  • This role offers the opportunity to work directly with key prudential reporting frameworks such as COREP Own Funds, Large Exposures, Leverage Ratio, Fundamental Review of the Trading Book (FRTB) and Credit Risk Risk‑Weighted Assets (RWA)
  • As part of the Credit & Regulatory Reporting team, you will contribute to the production, analysis and delivery of regulatory metrics that support the monitoring of the Group’s capital ratios and regulatory disclosures. Whitin this position you will be in contact with BNPP supervisory bodies (ECB, ACPR, FED among others), regulatory reporting transformations, new prudential frameworks, and data quality initiatives

Your Main Activities Are

  • Prepare and deliver regulatory reports for BNPP Group and sub-consolidated scopes, such as COREP Own Funds, Leverage Ratio, Large Exposures and FRTB
  • Contribute to the production of Pillar 3 disclosures, on credit risk and securitization
  • Produce and monitor regulatory metrics related to Credit Risk and Securitization
  • Contribute to the calculation and analysis of Credit Risk RWA and related prudential ratios
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Finance, Risk and IT to ensure data consistency and reporting accuracy
  • Support the preparation of Senior Management forums dedicated to regulatory report validation

Profile and Skills to Success

  • The primary objective of the Strategy and Strategic Investments team is to be the strategic thought partner and advisor to the senior management of Global Markets and General Management of the Bank, to guide and support the management of the activity

In concrete terms, your daily life

 

Within PF Portugal Operations & Shared Service Centre SE.T Iberia, the mission of the team is to carry out continuous due diligence activities towards intermediaries, including maintenance and updating of records and AML(Anti-Money Laundering) and KYI information for active intermediaries of all AML risk levels, within the scope of the Group’s KYI Policy and Financial Security, by performing their onboarding and complete and partial recertification of dealers.

  • Performs the complete or partial KYI review of Personal Finance intermediaries (countries: Italy, Portugal, Belgium, UK)  as well as the monitoring and/or processing of incomplete or irregular files, in compliance with the KYI and Financial Security policy, evaluating data to determine the bank’s risk exposure to money laundering and related crime situations
  • Gathers information related to each dealer, including, validates the compliance of the collected information and updates the data in the various systems                                
  • Formalize the KYI studies carried out in a specific application (KYIS tool), in a risk assessment logic, attaching all supporting evidence to the study
  • Identify, escalate to the Compliance Dept., the dealers where alerts are identified in the AML scope. Makes a decision, within its own level of responsibility, on the continuity of the business relationship between the Bank and the Dealer based on the risk assessment

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE COMPLIANCE CONTROL AND RISK MANAGEMENT TEAM

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Lead and support a team of controllers (5 direct reports) in their daily roles, ensuring the quality of the service of controls; 
  • You will report functionally to the Head of CCRM;
  • Manage the day-to-day activity of his reports (“administrative” tasks, HR follow-up, individual performance, etc.) and will also be in charge of the regular costs review (staff, travels, etc.) of the activity.

Responsibilities related to the control activity: 

  • Propose an annual plan of controls based on the information given by CCRM team. Once validated by CCRM, follow it and adapt it in case of change;
  • Organize work of the controllers according to this annual plan (including the organization of the travels) ;
  • Follow accurately and regularly performance indicators and identify improvement areas;
  • Organize regular run committees with CCRM team;
  • Participate to any other ad-hoc tasks as requested by CCRM team (he/she may execute some controls in case of need (example: back-up of a controller).
  • Other tasks: RIR follow up (quarterly task), RCSA C&C organization (Annual task), HI C&C and Procedure management.

  • The Funds Execution Team ensures the execution of all orders on investment funds, in the Wealth Management (WM) business line. At the heart of the Operations HUB, it provides its expertise to numerous WM sites. The team delivers a tailor-made experience, with outstanding attention to details to all WM clients

  • The Digital Support Officer’s main mission is to provide first-level support, administration coordination and incident management for all NeoLink Platform activities applicable to the EMEA region Customers, according to the procedures in place and the services policies to ensure that Follow-the-Sun Model is accurately applied and fully granted to our clients

  • The Source to Pay (S2P) Process and project analyst is in charge of functional designing, implementing, maintaining and supporting the standard sourcing to pay solutions platform and related processes, until accounting feeding. The analyst intervenes on several System Applications and Products (SAP) platforms and modules to contribute to convergence to a unique Core model

  • Ensure functional analysis of different modules of the application in line with the sourcing to pay Core Model
