  • The Investment Fund Services Asset Servicing Controller is responsible for performing second level controls on the activity contributing to the improvement of the quality of services

Your Main Activities Are

  • Ensure the good application of Corporate Actions announced on Securities Portfolios and in effective date
  • Analyze 2nd level Cash & Stock Reconciliation breaks (unsolved breaks received from Reconciliation Hub) and ensure its resolution

L’Italian Alerts Analyst si occupa di analizzare gli alerts ed i profili di rischio dei clienti per conto di Cardif Italy, per quanto riguarda i contratti assicurativi nell’ambito del Team. 

Dovrai assicurare che tutte le attività e richieste vengano gestite nel rispetto del quadro normativo di riferimento, delle tempistiche e delle procedure fornite. LA TUA FUTURA MISSIONE ALL’INTERNO DEL TEAM COME ALERTS ANALYST:

About the job

  • The Counterparty Risk Monitoring Officer monitors counterparty risk exposures on BNPP’s CIB clients, to ensure such risks stays within BNPP’s own risk appetite. It includes the monitoring of the positions and the analysis and reporting of exposures in excess of their limits, supporting the simulation of the impact of new trades on the counterparty risk exposure, the management of specific mis-representation of the exposure of the portfolio of clients. It involves a constant discussion with all counterparty risk management stakeholders

Your Main Activities Are

  • Monitor counterparty risk exposure of Financial Institutions and Corporates
  • Analyse the trigger of counterparty risk exposure limit excesses and share the root cause to the credit analysts, credit officers and the relevant business lines
  • When relevant, highlight transactions that breached the bank’s counterparty risk appetite and prepare the relevant warning to the front office
  • Support some pre-trade simulation alongside Front Office on exotic transactions
  • For identified transactions, perform overrides of the counterparty risk pricer using the appropriate override pre-defined methodology
  • Participate to the roll-out of counterparty risk management monitoring frameworks improvements
  • Regularly collaborate with IT and Data Analyst teams to deliver monitoring functionalities improvements

Nous sommes 50 Conseillers clientèle avec 4 Team Leader et un Manager divisés en deux périmètres:

  • Prévoyance, où nous traitons plusieurs produits d’assurance. Le but de ces assurances est de couvrir le client en cas d’aléas de la vie. Nous n’assurons pas de biens, seulement des personnes (assurance de prêt et assurance individuelle)
  • Épargne, en relation avec les assurances Vie BNP Paribas

  • The Data Quality Credit Risk Senior Officer at Oxygen Finance Services’ level to monitor the integrity and consistency of the prudential information according to BCBS239 principles, contributing to a continuous improvement of the data quality and processes

Your Main Activities Are

  • Production of several reports at Group level, such as QARC, IMR, etc.
  • Ensure the mastering of the Data Quality as defined by the Group, in alignment with regulations, policies, norms and standards
  • Production and coordination of Credit & Regulatory Reporting presentation related to Data Quality issues, with the quantification of the issues in terms of RWA

  • Ensure Data Quality methodological support and best practices deployment

About the job

  • The Documentation Drafting and Matching Analyst is responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the risk undertaken by the business lines. A wide range of products are traded by the Trading desk including Options, Swaps, Forwards, within Oil, Metals, Softs, Energy, Power and Gas and Equities. The Documentation team’s primary function is to support the Trading and Sales desks through the drafting of OTC Physical confirmations for mainly all trades dealt with counterparties

Your Main Activities Are

  • Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for all products including Swaps, Forwards, Options and Hybrid Strategies
  •  Trade review of risk booking and term sheets to ensure that they are in line prior to sending the documentation to clients
  • Monitor workflows to ensure the confirmations are prioritised accordingly and ensure the timely dispatch of confirmations
  • Meet regulators timelines targets
  • Issue post trade events notifications to clients such as exercises, restructures and partial or total terminations
  • Direct point of escalation internally on documentation and template queries
  • Daily liaison with customers on discrepancies and assist in redrafting confirmations to meet their needs
  • Solve discrepancies on incoming confirmations and manage litigations or affirmations requests from clients
  • Ensure the correct working of the matching electronic platforms
  • Maintain effective working relationships with Front office Trading and Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT and other Operational areas in London, Paris, Montreal, Singapore and globally through daily interactions
