  • Reporting to the Global Head of Client Development Strategy & Analytics, the role will focus on delivering global projects and initiatives across Client Development contributing to the growth of Global Market’s franchise. Be part of our dynamic International Financial Performance Oversight (IFPO) team! Within the international markets finance perimeter, you will elaborate and optimize the financial risks management through the deployment / update of the second line of defense internal control framework, in accordance with the existing regulations and BNP Paribas Group Finance / Risk internal control guidelines.

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE IFPO TEAM

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Contribute to the efficiency of the finance activities and controls of the international entities’ finance departments, by performing check & challenge review missions, issuing recommendations and proposing action plans;
  • Coordinate and oversee the management of the Finance second line of defense teams on the international markets’ perimeter;

  • The Post Trade Breaches Investigation Analyst main mission is to monitor post trade alerts for Counterparties with no Know Your Client (KYC) processes, such as Deleted Counterparties, Do not trade Counterparties, Master, Marketer and Booking and Product Naming (PN) Breach Alerts. Your Main Activities Are

  • Perform screening on post trade alerts for deals booked with counterparties that are not compliant

  • Facilitate the E2E analysis and monitoring of KYC breaches and other breaches within the scope

  • Chief Operating Officer Office (CO3) Governance team actively manages on a daily basis all Platform transversal topics: Coordination of Territory policies and requests, Internal communication, and Platform rules
  • The team ensures that Infinity EMEA meets with the Group and Legal requirements; secures the calendar and the monitoring of transversal regular organizational affairs on a timely and efficient manner
  • It is expected to monitor and assess the key indicators of the Platform such as the customer or employee feedback or the operational workload per service

Your Main Activities Are

  • Managing the Internal Communications coming from Territory (as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC)) or Head of the Platform, ensuring all Staff and Management is aware of the guidelines and procedures to follow
  • Managing Transversal events, from New Joiners Sessions to Staff Party or Transversal Events required by the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Platform
  • Ensuring the Voice of the Customer is taken into consideration via the survey Net Promoter Score (NPS), having an action plan after the results and ensuring an action plan follow-up
  • Ensuring all staff has visibility of the Platform rules, such as managing expenses, parking allocation guidelines. This should be done with a close relationship with the Territory and upper Management, making sure the guidelines are visible and available on the SharePoint page

You will actively support the CIB CCCO (Chief Conduct and Control Officer) Central team based in Paris in all their non-financial risk management projects (risks like operational, regulatory, third party, etc.).

The Business Risk manager supports the leadership team covering transversal topics by providing the transversal coordination, data‑consolidation and analytical insight that senior management needs to set goals, plan resources and monitor performance.

Your Main Activities Are

  • The Business Risk and Permanent‑Control officer is responsible for the end‑to‑end design, implementation, maintenance and validation of the organisation’s permanent‑control framework. 
  • A core part of the role is the systematic identification, assessment and monitoring of all material business‑risk exposures. Runs comprehensive, unified risk‑assessment cycles for the assigned scope, keeps the risk register current, and briefs the Risk Committee on significant findings
  • Monitoring and reporting are carried out through the production of regular risk‑control dashboards and detailed analytical reports for senior leadership, regulators and auditors, highlighting key risk indicators and control effectiveness
