  • The KYC Data Officer’s primary focus is to gather client data and documentation to construct a Know Your Client (KYC) file to support the due diligence assessment of prospective and existing clients

Your Main Activities Are

  • Responsible for the preparation of onboarding and recertification of KYC process, such as understand the purpose of each request and explain the process to the client
  • Ensure the onboarding and recertification requests in the systems and create ownership structure and list related persons 
  • Conduct initial checks against internal data and databases to determine KYC information held within the bank and required documents to be shared with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage information and documents, particularly obtain data required according to the segment policy, collect remaining documents from the clients, perform analysis with existing documents and update systems with corresponding data analysis 
  • Ensure the validation of all the data according to internal procedures and guidelines, while ensuring due diligence regarding local requirements for multi-site clients are properly performed

  • The analyst will be responsible for delivering reliable, automated dashboard and reportings, contributing to the request of Claim Paying Ability (CPA) lines and to their monitoring and participating to all the tasks related to the credit-risk management of our pool of insurance counterparties

Your Main Activities Are

  • The dashboarding responsibilities involve designing, building and maintaining the quarterly insurance dashboard using tools such as Power BI, Qlik and SPIRIT, as well as performing the quarterly update of the Service Request Tracker (SRT) dashboard Global Banking and Corporate & Private Banking (CPB) France. The role also includes preparing and delivering dashboard presentations for specific forums, producing regular KPI reports for Top Management, Relationship Portfolio Management (RPM) front‑office teams and Risk Micro‑Finance Institutions (Risk MFIes), validating data feeds from internal systems and external insurers and resolving any inconsistencies together with the relevant stakeholders, and automating recurring reporting cycles while documenting the underlying methodology.

The role also supports the preparation of request memoranda for Credit Committees by gathering data, performing risk analysis and summarising insurer profiles. About the job

  • The Account Life Cycle Officer mission is to be one of the five Single Point of Contacts of the End to End Coordinator for Client On-boarding. Additionally, is the pivot between the involved teams in accounts opening, the client and the End to End Coordinator for Client On-boarding (new client, service extension, fund creation, offboarding, in some case third party Asset Manager (AM)), upon End to End Coordinator request. Also, perform the “business as usual”, which is additional account opening for an existing Legal Costumer Number (LCN) and existing products, upon Client request

Your Main Activities Are

  • Initiate the Life Cycle process for opening, modification and closure, while ensuring the identification of services required by the client and that will impact the accounts and the related tools. Verify the Know Your Client (KYC) requirements concerning the opening’s account and any blocking point could be coordinated with the Single Point Of Contact in charge of KYC process. Prepares and updates as necessary a checklist to collect a detailed documentation with the client
  • Manage the Life Cycle process for opening, modification and closure, by collecting the AOF (Account Opening form) and ensuring it has been properly completed; completing the ASF (Account Setup form) and any specific forms potentially required by specific teams; launching the Account Management Process in the dedicated tool; follow-up the workflow to identify any risk of blocking point that could influence the respect of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) contract as signed with the client; coordinate the actions between the different teams to issue the workflow until its ended point; and collecting the confirmation of that the setups are correctly done, especially for sensitive settings
  • Send to End to End Coordinator or client the confirmation of opening/modification of setup done and during all the process (on boarding or Business As Usual), take care to influence the progression in a positive way and reduce the negative impacts for all stakeholders, helping them to understand the aim and how to provide the best service. Additionally, compile the knowledge of the tools/products/the teams

  • The Managed Funds Services (MFS) Onboarding Manager is a key figure in guaranteeing the on time onboarding of clients and facilitates the coordination of all the involved parties is the key element for the completion of the process, ensuring the timings are met on all stakeholders. Vous rejoindrez Global Transaction Banking, l’activité de Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) dédiée aux solutions de Cash Management (gestion de liquidité : comptes courants, dépôts à terme, paiements & encaissements, change…) et de Global Trade Solutions (appui au commerce international : crédits documentaires, garanties, supply chain finance, factoring, etc.).

Au quotidien, ça donne quoi ?

Intégré·e à l’équipe COO de Transaction Banking, vous contribuerez à l’automatisation des reportings de pilotage et à la mise en valeur des données pour accélérer la prise de décision.

Concrètement, vous concevrez des prototypes de tableaux de bord et les préparerez à l’industrialisation en lien étroit avec les data analysts de l’équipe. 

Vous répondrez aux demandes de données du Top Management TB et du COO, participerez à la gouvernance de la donnée et accompagnerez les lignes métiers dans leurs usages data.
