- As part of the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Office’s Governance and Strategy team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, implementation, and operation of a Cybersecurity Data Hub and its presentation layer. Your role is to architect both the data pipeline and the presentation layer of our cybersecurity intelligence, transforming fragmented data streams and raw telemetry into a cohesive narrative for various audiences. You will ensure that cybersecurity data, covering performance, program delivery, compliance, strategy, and operational activities, is systematically collected and surfaced through standardised, automated executive and operational actionable dashboards for BNPP stakeholders worldwide
Your Main Activities Are
- Data Engineering and Pipeline Automation
- Conduct an audit of existing metrics, their data sources, manual workflows, and automation opportunities
- Plan, design, and work with stakeholders to implement scalable data pipelines to ensure flow of information from source to end
- Identify, develop, and execute pipeline improvements to ensure data accuracy and reliability
- Visualisation and Executive Reporting
- Build, maintain, and optimise automated Power BI dashboards, replacing manual reporting with live, data-driven, quantitative visualisations
- Enforce standardised reporting templates and slide masters across all department communications to ensure consistency
- Lead periodic validation sessions with Security Operations and the CISO Office to refine KPI relevance and adjust metric weightings
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or related
- Up to 5 years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Analyses / Cybersecurity or similar
- Advanced level of English, both written and oral
- Knowledge in Cybersecurity Risk Domains / Vulnerability Scanners / Cybersecurity Operational Landscape
- Advanced proficiency in Python (Pandas, PySpark) and SQL (MSSQL, T-SQL, PostgreSQL)
- Knowledge of Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) orchestration, Security Architecture, and Application Programming Interfaces (API) integration
- Advanced expertise in Power BI (Data Analysis Expressions), Excel (Power Query), and PowerPoint (Slide Master)
- Familiarity with Security Operations data, such as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Vulnerability Scanners, ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and documentation tools (Confluence/SharePoint)
- Certifications in Azure Data Engineering (DP-203/700) / Microsoft Data Analyst (PL-300) or equivalent

- The KYC Analyst serves as a dedicated due‑diligence officer, responsible for gathering and consolidating data and documentation to build complete Know‑Your‑Client (KYC) files, for both prospective and existing clients
Your Main Activities Are
- Define the scope of each onboarding, recertification, or off‑boarding request and set the specifications, taking in consideration the local regulatory requirements
- Conduct initial checks against internal databases and open sources to identify existing KYC data and compile documents required from the client
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to obtain the full list of required KYC documents, and perform a gap analysis in order to identify any missing items

- The Exotic Trade Support is the first level of control with a strong operational risk and management approach. - The CTM Capital Markets Officer is involved in setting up and monitoring financing operations and is in direct contact with the Front Office on all matters relating to deals, in particular to ensure the feasibility of their “operability”. The officer is also in charge of the accurate translation of the operations in the Bank’s systems and official reports until the reimbursements of the deals. - Verification that the Conditions Precedents (CPs) or the first drawdowns are met, particularly on bilateral deals
- Follow-up of drawdowns and renewal of facilities, early repayments, follow-up of insurance and sub-participations. Follow-up of events throughout the lifecycle (amendments; changes of Shareholders; Acquisitions)
- Application of Booking Rules, Sharing Charters and Transfer Pricing Agreement (TPA)
- Study and analysis of up-front commissions in order to comply with Accounting Standards before accounting instructions
- Analysis of the Guarantees Received in connection with the Business and with the assistance of the Internal Lawyers. Instructions for recordings then follow-up of events and of the obligations of Borrowers to Lenders (static data) for recording in the Covenant Manager tool. Materialization of data and controls in various systems (Excel; Financial Instruments & Securities Accounting Tool, MyC, LIQ)
- Monitoring of profitability and in particular of Liquidity Costs; link with the ALM

- Credit Portfolio Analysis (CPA) team is in charge of analysing the quality and dynamics of the credit portfolio, including among others: cost of risk, portfolios under Risk Appetite Statement envelope, ESG and sensitivity analysis

- The Settlement Processing Analyst’s mission is to process the Securities Transaction Management Department main settlement processes, namely pre and post settlement activities, clearing, relevant legal documentation, transaction and event-related accounting for securities deemed in scope
