About the job
The HR Hub Lisbon platform is a key component of the CIB Global Human Resources setup. Our mission is to support the CIB HR activities through administration roles & processes monitoring, permanent and adhoc reporting with in addition any new processes not already covered by another team. Our main challenge is to set up strong processes with high-end data quality while keeping flexible and open services for the largest set of demanding clients.
Activities of the team include:
- Headcount monitoring & reporting (ExCo Dashboard…)
- Data Management
- Systems administration (SPEAR,)
- Appraisals & 180° processes management
- Learning & Development support & reporting
- Micro Processes management (Specific Populations, JAD…)
- Data Protection
Your Main Activities Are
Will be responsible for ensuring the quality and governance of our HR Data, helping managing the CIB HR Data Dictionary, CIB HR Data Quality, CIB HR Tools Management and overseeing all HR analytical structures. This role will also contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and participate in transversal projects, including the development of new reporting tools and collaboration with other business lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Quality Framework: Maintain a robust data quality framework to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across the organization.
- CIB HR Data Dictionary Management: Maintenance of the CIB HR Data Dictionary, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurately reflects the organization’s data assets.
- HR Analytical Structure Management: Update systems with the most recent structures.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes related to data controls, restitution, and synthesis, identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing best practices.
- Transversal Projects: Participate in transversal projects, including the development of new reporting tools and collaboration with other business lines to enhance data integration and reporting capabilities.
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data quality management, data governance, data analysis, project management
Your Required skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in data governance and quality management.
