About the job
- As a team lead for our Cyber Program team in Portugal, you will integrate our Cyber Security department, working alongside the Global Program Director in Paris as well as several Cyber-maturity assessors and project management officers to control that the Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) cyber-program achieves its targets
- Your responsibility will be to manage the Cyber-Program team in Portugal, be the key point of contact for the program direction in Paris and support the monitoring of projects in situations that require higher seniority to solve
Your Main Activities Are
- Organize the team priorities and tasks to achieve the program objectives
- Manage the team lifecycle: ensure successful onboarding and clear structure for all members, optimize their activities to their strengths and to help them to develop, provide feedback, propose organization improvements, reinforce retention of key resources, participate to recruitment of new talents
- Establish strong coordination with the Cyber-program team in Paris to promote smooth collaboration and ensure expectations are well defined and understood locally
- Control that the delivery quality is aligned with the program expectations
- Build strong understanding of the project portfolio and its objectives to support the monitoring in place and help the team solve difficult situations (identify arbitration / escalation, propose solutions, among others)
- Monitor evidence collection of the projects that contribute towards compliance of frameworks, regulators or other external controllers (Second Line of Defence): help the team build structured approaches, identify risks and actively propose solution for the most complex evidence to validate
- Build coordination with the BNPP Group teams in Portugal who oversee assessing CIB maturity to facilitate the review process
- Support the Cyber-program Steering to prepare presentations to the management or to answer ad hoc requests (regulators, audits)
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or related
- At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology or similar

- People Analytics is the AI & Analytics center of expertise for HR. Our goal is to support HR teams in leveraging data to help strategically manage activities and improve employee experience. To achieve this, People Analytics use a AI & Analytics platforms for data processing, visualization and AI. - People Analytics is the data expertise center of the HR department. Its goal is to support HR teams in leveraging data to help strategically manage activities and improve employee experience. - The Ownership Verification and Record Keeping (OVRK) Private Credit Officer’s main mission is to ensure that OVRK procedures of Private Credit services are completed efficiently and in a timely manner while adhering to company quality standards
Your Main Activities Are
- Ownership Verification (OV): Verify Loan Agent notices processed against the information within the system to ensure that any notices that arrived are processed correctly; Perform, as part of the daily OV process, reconciliation of documents, such as Loan Agent Notices, Trade Packs, Initial Agreements, with database; Perform, on a semi-annual basis, for loan fund subject to OVRK, a Three-way reconciliation of client´s holdings between Loan Agents, Database and Fund Accountant; Extract reports from database, archive documentation on dedicated platform and compute the final Certification Report and send to Depositary Fiduciary Services (DFS)
- Record Keeping (RK): Reconcile client’s holdings statement with database records, analyse and update Sentry records accordingly documents/information provided by the Asset Manager; Investigate breaks by checking transactions or trades file with OV documents and confirm data consistency; Update positions record, via upload file with all transactions that have affected the position or will liaise with Asset Manager to justify the differences

- The Portugal Private Credit Center of Expertise team forms part of the wider Loan Solutions team within the Alternative Investors (AI) client line, working in collaboration with the Private Capital teams

- The Anti-Money Laundering Level 2 Officer (AML L2 Officer) performs an initial review of alerts escalated by Anti-Money Laundering Level 1 (AML L1), followed by more in-depth investigations for alerts that warrant an in-depth investigation. AML L2 Officers can make a decision either to close a case (subject to a 4-eyes review) or escalate to Anti-Money Laundering Level 3 (AML L3) Local Compliance Teams those cases which may warrant the filing of Suspicious Activity Reports or in any case indicate conduct which appears to sit outside the Group’s risk appetite
Your Main Activities Are
- Deliver a timely and efficient investigation of alerts escalated by AML L1 by ensuring alerts are correctly prioritised by order of date or risk category and by handling the alerts efficiently, working effectively with internal stakeholders to obtain all relevant information
- Conduct diligent desktop research to assess relevant data for each alert which will often include Know Your Client (KYC), payment details, account activity, clients’ counterparts’ business activity, records of counterparts’ owners and directors, location and choice of payment vehicle
- Write and think clearly and succinctly to produce cogent and incisive investigation reports. The investigation reports should allow the reader to understand the logic of the investigator’s assessment of risks, the conclusions to close or escalate the case and to easily link the investigators’ findings to the evidence collated by the investigator
- Keep updated on developments around the world and locally in the market concerned so as to make intelligent assessments in a broad range of cases whether the payment flows give reason to suspect any type of financial crime, whether this be money laundering, tax evasion, sanctions circumvention, bribery & corruption, financing of terrorist activity or other types of criminal activity
