About the job
- The Broker Dealer Outsourcing (BDO) Custody Analyst is responsible to provide asset servicing as a post trading service and within corporate actions and income, to inform clients, according to their portfolio, of all changes their assets may be affected by as per issuer/shareholder’s decision as well as the distribution of profits and dividends, acting as an intermediary between the client investment and the market
Your Main Activities Are
- Analyze, process and report income and corporate action events
- Perform reconciliation by investigating, extracting and analyzing the relevant information from the internal systems
- Detect and analyze errors or discrepancies and/or escalate them to Team Leader
- Identify and advise on any exceptional or irregular situations and put in place corrective measures in line with management validation
- Manage email inboxes, phone calls, client’s queries and follow up requests
- Keep the procedures up to date
- Ensure completion of tasks and reflection of day work in Checklist
