  • The CIB HR Communication & Communities Coordinator plays a key role in supporting global CIB & ALMT HR projects and programs through impactful communication initiatives. This position manages a portfolio of projects and global communities, driving high-impact communication actions.   • Positions in this sub-family are responsible for providing a full set of HR professional services ranging between the onboarding of new employees and the overall management of employees queries during their entire life-cycle experience at BNP Paribas.   • This position will have a specific focus on the investor protection risks. The Regulatory Permanent Control (RPC) officer will be in charge of the continuing improving the recent implemented governance ensuring full adherence of Global Markets to all applicable regulation and responsible to deploy the relevant oversight in term of Risk Identification and Assessment, Control framework, Policies and Procedures, Training and Awareness

  • Coordinating all committees that ensure continuous adherence to the laws and notably in charge of

About the Team 

  • Global Markets Regulatory Permanent Control is part of the Chief Conduct and Control Office and also operates in all regions with the primary objective of strengthening the front to end internal control set up for GM, designing the operational risk cartography and driving the operational risk regulatory capital.

The department is organized around 3 streams:

– Operational Risk Practice: contribute to protect the business, such as Profit and Loss (P&L) and reputation

– Regulatory Practice (RPC): support any regulatory requirement with a sustainable framework, in line with the dedicated Governance, Control Plan and Risk Assessment

About the team

  • The Repo Financing franchise, which is Top ranked repo house in Europe, is responsible for the secured financing and collateral optimization solutions of the bank. The Repo MAST Sales Lisbon team manages client relationships and sells the full capabilities of the desk by supporting their clients’ trading and hedging needs
  • The Repo Mast Sales Intern will be responsible for the high frequency client contact. Typically, by facing the individuals at a client whose role is primarily to source liquidity, efficient market access, pricing and execution of STIR products, namely Repo, but also other instruments such as CPs, the function of this sales role is to maximize the chance of BNP Paribas seeing, pricing and profitably executing trades.

About the Job

The team is mainly focused on our REPO and Securities Lending business, providing not only internal support to our business desks, but also to our clients. Team members have full visibility over the market and the opportunity to be in the middle of the business making decisions, dealing very closely with our sales and trading desks currently located in London and Paris with increasing business flowing from Lisbon as well. Your Main Activities Are

  • Ensure all booking queries are addressed and escalated to the Marketer or Trader when needed

About the job

  • The KYC Data Officer’s primary focus is to gather client data and documentation to construct a KYC (Know Your Client) file to support the due diligence assessment of prospective and existing clients

Your Main Activities Are

  • Responsible for the preparation of onboarding and recertification of KYC process, such as understand the purpose of each request and explain the process to the client
  • Ensure the onboarding and recertification requests in the systems and create ownership structure and list related persons
