  • The Client Database Officer’s mission is to ensure the quality of the Account Referential department activity, as it is at the forefront of the operational activity and is responsible for managing and maintaining the Client Accounts Database Platforms for BNP Paribas

Your Main Activities Are

  • Ensure end-to-end account management for LCN, Cash and Securities, namely account opening, modification and account closing in Local and Global markets
  • Support the team with sensitive setups such as foreign exchange – auto-fx, derogation and exclusion – and fees
  • Communicate with Clients and Service Partners increasing the level of service and network

  • The Correspondent Banking (CBK) Transactional Analyst is in charge of the relationship with Financial institutions (essentially banks), as a 1st line of Defence (LoD 1) on business side. The activity carries significant compliance risks (involving Know your Client – KYC, sanctions, Anti-Money Laundering – AML, Combating the Financing of Terrorism – CFT) triggered by the so called “payment on behalf” risk, for the officer’s role is to monitor and control the client flows in an increasing sophisticated manner.   • The KYC Data Officer’s primary focus is to gather client data and documentation to construct a KYC (Know Your Client) file to support the due diligence assessment of prospective and existing clients

Your Main Activities Are

  • Responsible for the preparation of onboarding and recertification of KYC process, such as understand the purpose of each request and explain the process to the client
  • Ensure the onboarding and recertification requests in the systems and create ownership structure and list related persons

  •  The mission of the team is to provide cross‑functional support to Global Banking & FIC, working closely with the Head of CIB Front Office, whilst coordinating and consolidating information from Human Resources, Finance, Communications and Community Management. About the job

  • The Group lead Buyer is part of a Group Category team where he/she is responsible for optimising the Spend bases across the purchasing segments under his/her responsibility, for all BNP Paribas entities, in accordance with the Group’s rules of conduct applicable to supplier relationships. A purchasing segment may correspond either to a sub-category within a procurement category or to a portfolio of key suppliers
  • Reports to a Group Category Team Leader
  • To achieve these objectives, the Group Lead Buyer:
  • Defines a procurement strategy and action plan for his/her segment(s)
  • Oversees the implementation of the purchasing action plan within his/her segment(s) with BNP Paribas entities
  • Manages the supplier relationship within his/her segment(s)
  • Ensures the satisfaction of internal customers in terms of supplier costs, quality, deadlines and service level
  • Contributes to cross-functional purchasing actions across the categories or actions relating to the improvement of purchasing processes or tools within the group
  • Manages an expenses budget of up to several hundred million euros with a global geographical scope
  • Ensures his/her actions and strategy are in compliance with the Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy
  • Acts as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) within Procurement & Performance for certain internal customers for whom the team manages procurement activities; and, as such, is responsible on their behalf for monitoring regularly their external spend and other procurement indicators, defining appropriate procurement strategies, and preparing and chairing the procurement committees

Your Main Activities Are

  • With the support of the Group Category Manager and/or the Group Category Team Leader, heads up multi-functional teams (internal customers or stakeholders), define the procurement action plans for his/her segments and ensures their validation by the Purchasing Management Team
  • Ensures the implementation of the purchasing action plan within his/her segment(s) through BNP Paribas entities, in accordance with the Group’s rules of conduct applicable to relationships with suppliers:
  • Primarily by being personally in charge of major procurement projects
  • And by coaching/coordinating the actions of the Entity Buyers, in conjunction with the Entity CPOs
  • Supervises and monitors the supplier selection process within his/her segment(s)
  • For global procurement activities:
  • Communicates the results of his/her actions to the entities’ Purchasing teams (calls for tender, negotiations, process changes, etc.) and spends time with the entities’ Purchasing teams to facilitate the effective implementation of global supplier actions and contracts
  • Ensures and monitors the achievement and reporting of savings, in accordance with the rules of the Procurement Function within the Group relating to the calculation and reporting of procurement savings
  • Contributes to the development of the purchasing community within his/her segments
  • Contributes to cross-functional actions or projects across the categories or actions relating to the improvement of procurement processes or tools
  • Manages the supplier relationships in his/her segment(s):
  • Ensures the supplier relationship within his/her segment(s) in accordance with the Group’s rules of conduct
  • Acts as Key Supplier Manager for major key suppliers
  • Organises the delegation of local supplier relationship management to the Entity Purchasing teams, in accordance with the Group Purchasing Norms and Standards
  • Ensures the satisfaction of internal customers in terms of costs, quality, deadlines and service level, and implements corrective actions if needed
  • Monitors supplier risk, in accordance with the Applicable Procedures

About the Job

  • The Passive Currency Overlay (PCO) team’s activity consists of: production Management on behalf of our existing clients: Market data reception and analysis, hedge calculations and FOREX executions
  • Management of the onboarding process for both new prospects and existing clients, new and additional businesses
  • Constant enhancement and upgrade of the production process through periodic launches of new functionalities

  • The Supplier Risk Intern in the Procurement and Performance Services entity in Lisbon has as its main objective to assess Suppliers before and during a contractual relationship, in order to protect BNP Paribas from financial, strategic, reputational and legal risk. This involves carrying out risk analysis before and during a collaboration with any Supplier, helping the buyers in their decisions
