- The Team leader’s mission is to oversee and coordinate the digital marketing efforts for Centric (digital banking platform for corporate clients) and to lead the Lisbon Digital Marketing based team to optimal performance ensuring the objectives are met

Your Main Activities Are
- Plan, execute and evaluate digital marketing campaigns performance to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and making data-driven decisions
- Support the marketing team in running campaigns and creating customer journeys on Centric
- Drive the operational team on a daily basis, ensure the right allocation of resources and the successful delivery of strategic projects, particularly discuss capacity and resources to manage production, monitor volumes and quality, define and prepare KPIs to report to the management
- Supervise and participate in the Team’s operational processes, while maintaining and adapting the monitoring system
- Engage relationships with business stakeholders to understand their strategy and see how the team can support their efforts while build relationships with our business lines and IT teams to ensure our communication is aligned and the tech marketing stack is running smoothly
- Understand social media behavior so you can help create eye-catching content
- Responsible of Team Management, Recruitment, Evaluation, Career Plan and Training plan (incluing about latest digital trends and innovations), as well as development opportunities, provide coaching and contribute directly to their performance,
- Report and inform management regularly, escalating concerns, when necessary
Profile and Skills to Success
- Academic Degree in either Marketing and Communications, Business Management or other related background
- Minimum of 2 year of professional experience in team management
- Minimum of 5 year of professional experience in positions related to marketing and communication, digital marketing and/or brand communications
- Fluency in English
- Ability to manage a project
- Great decision making and analytical ability
- Capacity of a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving
- Ability to collaborate and influence with others, as well as develop and improve their skills

- The Global Banking Digital Office Marketing & Comms team provides marketing support to promote the Centric (digital banking platform for corporate clients) and its services worldwide
- The Digital Office is the brain behind our market-leading, world-renowned digital solutions, like Centric and NOA, its AI assistant.
