operational, regulatory and Conduct risks. Your Main Activities Are
- As a Regulatory and Conduct Office Manager, you will participate in various projects provide support within the scope of PIMH activity and this involves:
- Providing support in the various governance committees’ preparation (collecting and analysing information from the different WM GAIM locations, follow up of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), interactions with various stakeholders from WM locations (local Chief Conduct and Control Officers (CCCOs), Chief Operating Officers (COOs)) and functions (for example, Groupe Compliance, Human Resources,…) when needed to understand breaches / alerts, supporting materials update, among others
- Maintaining of the SharePoints
- Performing a regular watch on Conduct Practices / Communication in the Group, prepare and share internal documentation (for example, Conduct Watch)

- Coordinate and manage Regulatory and Conduct certification processes and reports at business line level

Your Main Activities Are
- Under the responsibility of the local Financial Controller Team Leader based in Lisbon Office, the Financial Controller Senior Officer will perform the following activities:
- Actual monthly closing and Budget processes

- BNPP Wealth Management Offering teams are currently growing in Portugal. These are very interesting opportunities to join the growing PIMH (PIMH = Portugal International Markets Hub) family as dealer for Structured Products
Your Main Activities Are
- Execute structured product orders received from clients. The focus is on the execution of (1) secondary market orders and (2) primary market orders for so-called “flow” structured products (mostly equity yield enhancement products) – most often executed after launching a RFQ (request for quotes)
- Ensure flawless monitoring of the transactions’ processing and corresponding execution-related risks
- Provide various services to the structured product dealers located in Luxembourg and Switzerland. For example: documentation (term sheet, KID) checks or creation of structured product related marketing material
- Contribute to the development of fruitful relationships with (1) all internal parties involved in structured products (e.g., front teams, back offices, risk teams, credit teams) and (2) the major sell-side structured product issuers that service the execution team
- Coordinate with the securities master file team (SMF) so that new structured products are registered in the Bank’s system in a proper and timely manner
- Support the PIMH execution middle office in its tasks related to structured products (which hover around controls and trade facilitation)
- Maintain and enrich various structured product-related databases
- Take an active part in the industrialisation of the structured product activity, notably by regularly testing the newly developed “Contineo” tool
- Contribute to the origination of new structured product ideas, in coordination with structured products specialists located in Switzerland and Luxembourg

- Provide high-quality service on execution of client orders on equities, bonds, Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs), listed derivatives (and vanilla equity Over-the-Counter (OTC) derivatives for a limited number of clients) for BNP Paribas Wealth Management International Markets clients
