- BNPP Wealth Management Business Management team is looking to expand in Portugal. This is a very interesting opportunity to join the growing PIMH family as Business and Client Services officer for Business Management Department
- The role involves providing functional and operational support to Front-Office users, training them on various systems, and facilitating communication and exchange with other departments (IT, Operations, Finance). You will be responsible for incident follow-up and resolution, close collaboration with IT team will be essential to resolve technical issues. You will participate in Continuous Efficiency Improvement projects and ensure new tools and new functionalities implementation by preparing, coordinating, performing UAT and supporting user with training

Como Data Protection Specialist irás coordenar e organizar iniciativas para assegurar a proteção dos dados pessoais tendo em conta a regulamentação RGPD e a estratégia definida pelo Grupo e pelo Central.
Terás como principais responsabilidades:
- Contribuir para a implementação dos princípios e regulamentação RGDP, com base na estratégia do Grupo e local, contribuindo desta forma para proteção dos dados pessoais na entidade
- Contribuir para a realização dos assessments Data
- Assegurar a existência e atualização dos ROPAS (Record of Processing Activities) existentes em PF Portugal

- The position is a Quantitative Analyst role in the Valuation Adjustments team within RISK Market & Financial Institutions (“RISK MFI”)
RISK MFI provides the Senior Management of the Group, of the RISK Function and of Corporate & Institutional Banking (“CIB”) with full transparency and dynamic analysis and monitoring of market, counterparty, liquidity risks originated and managed by CIB GM and of credit risks on Financial Institutions in order to assist them in their risk decision making and monitoring.
The RISK MFI Valuation Adjustments stream is at the core of the valuation control chain of BNPP’s trading activities. It is responsible for the valuation adjustments methodologies on Fair Value, on Prudent Value and on Independent Price Verification from their design, maintenance, implementation, regular calibration, analysis, monitoring and reporting.
The Valuation Adjustment team works within an Agile framework.
Your Main Activities Are

Integrating more data into the calibration methodologies and contributing to methodology improvements as a result.

The regular calibration of Valuation Adjustments methodologies from trading data and the analysis of financial impacts

The monthly computation, analysis, reporting and sign-off of monthly Valuation Adjustments methodology outputs and providing visibility on intra-month evolution.

Contribute to the design of new methodologies based on proper quantitative analysis using historical data and simulation.

- Responsible for conducting and supporting a broad scope of HR services, throughout the whole employee life cycle in BNP Paribas. The HR Trainee will support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs/tools. Ensures Human Resource Information Systems data maintenance, and relations with HR Territory back-office in Lisbon. - The Senior Credit Data Analyst performs continuous data analysis on the group’s credit risk parameters and their impact on Risk Weight Assets calculation
Your Main Activities Are
- Investigate, analyze and control the calculation of Risk Weight Assets
- Monitor and explain Quarterly Variations

- Securitised Products Group (SPG) covers Asset Backed Securities (ABS), Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) and Private Debt Financing. SPG advises corporate and institutional clients providing them with financing, risk transfer and capital markets access, through securitisation transactions across a range of asset classes
- The Client Adverse Information Analyst is responsible for proactively identifying, researching, and analysing adverse information related to existing and prospective clients (both natural persons in their capacity as directors or UBOs, and legal entities). The goal is to support the bank’s risk-based approach, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and mitigate reputational, legal, and financial exposure when making decisions to approve new transactions, renew or monitor existing ones
Your Main Activities Are
- Adverse Information Screening:
- Conduct systematic screening of clients against internal watch lists, public databases, media sources, sanction lists, and adverse news feeds
- Perform name matching, entity matching, and fuzzy logic checks using internal and / or external tools to capture variations and typographical errors
- Produce periodic monitoring reports (number/materiality of alerts)
- Investigation / Analysis:
- Gather, verify, and evaluate the reliability of source documents (e.g., court rulings, regulatory filings, press articles, discussion forums)
- Assess the materiality and relevance of adverse findings
- Ensure all adverse news screening activities comply with applicable regulations and internal policies

PT Operations is a key Department within BNP Paribas Portugal Branch. Its main mission is to provide quality services and solutions to BNPP Portugal Branch clients in four intervention areas: Corporate Loans, Trade Finance, Cash Management and Accounts Opening and Maintenance
Your Main Activities Are
* Prepare notes, synthesise documents and deliver comprehensive and synthetic reports in a timely and efficient manner
* Execute the necessary daily reconciliations and controls
* Develop methodologies in order to build internal reports

* Ensure data input and quality check
