- This transformation is sponsored at the group level given the very high stakes it answers at WM level, it will ensure the sustainability of our platform for the decades to come, allow to reduce our cost to serve and improve our time to market for new products; at the Group level, it is an enabler for cross selling with other business lines such as Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), Asset Management (AM) or BNP Paribas Securities Services (BP2S)
- Beyond systems, this transformation requires deep changes in terms of front to back processes as well as mindsets and governance. Indeed, after years of customization at country level, the project aims at aligning all countries around common processes. It is a mandatory pre requisite to implement a multi entity platform
- To support its transformation journey, Wealth Management has adopted an Agile@Scale organization to support the implementation of key projects (WITT, Cube, Crystal), and to deliver continuous improvements of the products it encompasses in the long term
