Your Main Activities Are

- The Procure to Pay Middle Office (P2P MO) supports our Accounts Payable (AP) activities in the P2P MO Department. A P2P MO Analyst can develop the activity in one of the domains of the P2P MO department that comprehend One Supplier Referential (OSR), Global Master Data areas, Servicing or Supplier Relationship. The P2P MO analysts perform duties related to the Procure to Pay topics and execution transactions processed by a middle office, which provides support and other expertise to the Accounts Payable and Procurement departments. Your Main Activities Are
- In the P2P Middle Office team, the Procure to Pay Analyst responsibilities are: Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other counterparties to ensure daily operation issues such as documents treatment and settlement issues are resolved promptly; Facilitate new supplier on-boarding with internal and external parties to ensure their account are set up in a timely manner, including providing assistance on account opening documents within BNP Paribas group requirements; Undertake a daily review of requests received, which may require third parties’ actions, including accounts payable teams, Invoice Processing Digitalisation (IPD) support teams and internal clients; Support Procure to Pay implementation projects with the project team; Assist with the review and updating of operational procedures; Support periodic management reporting including team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) defined by management to control and follow the activity

- Within P2P MO Servicing: Provide analytical data to Accounts Payable team process documents. Processing the purchase requests and assist internal client whenever needed. Assist internal clients by processing the matrix update requests in OneCapp tool
- Within P2P MO Supplier Relationship: Act as primary point of contact for Procure to Pay topics for Suppliers of OneCapp entities, internal clients and for internal teams daily. Provide middle office support, including invoicing integrations, invoice treatment, invoice settlement, second level of defence on recovering amounts or documents. The individual will be expected to support the entire procure to pay process

- The Valuation Analyst position in Lisbon focuses on dealing with daily valuations which are not only a crucial element for our clients and for the bank’s risk management (via collateral) but are also the basis for prices on secondary trades
- The Valuation Analyst role isn’t about pricing clients’ requests for quote (RFQ), however, it involves a type of ad-hoc decision-making that directly impacts BNP Paribas’ (BNPP) PNL, while also demanding synthesis and optimization capabilities

- The Finance & Strategy function (F&S) ensures, for the BNP Paribas Group, the production and publication of accounting and financial management statements necessary for the management of the Group, financial and tax optimization along with the external growth strategy. Your Main Activities Are
