About the job

  • The mission of a BNP Paribas Factor Commercial and Financial Assistant is to provide operational and administrative support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth execution of client onboarding, contract management and service delivery. His mission is also contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the commercial process.                                                           

Your Main Activities Are

  • Update and maintain information in the CRM system and other databases daily
  • Prepare monthly reports on sales performance, client activity and department metrics
  • Prepare credit committee proposals for the risk department
  • Work closely with the sales team to support client onboarding and follow-up processes
  • Provide the necessary administrative and operational assistance to facilitate the sales team’s goals
  • Manage the invoicing process for brokers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing contracts, managing client files and organizing departmental documentation

L’Italian Alerts Analyst si occupa di analizzare gli alerts ed i profili di rischio dei clienti per conto di Cardif Italy, per quanto riguarda i contratti assicurativi nell’ambito del Team.

  • The Finance Capital Markets Products Officer mission is to measure, control and explain the financial reporting of the Region’s entities, covering a large part of BNP Paribas Business Lines. Within the EMEA Finance organization, is also responsible for ensuring an accurate, reliable and comprehensive set of segmented financial data required for the production of all Reporting streams in relation with Capital Markets Business Lines

Na dependência hierárquica do Head of Mobility, terás por missão dirigir, impulsionar e participar no desenvolvimento da estratégia das Parcerias de Automóvel e Moto, incluindo a rede de concessionários existentes, seguindo as diretrizes estabelecidas pela área Mobility do BNP Paribas PF, com o objetivo de garantir a consecução dos objetivos quantitativos e qualitativos de produção e rentabilidade.

Terás como principais responsabilidades:

  • Garante a implementação dos eixos estratégicos definidos pela Direção Automóvel para a gestão de Marcas Automóvel e Motos (OEM), promovendo ações para a sua realização e gerindo projetos associados, sempre em articulação com as regras de risco da Empresa.
  • Assegura a boa manutenção dos Acordos OEM, bem como a prospeção e angariação denovos, de acordo com o definido na política comercial, com o intuito de desenvolver a área de que é responsável, aumentando a quota de mercado e rentabilidade.

  • Assume a responsabilidade da estratégia de produto Auto e Motos, tanto produtos financeiros (crédito, leasing e renting), crédito de stock (Wholesale,..), seguros, e de serviços Auto e Motos, bem como o lançamento de novos produtos que antecipem e respondam às necessidades de um mercado em constante mudança.
  • Analisa os indicadores de desempenho da atividade, a nível de procura e produção, transformação, rentabilidade e risco, bem como taxas de recurso de crédito, controlando os resultados, acompanhando planos ação, eventuais desvios, e negociações, sempre com espírito critico e inovador.
  • Valida as Propostas de Crédito em caso de novas linhas de crédito / Stock Financing ou de renovação de linhas se existirem para os acordos, mantendo uma gestão responsável das mesmas com os Grupos, sempre em total sintonia e parceria com a Equipa de Risco.

  • The T2S Settlement Account Manager works within the Securities Transaction Management Department and is responsible for the processing and follow up of the main processes which include pre & post settlement activities, clearing, relevant legal documentation, transaction andevent-related accounting for securities deemed in scope.   • Finance Improvement Project (FIP) Portugal is a key department within FIP community created in the context of a transformation plan to transfer progressively projects activities from Paris to Portugal by 2025
  • The IT Designers joining FIP Portugal will follow a complete integration program for 6 months  alternating periods of effective training and project activity

Your Main Activities Are

  • The IT Designer Trainee for Finance projects will assist IT Designers within the team and contribute to the implementation phase of the projects which encompasses to :
    • Analyze the requirements from Business Line or Finance (depending on the nature of the project) based on the framing note of the FIP Project Manager
    • Perform technical gap analysis and technical impact study in order to contribute to the framing note delivered by FIP Project Manager
