  • Global Securitised Products (GSP) covers several businesses, including Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) and Private Debt Financing. SPG works with corporate and institutional clients, to provide them with financing, risk transfer and capital markets access, through securitisation transactions across a range of asset classes

Your Main Activities Are

  • Credit Management of the securitisation portfolio
    1. Create and update credit memos for new and existing transactions, and participate in credit committees
    2. Monitor transaction performance, update and review quarterly performance and watchlist reports
    3. Understand and ensure compliance with evolving internal credit and rating methodologies
    4. Analyse and assess the non-financial risks associated with the transactions 
  • Portfolio Management of the securitisation portfolio
    1. Maintain portfolio reports, including exposure breakdowns, risk dashboards, budgeting and forecasting for P&L (Profit and Loss), capital, and liquidity
    2. Onboarding in new deals in portfolio monitoring platform
    3. Review and contribute to regulatory capital calculation of GSP transactions
  • Contribute to Transversal Projects
    1. Maintain and update internal policies and procedures and implement new or revised risk policies and related tools
    2. Help improve portfolio management and monitoring tools and processes, increasing the team’s productivity through automation and efficiency measures
    3. Liaise with IT and other stakeholders for improvement of AFS tools and assist in testing updated tools

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Management or Economics
  • Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience

  • The Over The Counter (OTC) Middle Office Trade Matching Analyst is in charge of trade matching activity for OTC derivatives transactions in various platforms and for monitoring the daily activity

Your Main Activities Are

  • Match of trades in different matching platforms on T0

Your Main Activities Are

  • Supervising role

About the job

  • Within Portugal International Markets Hub (PIMH), a Scrum Master organises, coordinate and facilitate the various activities to be realised by the representative users, for testing and change management, in the frame of Go Live of the program. He/She will support the representative users and squad, in adopting and adapting to AGILE ways of working, in accordance to the Agile principles, while taking into account the users skillset, Business-As-Usual (BAU) and project context

Your Main Activities Are

  • As a Scrum Master, you participate in the different projects within the scope of activity PIMH and IMH

Vous intégrerez la Direction Client au sein du département Flux financier et plus particulièrement le service Analyse des Comptes. L’activité consistera à analyser au quotidien les écritures bancaires non rapprochées afin de les apurer et produire mensuellement les rapprochements bancaires du portefeuille de comptes qui vous sera confié.   • The CBK Investigations Officer is responsible to handle, manage and follow-up claims and queries regarding cash flows across several locations. The role deals with internal clients, counterparts and cash correspondents, being also responsible for dealing with several departments with Cash Management activities

  • Provide solutions and operational/market assistance, as well as accurate and useful operational insight to internal clients and teams
