Your Main Activities Are

  • Create and maintain accurate reports on Client Contribution, P&L (Profit and Loss) and other metrics   
  • Develop and compile presentations for Management committees
  • Maintain accurate Sales and Trading mandates, ensuring data integrity
  • Analyze headcount files and related data   
  • Supporting Sales and Trading Management with analysis on Client Contribution, Revenues and other KPIs   
  • Identify opportunities for synergies, possible automations and improvements on current processes and methodologies  

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics or Finance   
  • Perfect fluency in English 
  • Good Excel skills (VBA/Python is a plus), with attention to detail and an analytical mind-set    
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills   
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability and agility to prioritize tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines   
  • Adaptability and proactivity    
  • Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills   

About the Team 

The FICC (Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities) Business Management team plays a key role in driving BNPP’s business development and ensuring its sound operation. As a cross-functional team positioned within the FICC Business Line, we collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including sales, traders, structurers, and senior management, to optimize the structure and organization of our Business Line.
