L’Italian Alerts Analyst si occupa di analizzare gli alerts ed i profili di rischio dei clienti per conto di Cardif Italy, per quanto riguarda i contratti assicurativi nell’ambito del Team.
Dovrai assicurare che tutte le attività e richieste vengano gestite nel rispetto del quadro normativo di riferimento, delle tempistiche e delle procedure fornite. Sarai inserito all’interno del team e operarai in stretta collaborazione con la casa madre e le sue affiliate, coltivando relazioni solide fondate sulla reciproca fiducia.
LA TUA FUTURA MISSIONE ALL’INTERNO DEL TEAM COME ALERTS ANALYST:
· Garantire un’accurata analisi degli alerts e relativi hits, adottando e rispettando le procedure aziendali e tutte le fasi di analisi richieste.
· Effettuare l’analisi degli alerts (Sanctions/PEP), generati dalla piattaforma SUN, rispettando le priorità, processi e linee guida forniti dal team leader.
· Eseguire tutte le verifiche e le ricerche necessarie con lo scopo di classificare ogni hit e alert sotto la sua responsabilità. Tutte le decisioni relative agli alerts saranno documentate rispettando un formato predefinito.
· Assicurare sempre il più alto livello di servizio e qualità in ogni fase della lavorazione Analizzare le richieste di assistenza agli interventi delle officine (via telefono o via extranet) che includono:

- The Counterparty Risk Monitoring Officer monitors counterparty risk exposures on BNPP’s CIB clients, to ensure such risks stays within BNPP’s own risk appetite. It includes the monitoring of the positions and the analysis and reporting of exposures in excess of their limits, supporting the simulation of the impact of new trades on the counterparty risk exposure, the management of specific mis-representation of the exposure of the portfolio of clients. Our main activities are managing dealer warranty, extended warranty and maintenance contracts by handling authorization requests or contract management request for multiple products depending on the country and partner, all from the same platform and location.

L’équipe de Sécurité Financière (Niveau 2 de Conformité) a été créée en janvier 2022 et s’agrandit rapidement pour faire face aux enjeux de la sécurité financière de l’une des plus grandes banques mondiales. L’équipe dynamique, motivée et professionnelle s’assure que les tentatives de transactions illicites n’aboutissent pas. VOTRE FUTUR MISSION AU SEIN DE L’ÉQUIPE SECURITE FINANCIERE
- Assurer l’analyse de niveau 2 et la validation ou le refus des transactions financières escaladées par les analystes de conformité de niveau 1 ou par les équipes opérationnelles, selon les règles de délégation financière et les procédures établies
- Contribuer à alerter la hiérarchie en cas de détection d’une anomalie administrative, d’un risque opérationnel ou d’un dysfonctionnement qui pourrait affecter la qualité du service fourni au client interne comme au client final
- Assurer une attitude responsable, mature et professionnelle, via une bonne gestion du temps et des priorités et dans le respect des collègues et de la hiérarchie
EN TANT QUE NOTRE NOUVEL ANALYSTE DE SECURITE FINANCIERE, VOUS DEVREZ AVOIR
- Une bonne connaissance du domaine de la Conformité (Compliance, Financial Crimes), des principales procédures afférentes ainsi que du cadre réglementaire (une précédente expérience dans le domaine de la Conformité est valorisée)
- D’excellentes capacités organisationnelles et de solides compétences analytiques
- Une capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à délivrer les résultats tout en maintenant une haute qualité

Nous sommes 50 Conseillers clientèle avec 4 Team Leader et un Manager divisés en deux périmètres:
- Prévoyance, où nous traitons plusieurs produits d’assurance. Le but de ces assurances est de couvrir le client en cas d’aléas de la vie. Nous n’assurons pas de biens, seulement des personnes (assurance de prêt et assurance individuelle)
- Épargne, en relation avec les assurances Vie BNP Paribas
Nous excellons dans notre métier directement depuis Porto et ce, depuis 2017 !
Nos Objectifs : Dans les deux métiers, notre Centre de Relation apporte l’expertise et l’approche empathique qui sont une valeur ajoutée essentielle dans un moment clé de la vie de nos Clients !

About The Job
- The analyst will be within the Market Financing and Overlay Services (MFOS) department. He will be working with the team in charge of the Passive Currency Overlay Management (PCO) or known otherwise as “Share Class & Asset Hedging”.
- Our activity consists in:
- Production Management on behalf of our existing clients : Market data reception and analysis, hedge calculations and FOREX executions
- Management of the On Boarding process for both new prospects and existing clients, new and additional business
- Constant enhancement and upgrade of the production process through periodic launches of new functionalities
- The candidate will demonstrate technical knowledge and critical thinking in a dynamic and fast paced environment. He will be trained on the Passive Currency Overlay business activity, discovering the fund industry, while learning about our business, positioned at the heart of market finance. He will also focus on building communication skills to service clients and answer their queries.
Your Main Activities Are
Your missions will be mainly focused around the Passive Currency Overlay daily production process and client service.
- Ensure delivery of the daily production
- Control, analyse & validate the data received from clients provider (Transfer Agent, Fund Accountant)
- Launch and monitor the automated order generation process in application of the client hedging guideline
- Control spot, forwards and swap orders generated by the system and investigate in case of warning
- Follow-up on order transmission with appropriate desk; either BP2S desk as principal or client execution desk. Follow-up post execution and accurate booking in the PCO Platform
- Launch and deliver client reporting
Monitor and maintain the PCO Risk control plan
- Control client credit risk limit and liaise with client management to request limit increase when necessary
- Ensure Global all controls of PCO control framework are done in a timely and effective manner
- Participate in constant tools enhancement and renewal by maintaining macros and VBA tools
- Participate to PCO Team activity
- Participate to the different team meetings :
- Participate to the continuous training process to ensure skill sharing across the team
- Contribute to the identification of improvement areas, suggest and follow up action plan to reinforce the PCO tasks and the control framework
- Participate to the preparation of new client on boarding in relation with the structuring team.
Engaging in different transversal projects
- Projects can be diverse in terms of topic, duration or scope or skills
- Ex: FOREX Credit Risk Management, Client Reporting support, Macro tools and coding enhancements, Client service enhancement, new product implementation…
- Project selection will be done in close cooperation with your manager and will depend on your skills and areas of competence.
Client servicing
- Answer clients’ questions and requests
- Accompany PCO clients in enhancing hedging service quality
Profile and Skills to Success
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in the financial services industry and/or financial market
- Master’s degree from an Engineering school or University (preferably with a Market Finance specialization)
- Strong interest and knowledge of financial markets (Money Market, FOREX, conformity, portfolio management)
- Fluency in English, any other language is a plus
- Rigorous, dynamic and motivated candidate with good interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate critical thinking and have good writing skills
- Good knowledge of Excel, VBA/programming, Bloomberg would be a plus
