BE PART OF OUR DYNAMIC MULTINORMS REPORTING TEAM
The Multinorms Reporting Team is in charge of producing French, IFRS and Solvency 2 reportings for Cardif French insurance entities.
YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE MULTINORMS REPORTING TEAM
You will be in charge of producing French, IFRS and Solvency 2 reportings for Cardif French insurance entities. In this context, the applicant will work and interact with his/her Manager and its hierarchy as well as other teams such as Finance, Corporate Actuarial and Risk Management departments within the BNP Paribas Group.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Ensure that the French, IFRS and Solvency 2 France packages is produced and delivered to the Corporate Department within the fixed deadlines and in accordance with the applicable regulations and standards:
- Carry out analysis reviews necessary to better understand and monitor the entities’ status, situation and perspectives
- Contribute to the review and the quality controls to perform for IFRS GAAP on a quarterly basis.
- Document all the work realized in accordance with the requirements defined by the permanent control.
- Guarantee a regular reporting and communication on your tasks and activities to your team and Manager
AS OUR NEW FINANCIAL REPORTING CONTROLLER, YOU MUST HAVE:
- An experience of minimum 3/5 years in the field of financial reporting
- A prior experience in Insurance Accounting may also be an asset for the position
- You master the accounting and tax rules applicable to your scope, especially the IFRS standards
- Previous knowledge of Insurance business, accounting and regulations
- Fluent in English (C1 or C2 level) – mandatory;
- A second language in particular French (B1-B2 level) would be a big plus

- Within the RISK Portugal Hub of CPBS (Commercial, Personal Banking & Services), you will join the RISK BCEF Reporting team. As a RISK Reporting Data Analyst, you will be responsible for producing BCEF’s RWA (Risk-Weighted Assets) for both monthly and quarterly closings, in cooperation with the RISK BCEF Reporting teams in Paris, BCEF Finance, and Credit Risk Regulatory (CRR) teams in Lisbon. You will also contribute to the production of credit risk reporting and indicators to address increasing regulatory demands and the development of Retail and Corporate securitizations within BCEF
- You will be working on various current credit risk and regulatory issues at the heart of banking within the largest entity of CPBS. You will gain a strong understanding of RWA calculations as well as the construction and analysis of key indicators for managing bank’s credit risk. In general, you will develop expertise in credit risk management, banking regulation (CRR3, EBA Guidelines – LOM, NPE-FBE, etc.), and the data challenges within BCEF and RISK BCEF
Your Main Activities Are
- During monthly and quarterly financial closings
- Production of controls (accounting base, risk parameters EAD/PD/LGD, EL/ELBE shortfall) to critically assess the elements used in capital calculation
- Identification of potential anomalies during the capital run and making necessary corrections
- Production of dashboards to explain RWA amounts and their variations
- Analysis and explanation of results from both an internal and standard approach (following the implementation of Basel 4 in January 2025), including the preparation of presentation materials
- Post-financial closings, you will lead work to optimize BCEF’s RWA
- Analyze and track the impact of compensations (RISK/Finance discrepancies) to reduce them in collaboration with the Finance teams in Madrid
- Analyze risk parameters (freshness of ratings and RTS36 impacts, limiting risk parameters for defaulted items or those subject to management rules)
- Contribute to improving the quality of data used (e.g., analyzing collateral, tracking remediation actions on data quality controls (Defensive and RDI controls), participating in the Data Quality Committee (COMET))

The QDI team has been delivering high-quality data engineering and data intelligence work. To further enhance its impact, a new product management role is proposed. This role will serve as a bridge between technical functions and business users, gathering feedback, articulating needs, and driving actionable items for QDI implementation.
Your Main Activities Are
Client Experience (CX) enhancement:
- Collate feedback from end-users on the QDI tools and its features
- Translate collected feedback into actionable items for implementation
- Drive the development of curated content from a user experience perspective, starting with the client angle (e.g., accessing client specific dashboards directly from CRM)
Product development and UX Design:
- Improve the user-interface of the QDI portal to enable faster access of relevant dashboards
