  • Territory Procurement works closely with the all business lines and BNP Paribas functions to analyse the value chain, to identify any resources or processes that the Group would strategically and economically benefit from buying, sharing or mutualizing.   • Cash Account Manager is the privileged interlocutor of clients to follow-up their cash accounts. This follow-up is taking into consideration client needs to optimise their treasury and ensuring the correct processing of their cash transactions
  • To be part of a team working towards a common goal, following procedures and work organization, Cash Account managers will have to deal with several departments and interact with different activities, providing the possibility to expand the knowledge of all team members

  • The Finance Capital Markets Products Controller mission is to ensure the reliability, sincerity, integrity and the exhaustiveness of the accounting delivered by the upstreams chains (Front to Back) and organisation (Operations – Back and Middle Office).   • Ensure the accounting control level one on a dedicated perimeter of products within your team and ensure proper justification on all accounting control, among which is reconciliation with operations data inventory and reconciliation of sensitives accounts
  • Analyse breaks and operational or financial risks, as well as monitoring and follow-up of discrepancies resolution and manage escalations to the management if needed

  • The RISK Systems is part of RISK department and its mission is to provide the bank with comprehensive IT systems to calculate market and counterparty risk capital figures using advanced methods, and to support the needs of users for risk analysis, risk reporting and the credit process
  • The successful candidate will join RISK Systems, based on Porto, to operate as Business Analyst (BA) within an Agile squad with a strong international footprint
  • The team is responsible for the full range of business analysis tasks across user-driven and regulatory projects addressing both methodological and systems aspects. The BA role is pivotal to the successful delivery of change projects providing a common dialogue and understanding between the various delivery teams involved. Furthermore, the role provides risk domain expertise to assist the project managers in their planning and tracking of projects in line with the project governance of the department

Your Main Activities Are

  • Requirements gathering and functional architecture design: Work with wide range of stakeholders (Quant teams, Risk Managers, Front Office) to understand and document business requirements, document changes to technology systems and contribute to functional architecture of software systems; Use desktop tools to extract and analyse data to understand current state and specify changes; Use diagrams to communicate different aspects of functional architecture to stakeholders 
  • Testing Strategy and Orchestration: Design and execute testing plans for solutions to validate that business requirements have been met and system performance meets expectations  
  • Transition: Work with RISK Systems Service Transition to manage the deployment of new solutions to production environments, including user on-boarding and training as well as supporting the development of operating models
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Support the management in providing analysis to help the bank respond to regulatory enquires or estimate potential cost and complexity of future software deliveries   
  • Presentation and Reporting: Generate reporting and presentations tailored to specific audiences to keep sponsors and stakeholders informed of progress

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor Degree in Mathematics / Data analytics or related
  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis or similar
  • Advanced level of English, both written and oral
  • Knowledge of Market Risk disciplines and working with IT systems
  • Communication skills, both written and oral

  • Global Markets has set up a team surveillance within its first line of defence: the Front Office Conduct Surveillance (FOCS), to meet regulatory requirements, focusing particularly on detection and prevention of breaches related to market integrity, client interests and professional ethics. The Front Office Conduct Surveillance Officer is a position with high exposure that allows development of skills in monitoring and risk management and progression in the Front Office surveillance positions within other BNP Paribas entities and specialization in a compliance function

Your Main Activities Are

  • Monitor the communications of the Front Officers of Global Markets, by processing alerts generated by the monitoring tools and escalating suspicious activities
  • Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements
  • Document and appropriately communicate the results of the monitoring and controls to parties involved
  • Proactively report to stakeholder’s behaviours or facts that could affect their control environment 
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of the surveillance system 
  • Work to improve analyses and implementation of additional types of surveillance; even the drafting of new rules or procedures.
  • Work with the 2nd line of defence, to communicate or obtain any additional information that could allow an in-depth study of potential violations of the rules of ethical behaviour
  • Provide business expertise and specialist advice when required by the 2nd line of defence for their investigations and analyses of real cases

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, in economics, banking, finance or related studies
  • Knowledge of financial markets, trading and financial products
  • Experience within front office and/or compliance or related areas will be valued (Not mandatory)
  • Communicate clearly and effectively
  • Capacity to analyse issues, synthesise findings and communicate them in an effective manner

  • The Internal Contract Management Officer supports the management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for intragroup outsourcing and shoring activities that cover the operational, financial and legal relationships between the service providers and the beneficiaries of the services
     

Your Main Activities Are

  • Manage Service Level Agreements (drafting, validation, signature, archive, and renewal processes) for intragroup outsourcing and shoring service
  • Coordinate the local service risk assessments with support functions for the insourcing of intragroup activities
