About the job
- The Transaction Banking business concerns two fundamental business lines:
- Cash Management: all products that assist our customers with their liquidity needs (current accounts, term deposits, payments & collections, forex)
- Global Trade Solutions: all products that assist our customers with their global trade needs (letters of credit, guarantees, supply chain management, factoring)
- As Transaction Banking Chief Operating Officer (TB COO) team, we assist our different business team in multiple topics, both on daily/monthly needs as in project mode. Within the COO team we have a small team of data scientists focusing on data, who are involved in the data use cases from exploration phase up to production delivery.

Objectives
To develop and manage the service network by ensuring an optimized balance between cost efficiency, operational excellence and customer satisfaction, Arval Portugal is hiring a local Head of Aftermarket Networks.
He / She will report to the Global Operations Director, while relying on a much broader team within the organization.
Missions
The Head of Aftermarket Networks aims at the following:
· Define & deploy local strategy aligned to Corporate for aftersales service networks, channels, aftermarket sourcing, labor, spare part, tyres, …
· Work with Procurement to propose and industrialize the Arval network to maximize the revenue for Arval
· Select, animate and evaluate the Arval Network to comply with the Aftermarket Network Strategy: Arval Agreed Center, Arval Center, Arval Premium Center

Your day-to-day activities
The Head of Aftermarket Networks is responsible for the following activities:
· Drive the Aftermarket Network activity in terms of organization, sizing, setting of objectives
· Ensure convergence to Aftermarket Network TOM
· Build Arval’s strategy on spare parts (OEM vs non OEM providers) and unbundling of labor and spare parts
· Select and adjust membership of preferred network (Arval Center & Arval Premium Center) according to strict criteria
· Animate the Aftermarket Networks at both decision-making and operational levels to ensure respect of Arval’s commitments
· Identify potential suppliers and support Procurement negotiation with operational knowledge
· Work closely with the Procurement to implement and report on realistic revenue improvements
· Create relationship at highest level among suppliers’ management to ensure straight and transparent relationship
· Work closely with Head of Fleet Services and Head of Driving Experience (when applicable) to assess suppliers on the status of service quality delivered and adherence to expected cost control
· Regularly challenge Networks’ results and take actions to raise performance continuously
· Build network intelligence to adjust and fine tune local strategies (e.g. respond to fleet composition and market trends) and suggest innovative solutions
· Actively participate to Global Operations’ communities at Group level
· Support massive data collection strategy and data driven decision making
Your profile
· Tangible working experience of 3 to 5 years in automotive related areas preferably in connection to aftermarket networks
· Degree in Management, Engineering related fields will be valued
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to analyze and data driven decision making
· Good planning, KPI monitoring, time management, awareness of internal and external customer needs

Na prática, o teu dia-a-dia
A tua missão será realizar e gerir as operações diárias e controlos da atividade de Crédito de stock e wholesale, de acordo com as normas de risco dos países onde prestamos serviço e as diretrizes estabelecidas pelo manager, a fim de atingir os objetivos e prestar um serviço de qualidade aos nossos clientes.
Irás igualmente acompanhar projetos relacionados com o crédito de stock operacional no ISF e nos projetos dos nossos clientes.
Destacamos as principais responsabilidades:
- Ativar linhas de crédito no aplicativo, dependendo do que foi decidido em comité entre o Risco e a área Comercial de cada país.
- Garantir a atividade diária de gestão de linhas (contratos, registos, cancelamentos, bloqueios, modificações e set-ups, pagamentos em excesso, reembolso e em dívida) e de gestão de incidentes.
- Gerir a faturação em todas as diferentes linhas de crédito e atualização de reembolsos no iSF.
- Garantir as atividades estratégicas de Stock Finance (crédito stock e wholesale) dos países de PF, para absorção dos picos de atividade.
- Controlar diariamente a prestação de serviço aos parceiros, tendo por base o suporte especializado e industrialização de processos.
- Controlar, monitorizar, enviar e arquivar a documentação dos veículos que está depositada no SET.
- Elaborar relatórios mensais de fecho, aproveitando a solução PowerBI existente.
- Realizar as ações de otimização planeadas e respetivos testes ao nível operacional do aplicativo iSF.
- Participar em reuniões de projeto com outras áreas ou de novos projetos dos clientes.
- Solicitar os desenvolvimentos necessários do aplicativo iSF para a correta gestão da atividade.
- Cumprir os elevados padrões de qualidade e rigor dos serviços/processos, assim como os SLAs definidos com os clientes.
- Participar na harmonização de processos entre as subsidiárias do iSF, nomeadamente nos processos de revisão contínua, automatização e industrialização.
- Elaborar controles de conformidade: cálculo de encargos financeiros, informações bancárias, garantias e monitorização dos créditos vencidos.

- Acting as a point of contact between GreenStars’ Operations (BNP Paribas credit insurance company) and the Insurance Trade Management (ITM) – who represents Credit Insurance Policies and its management cash flows – the Operations Supervisor is responsible to ensure streamlining of all processes covered by the two teams
Your Main Activities Are
- Identifying synergies and rationalization in processes covered by the two teams and adapt procedures and processes accordingly

Global Securitised Products (GSP) covers several businesses, including Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) & Private Debt Financing. SPG works with corporate and institutional clients, to provide them with financing, risk transfer and capital markets access, through securitisation transactions across a range of asset classes.
SPF is a strategic activity of BNPP that sits within the Asset Financing and Securitization Platform. The team consists of professionals with experience in the financing of leveraged loan portfolios, and the warehousing, structuring, arranging and placing credit securitization transactions.
Your main activities are:
- Credit Management:
- Conduct rigorous credit analysis including fundamental analysis on leveraged borrowers, reviewing financials, transactions, and marketing documents
- Assist credit analysts in evaluating legal documents including credit agreements, bankruptcy filings, guarantee and security agreements, intercreditor agreements and indentures.
- Ensure the regular risk monitoring and maintenance of the portfolio of transactions, including
- annual reviews
- quarterly rating and capital review processes
- weekly update regarding the quality of the assets
- Monitoring of non-financial risks
