Be part of our dynamic Management Control team, where you will contribute directly to the day-to-day management of various tasks with multiple interlocutors within the Financial Production and Financial Control and Performance departments. YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE MANAGEMENT CONTROL TEAM
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Participate in the closing process and bring a critical look to the figures reported. Thus, you will ensure their consistency by carrying out the required controls and carry out the necessary analyses to monitor their evolution
- Understand how the cost part of the P&L is constructed and how operations are translated into accounting in terms of multi-standards
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the budget: production of reports, participation in budget and forecast dashboards for the management and the financial department

- The Operational and Permanent Control Senior Analyst’s mission is to operate the Control framework relating to all operational risks, including Fraud, Third Party, Conduct, Compliance, Regulatory, Information & Communication Technology risks, and others risks types
- The Operational and Permanent Control Senior Analyst is responsible for the deployment of internal policies and procedures issued by specialized independent control functions part of Risk teams (2nd Line of Defence), and for the compliance with external regulatory and supervisory requirements
Your Main Activities Are
- Identify and assess risks and controls (Risk and Control Self-Assessment) of higher complexity, by ensuring that key operational units and processes, material risks and risk mitigants are identified. Perform/drive the risk identification and assessment in liaison with independent control Functions when needed, ensuring validation by the relevant management level and consistency with the defined risk tolerance. - Document findings, recommendations and permanent control actions: Upon notification/receipt of reports, organise the follow-up of the findings and recommendations on more complex and difficult situations, either issued internally (e.g. IG supervision) or externally (external auditors, supervisors) and ensure that they are closed within due date
- Manage historical incidents with a higher complexity nature, by alerting the management and the independent control functions if needed on key incidents. Collect incidents (including impacts measurement), report and update in the incidents database, including suspected and attempted fraud cases. Analyse complex and difficult incidents in a timely manner and define, jointly with the relevant stakeholders, the correctives measures be implemented to mitigate risks. - The Finance Capital Markets Products Specialist mission is to measure, control and explain the financial reporting of the Region’s entities, covering a large part of BNP Paribas Business Lines, which encompasses research, structuring, trading and sales of equity, index and fund derivatives. About the job
- The Regulatory Officer within the Regulatory Reform and Client Communication (R2C2) mission consists in supporting new regulations’ implementation with clients and internal reach out campaigns. The Officer needs to have a critical mindset to address the forthcoming stringent regulatory deadlines and ensure CIB’s compliance with all requirements
- In addition, R2C2’s team performs regulatory maintenance activities and provides support for Tax (FATCA / AEOI), Market Integrity (MIFID II / MIFIR), OTC derivatives regulations (EMIR / CFTC), and any other relevant regulations within CEFSR mandate. - The position is a Market Risk analyst role within RISK Market & Financial Institutions (“RISK MFI”), focusing on structural and exotic risks held in the trading books of BNP Paribas Global Market
- RISK MFI provides the Senior Management of the Group, of the RISK Function and of Corporate & Institutional Banking (“CIB”) with full transparency and dynamic analysis and monitoring of market, counterparty, liquidity risks originated and managed by CIB GM and of credit risks on Financial Institutions to assist them in their risk decision making and monitoring
- The role reports into the MLR – ESTR team (Market and Liquidity Risk – Exotic & Structural Transversal Risk)
- The Market Risk analyst provides a holistic and transversal view of the structural market risks of the various activities across Global Markets. They also analyse the market risks created by the various exotic derivatives businesses of BNP Paribas notably by conducting in-depth review of the less common or hidden market, valuation or issuer risks

- The Portugal Private Credit Center of Expertise team forms part of the wider Loan Solutions team within the Alternative Investors (AI) client line, working in collaboration with the Private Capital teams
