- To play an active role in the implementation of the Communications Plan, from an internal and external communications standpoint, namely activating all relevant communities, news, events and channels
Your Main Activities Are
- Develop online (BNP Paribas Portugal’s website) comprehensive and compelling content for:Institutional stakeholders, press (e.g. news releases, talking points, Q&A), and supervising relevant social media tracking, clipping and measurement and recruitment purposes, ensuring that the right corporate story, voice and messaging is applied
- Suggest content, develop and monitor BNP Paribas’ presence in the social media sphere
- Actively raise awareness and develop BNP Paribas’ brand and reputation whilst protecting it, through effective communications to key external audiences: media, clients, prospects, partners and applicants
- Plan content development, layout and production for internal communication tools (Intranet, newsletter, mass mailing etc.)

- Managing expenses and updating invoice control document

The Financial Specialist focusses on all management accounting aspects liaising if need be with central finance stakeholders and local management stakeholders. About the job
The Trader and Sales Assistant team aims to accompany the continuous enhancement of the quality of service provided to our clients, notably post-trade services. Its role is to support traders and sales in their daily tasks, in the most timely and efficient manner. The trading and Sales assistant team is the key contact for external clients but also for other BNPP functions.

- Ensure all Booking queries are addressed and escalated to the Marketer or Trader where appropriate

About the job
- The Procure to Pay Middle Office (P2P MO) supports our Accounts Payable (AP) activities in the P2P MO Department. A P2P MO Analyst can develop the activity in one of the domains of the P2P MO department that comprehend One Supplier Referential (OSR), Global Master Data areas, Servicing or Supplier Relationship. The P2P MO analysts perform duties related to the Procure to Pay topics and execution transactions processed by a middle office, which provides support and other expertise to the Accounts Payable and Procurement departments. The P2P MO Analyst shall execute the activity according to the applicable regulation, BNP Paribas’ standards and customer satisfaction, the application of the Procurement Strategy and the achievement of Savings and Customer Satisfaction targets
Your Main Activities Are
- In the P2P Middle Office team, the Procure to Pay Analyst responsibilities are: Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other counterparties to ensure daily operation issues such as documents treatment and settlement issues are resolved promptly; Facilitate new supplier on-boarding with internal and external parties to ensure their account are set up in a timely manner, including providing assistance on account opening documents within BNP Paribas group requirements; Undertake a daily review of requests received, which may require third parties’ actions, including accounts payable teams, Invoice Processing Digitalisation (IPD) support teams and internal clients; Support Procure to Pay implementation projects with the project team; Assist with the review and updating of operational procedures; Support periodic management reporting including team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) defined by management to control and follow the activity
- Within the P2P MO OSR: Maintain supplier referential data, with periodical review and quality checks to ensure high data quality in line with the BNP Paribas Group standards
- Within the P2P MO Global Master Data: Master data management and processing the needed updated of customer, suppliers, and employee master file in OneCapp tool
- Within P2P MO Servicing: Provide analytical data to Accounts Payable team process documents. Processing the purchase requests and assist internal client whenever needed. Assist internal clients by processing the matrix update requests in OneCapp tool
- Within P2P MO Supplier Relationship: Act as primary point of contact for Procure to Pay topics for Suppliers of OneCapp entities, internal clients and for internal teams daily. Provide middle office support, including invoicing integrations, invoice treatment, invoice settlement, 2nd level of defence on recovering amounts or documents. The individual will be expected to support the entire procure to pay process
