  • The Credit Risk Monitoring Specialist proficiently monitors credit risk exposures, provides analysis to facilitate decision making and is a pivotal stakeholder in credit crisis by actively contributing to solve critical situations alongside the senior risk managers
  • The Credit Risk Monitoring Specialist is the privileged point of contact for different senior stakeholders, business lines and functions across many locations and has to maintain a close interaction with Credit Risk Analysts and Credit Officers among others

Your Main Activities Are

  • Support the team to produce analysis and reporting to management on credit risk, ensuring the consistency of the information on the agreed timelines. Raise alerts in case of situation deemed sensitive and coordinate the crisis management
  • Issue the reporting summarizing the activity and provide a qualitative review of the key cases. Organize committees related to credit risk monitoring
  • Conduct controls on client’s portfolio and activity (concentration, quality of assets traded). This might include specific portfolio analysis or stress test
  • Oversee the risk metrics data quality framework in place, aiming its accuracy and remediation actions taken to solve possible issues
  • Work together with the business lines to constantly maintain and improve a proper risk framework in place
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of new frameworks in the credit risk management and to the definition of risk controls in the context of new activities and exceptional transactions
  • Disseminate the best-practices sharing team spirit culture, leading all team members on that direction
  • Be a point of contact for complex topics that require special expertise

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Responsible for managing in-payments received and allocating them to the open invoices in the system.

Au quotidien, ça donne quoi ?

En tant que VIE, vous rejoindrez l’équipe STDA et contribuerez à la mise à disposition et à la fiabilisation des données nécessaires aux exercices de stress tests et aux projections liées notamment à IFRS 9, au sein d’un environnement international et orienté data.

Votre mission s’inscrira dans un contexte Big Data, avec un accès à un écosystème Hadoop incluant Spark et Hive. Vous utiliserez DSS (Data Science Studio) comme interface utilisateur facilitant l’implémentation des pipelines ETL (Extract Transform Load) et contribuerez également à la data visualisation, avec Tableau comme outil principal. 
Vous travaillerez en partenariat étroit avec les équipes IT du Groupe sur la plateforme de stress testing, qui accompagnent l’équipe au quotidien sur les sujets d’ingénierie et de maintenance. Dans ce poste, vous intégrerez plus spécifiquement l’équipe credit risk.

Concrètement, votre responsabilité principale sera de traiter des volumes importants de données, d’en conduire l’analyse de manière approfondie, de préparer les bases utilisées pour la projection des paramètres de risque de crédit dans le cadre des stress tests, et de rendre la donnée lisible “au-delà des chiffres”. 
 Au fil de la mission, vous contribuerez à collecter la donnée et construire/maintenir des chaînes de données fiables, à intervenir sur l’ingestion, la qualité, la préparation, le nettoyage et l’analyse. Vous participerez également à la consolidation dans un cadre robuste de contrôle et d’analyse, à l’optimisation des traitements (sourcing et connexions), et au développement de dashboards dynamiques et intelligents. Enfin, vous collaborerez étroitement avec les fournisseurs de données et les utilisateurs, et apporterez des contributions spécifiques aux exercices de stress tests réglementaires et internes.

Et après ?

Cette expérience en VIE vous permettra d’acquérir une compréhension concrète et structurée de la donnée risque au cœur des dispositifs de pilotage du Groupe, dans un environnement à la fois technique (Big Data, ETL, visualisation) et fonctionnel (stress testing, projections, cadre de contrôle).

Tout au long de la mission, vous renforcerez des compétences recherchées en data engineering, data quality, analyse, outillage et collaboration transverse avec les équipes IT, data providers et utilisateurs métiers. Cette exposition constitue un socle solide pour évoluer ensuite vers des fonctions data (engineering/analytics), des rôles d’expertise autour de la donnée risque, ou des trajectoires plus larges au sein des équipes RISK/Finance du Groupe, en capitalisant sur l’expérience STFS.

Enfin, STFS a déjà eu l’opportunité de collaborer avec plusieurs VIE : cette dynamique a permis à une majorité d’entre eux de rejoindre le Groupe en poste permanent à l’issue du VIE, en fonction des opportunités et de leur parcours.

A vous de nous convaincre ! 
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un Bac+5 avec une spécialisation en data engineering, data science, informatique, mathématiques appliquées, statistiques ou systèmes d’information, acquise au sein d’une école d’ingénieurs, d’une université ou d’une école équivalente. Vous disposez d’un socle académique solide qui vous permet d’aborder des problématiques complexes de traitement et de structuration de la donnée.

Vous maîtrisez SQL et possédez une expérience significative en programmation Python, indispensable pour intervenir sur les chaînes de traitement de données, l’analyse et l’outillage. Une connaissance des principes de gestion des risques, du risk management ou des environnements réglementaires constitue un atout pour appréhender les enjeux fonctionnels liés aux stress tests.

Vous avez un fort intérêt pour la gestion et la qualité des données, ainsi que pour leur utilisation dans des dispositifs de pilotage et de projection. Rigoureux(se), fiable et doté(e) d’un bon esprit d’analyse, vous appréciez le travail en équipe et savez évoluer dans des environnements exigeants, avec des délais contraints et des interlocuteurs pluridisciplinaires.

Enfin, vous disposez de bonnes capacités de communication, à l’écrit comme à l’oral, et vous êtes à l’aise pour travailler en anglais dans un contexte international.

  • Securitised Products Group (SPG) combines all securitisation and other risk distribution activities within Global Banking– Capital Markets, and includes Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO) and Private Debt Financing and the trainee will provide support to the team in several tasks

Your Main Activities Are

  • Contribute to the Credit Management of the securitisation portfolio: transaction performance, update and review transaction risks (changes in concentrations, performance relative to triggers, compliance with covenants, etc.) 
  • Support the Origination & Structuring team on executing, closing and onboarding new transactions: Preparation of internal documentation for deal closing and booking, submission into the SPG credit workflow system and control and validate funding requests
  • Support the production of internal and external reporting for SPG such as Portfolio reporting, as per example, exposure breakdown, risk dashboard, annual reviews, etc. Will budgeting and forecasting for P&L, Capital and liquidity and also do external reporting (monthly investor and rating agency reports, other presentations as needed).

About the job
The Chief Tax Officer covers all aspects related to tax which may have an impact on any of the BNP Paribas Group entities present in Portugal (territory mandate for the 11 Portuguese entities od the group), working in respect of the Tax policies and recommendations issued by the Group Tax Department (GTD) in Paris. Naturally, the local tax team works in compliance with the Portuguese legislation, as well as with international tax law, providing support for management decisions.
  
Your Main Activities Are

  • Concerning own-account tax management contributes to the definition and respect of the Group’s tax compliance policy 
  • Interprets the provisions governing the different local taxes to which the entities of the Group – having or not a presence in Portugal – are liable
  • Contributes to identifying levers to monitor the tax base
  • Contributes to the determining of the taxable income of the Group entities in the geographical scope under his responsibility and to the review of their tax returns 
  • Prepares the files relating to these entities that are to be submitted to the Tax Coordination Committee
  • Contributes to reviewing the Group’s development projects concerning a target having a presence in the geographical scope under his responsibility
  • Concerning transfer pricing ensures the implementation of transfer pricing principles defined by the group
  • Specifies the local transfer pricing documentation requirements and verifies they are met by the Territory’s entities
  • Concerning the follow-up of tax aspects of transactions with customers advises and gives an opinion, in accordance with GTD, on new products & new activities with significant tax content within the local delegation given by Group Tax Department
