About the job

  • The Account Receivable Officer is responsible for one or several parts of the client invoice process: from analysing and implementing the fee schedule in the invoicing tool, to producing and controlling the invoices in a dully and timely manner. About the job 

 * The Senior KYC Officer’s (SKYCO) primary focus is to act as the first level of control (1B) in reviewing, advising and validating on KYC (Know Your Client) due diligence assessment of prospective and existing clients. The SKYCO is also accountable for ensuring all relevant stakeholders sign-offs

 Your Main Activities Are
 * Perform data control and KYC file review: Validates correct data entry into the KYC tools based on the due diligence conducted and controls documentation format and content, to ensure adherence to due diligence guidelines
 * Refers to relevant team members and/or managers to highlight data inconsistency and suggest methods of resolution. In addition, identifies root causes impacting the quality and the trainings needs
 * Ensures high standard of quality in the KYC files in adherence to the bank’s policies and procedures. Additionally, acts as a subject matter expert to support KYC Due Diligence team. Implements new policies, procedures and communications from Compliance and Global Coordination and Support
 * Ensures timely escalation and owns proposed course of actions to line management to address identified risks and blocking points during such processes
 * Overviews the full client KYC file analysis, to ensure completeness and consistency before validation steps, substantiating the KYC review with a factual based-analysis
 * Ensures all processes executed during the final overview of the KYC files are delivered per predefined guidelines
 * Contribute to KPIs regarding quality (quality review including review of Compliance review results) and produce reports on the controls results performed and areas of improvement identified
 * Monitors decision and follow-up: Arranges, prepares and documents Client Acceptance Committee (CAC) towards the final approval for the KYC file. Also, coordinates CAC meeting
 * Liaises with Compliance, relationship managers and other senior stakeholders for KYC approval
* Coordinates with KYC teams in other Corporate and Institutional Banking locations in order to streamline the multisite KYC approval process for client on-boarding and recertification. Ensures the completeness of the conditions

A tua missão será realizar e gerir as operações diárias e controlos da atividade de Crédito de stock e wholesale, de acordo com as normas de risco dos países onde prestamos serviço e as diretrizes estabelecidas pelo manager, a fim de atingir os objetivos e prestar um serviço de qualidade aos nossos clientes. 

Irás igualmente acompanhar projetos relacionados com o crédito de stock operacional no ISF e nos projetos dos nossos clientes.

Destacamos as principais responsabilidades: 

  • Ativar linhas de crédito no aplicativo, dependendo do que foi decidido em comité entre o Risco e a área Comercial de cada país.
  • Garantir a atividade diária de gestão de linhas (contratos, registos, cancelamentos, bloqueios, modificações e set-ups, pagamentos em excesso, reembolso e em dívida) e de gestão de incidentes.
  • Gerir a faturação em todas as diferentes linhas de crédito e atualização de reembolsos no iSF.
  • Garantir as atividades estratégicas de Stock Finance (crédito stock e wholesale) dos países de PF, para absorção dos picos de atividade.
  • Controlar diariamente a prestação de serviço aos parceiros, tendo por base o suporte especializado e industrialização de processos.
  • Controlar, monitorizar, enviar e arquivar a documentação dos veículos que está depositada no SET.
  • Elaborar relatórios mensais de fecho, aproveitando a solução PowerBI existente. 
  • Realizar as ações de otimização planeadas e respetivos testes ao nível operacional do aplicativo iSF.
  • Participar em reuniões de projeto com outras áreas ou de novos projetos dos clientes.
  • Solicitar os desenvolvimentos necessários do aplicativo iSF para a correta gestão da atividade.
  • Cumprir os elevados padrões de qualidade e rigor dos serviços/processos, assim como os SLAs definidos com os clientes.
  • Participar na harmonização de processos entre as subsidiárias do iSF, nomeadamente nos processos de revisão contínua, automatização e industrialização.
  • Elaborar controles de conformidade: cálculo de encargos financeiros, informações bancárias, garantias e monitorização dos créditos vencidos.

About the job

  • Cash Account Manager is the privileged interlocutor of clients to follow-up their cash accounts. This follow-up is taking into consideration client needs to optimise their treasury and ensuring the correct processing of their cash transactions
  • To be part of a team working towards a common goal, following procedures and work organization, Cash Account managers will have to deal with several departments and interact with different activities, providing the possibility to expand the knowledge of all team members

Your Main Activities Are

  • Process client instructions by analysing, validating and implementing those instructions
  • Check and monitor failed instructions and provide the correct update to clients, including follow-up on client’s instructions blocked by teams working in Credit Risk
  • Identify and advise on any exceptional or irregular situations, and put in place corrective measures in line with management validation
  • Manage email inboxes, phone calls and follow-up of requests from clients or internal teams
  • Extract the relevant information from systems and perform proper reconciliation of all details, while verifying documentation received and forwarding to relevant processing team (when applicable)
