- In the EMEA Finance organization, the Subject Matter Streams – Capital Markets Products (SMS-CMP) department ensure an accurate, reliable and comprehensive set of segmented financial data required for the production of all Reporting streams in relation with Capital Markets Business Lines
Your Main Activities Are
- Officer will be in charge of the production (monthly and if needed weekly and daily) and controls of the Liquidity indicators (LCR, NSFR,…) and of all Balance Sheet metrics (Leverage ratio, GSIB indicators, Single Resolution Fund,…) based on Front-Office data
- Point of contact for all Global Markets production & controls related matters (balance sheet and liquidity) for the Global Markets activities
- Report the monthly (weekly/daily) balance sheet and regulatory indicators of GM
- Develop analysis tools to assist all stakeholders in the management of liquidity and balance sheet by GBL
- Answer to any ad-hoc query from Finance, Global Markets ALMT, ALMT Head Office or Regulator (ECB)
- Support during the reconciliation process between front office and accounting data
- Production of the monthly (weekly/daily) business Balance sheet and of all liquidity / regulatory ratios
- Contribution in the monthly closing, ensuring data quality and accuracy for Finance department of the Group and CIB Management
- Documentation of all controls to be performed within Finance Department
- Follow up of the liquidity consumption with the production team of GM Resources Team members within the Front-Office team in Lisbon (daily)
- Implementation of any new regulatory reporting
- Process enhancement for both IT or operational production
- Design and implementation of tactical tools for Liquidity reports
Profile and Skills to Success
- At least 2 years of experience ideally in a finance department
- Good knowledge of financial statements and/or Global Markets products
- Fluent in English, verbal and written
- Knowledge of Financial and Management Accounting, Banking accounting, Capital Market activities and/or Financial instruments
- IT sensitivity, advanced knowledge of Ms Office Pack
- Good knowledge of accounting principles such as IFRS
- Knowledge of financial products and their accounting treatment

Como Data Protection Specialist irás coordenar e organizar iniciativas para assegurar a proteção dos dados pessoais tendo em conta a regulamentação RGPD e a estratégia definida pelo Grupo e pelo Central.
Terás como principais responsabilidades:
- Contribuir para a implementação dos princípios e regulamentação RGDP, com base na estratégia do Grupo e local, contribuindo desta forma para proteção dos dados pessoais na entidade
- Contribuir para a realização dos assessments Data
- Assegurar a existência e atualização dos ROPAS (Record of Processing Activities) existentes em PF Portugal
- Utilizar as ferramentas para a gestão do tratamento dos dados pessoais e apoia os diversos departamentos envolvidos na sua gestão e utilização.
- Assegurar o cumprimento do circuito de tratamento dos incidentes de dados pessoais (Personal Data Breaches), nomeadamente o seu registo, report e seguimento.

- The position is a Quantitative Analyst role in the Valuation Adjustments team within RISK Market & Financial Institutions (“RISK MFI”)
RISK MFI provides the Senior Management of the Group, of the RISK Function and of Corporate & Institutional Banking (“CIB”) with full transparency and dynamic analysis and monitoring of market, counterparty, liquidity risks originated and managed by CIB GM and of credit risks on Financial Institutions in order to assist them in their risk decision making and monitoring.
The RISK MFI Valuation Adjustments stream is at the core of the valuation control chain of BNPP’s trading activities. It is responsible for the valuation adjustments methodologies on Fair Value, on Prudent Value and on Independent Price Verification from their design, maintenance, implementation, regular calibration, analysis, monitoring and reporting.
The Valuation Adjustment team works within an Agile framework.
Your Main Activities Are

Integrating more data into the calibration methodologies and contributing to methodology improvements as a result.

The regular calibration of Valuation Adjustments methodologies from trading data and the analysis of financial impacts

The monthly computation, analysis, reporting and sign-off of monthly Valuation Adjustments methodology outputs and providing visibility on intra-month evolution.

Contribute to the design of new methodologies based on proper quantitative analysis using historical data and simulation.

Contribute to the development of automated solutions to improve the efficiency and reliability of the team processes, leveraging high industrialization standards from internal IT teams.

- Responsible for conducting and supporting a broad scope of HR services, throughout the whole employee life cycle in BNP Paribas. The HR Trainee will support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs/tools. Ensures Human Resource Information Systems data maintenance, and relations with HR Territory back-office in Lisbon. - The HR Tools team’s mission is to deliver flexible, customer-oriented, high quality and cost-effective HR tools and services to BNP Paribas employees and HR teams. We are part of Group HR and based in Lisbon and Brussels. We work closely together with Group HR in Paris and the HR departments in more than 70 countries. These Group HR Tools cover the following HR processes: Learning & Development, Recruitment & Mobility, Performance & Career, Global Reporting, GHR referential.
