About the Team 

The Quantitative Data Intelligence team is responsible for providing data, insights, and analysis to Global Markets Portugal and aims to build a solid database from various sources and develop analysis, reports and dashboards to provide valuable insight to the Front Office in a rapid, agile manner.

Our team is responsible for multiple steps regarding data processing, such as Data Feeds industrialization, ETL, Data Warehousing and Data Visualization. We are in direct contact with business sponsors, sales, and traders.  We seek to shape the technologies available to the client’s needs – we plan in processing the data using Python and SQL, while delivering the final product in Tableau, Power BI, APIs, and Chat bots

  • The Permanent Control Officer is an integral part of the risk assessment and weighting system at BNP Paribas Factor. This role is responsible for organizing the Permanent Controls system and supervising, monitoring, and ensuring Operational Risk management. OPC operates the Control framework relating to all operational risks, including Fraud, Third Party, Conduct, Compliance, Regulatory, Information & Communication Technology risks, and others risks types. OPC is responsible for the deployment of internal policies and procedures issued by specialize independent control functions part of Risk teams (2nd Line of Defence), and for the compliance with external regulatory and supervisory requirements.

Your Main Activities Are

  • Identify and assess risks and controls (Risk and Control Self-Assessment) by ensuring that key operational units and processes, material risks and risk mitigants are identified
  • Perform/drive the risk identification and assessment in liaison with independent control Functions when needed, ensuring validation by the relevant management level and consistency with the defined risk tolerance. Contribute to the definition and follow-up of remediation plan if needed
  • Manage Procedures by ensuring that Group procedures requirements are implemented locally, complemented with local specificities (regulations, tools, organizations …). Input in Group tools the control results and major action plans. Follow-up the implementation of remediation actions
  • Document findings, recommendations and permanent control actions: Upon notification/receipt of reports, organise the follow-up of the findings and recommendations, either issued internally (e.g. IG supervision) or externally (external auditors, supervisors) and ensure that they are closed within due date
  • Manage historical incidents by alerting the management and the independent control functions if needed on key incidents. Collect incidents (including impacts measurement), report and update in the incidents database, including suspected and attempted fraud cases. Analyse incidents in a timely manner and define, jointly with the relevant stakeholders, the correctives measures be implemented to mitigate risks. Organization and Environment

  • As part of the 2025 strategic plan, Wealth Management (WM) has launched a major transformation to modernize its Information Technology (IT)  platform (the Wealth Investment Integration Tool (WITT) Program).   • The FS Testing Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of the Wealth Management IT Transformation (Crystal / WITT) program by collaborating with relevant stakeholders. With a primary focus on the FS department from BNP Paribas Wealth Management in Switzerland, this position will concentrate on key topics and tools. As the primary liaison between IT teams involved in WITT and FS teams, the IT Testing Specialist will realize important tasks and facilitate seamless communication and coordination

Your Main Activities Are

  • Collaborate with WITT and IT teams to prepare test cases that reflect functional and non-functional requirements for Specicred (Crystal project: replacement of workflow and monitoring tools used today by the FS teams: Primos, ex-Monitoring Tool (XMT)) and WITT – ensuring that it meets all requirements and specifications
  • Execute test cases (User Acceptance Testing (UAT)) in coordination with developers and business users to guarantee that all needs are covered
  • Document test execution results clearly and concisely
  • Identify defects, log detailed anomaly tickets, and highlight critical issues to the development team
  • Track defect resolution and verify fixes before final sign off
  • Support the documentation of changes and design/deliver user training sessions for FS teams on new functionalities in the relevant tools

Como Data Protection Specialist irás coordenar e organizar iniciativas para assegurar a proteção dos dados pessoais tendo em conta a regulamentação RGPD e a estratégia definida pelo Grupo e pelo Central.

Terás como principais responsabilidades:

  •  Contribuir para a implementação dos princípios e regulamentação RGDP, com base na estratégia do Grupo e local, contribuindo desta forma para proteção dos dados pessoais na entidade
  • Contribuir para a realização dos assessments Data
  • Assegurar a existência e atualização dos ROPAS (Record of Processing Activities) existentes em PF Portugal 
  • Utilizar as ferramentas para a gestão do tratamento dos dados pessoais e apoia os diversos departamentos envolvidos na sua gestão e utilização.
  • Assegurar o cumprimento do circuito de tratamento dos incidentes de dados pessoais (Personal Data Breaches), nomeadamente o seu registo, report e seguimento.
  • Realizar os reportes e controlos de 1º nível necessários ao acompanhamento da atividade tanto localmente como para o Central relativos a data protection
  • Interagir com os vários stakeholders, nomeadamente departamentos como a Segurança IT e Jurídico, OPCs, bem como DPC/DPO para questões de proteção de dados.

  • The Cash Transfers Team Leader will manage team resources while supervising responsibilities handled by the team to guarantee the smooth functioning of the activity. The team leader will also ensure that productivity, quality and risk management are dully handled while managing relationships with different stakeholders

Your Main Activities Are
