The IT Cyber & Ops team is a strategic shield, that manage IT Governance to ensure technology alignment with business goals staying compliant with all BNP requirements. The team includes IT Risk, continuity and resilience management. Proactively the team identify digital threats and builds the systems necessary to ensure operation running without any disruption. 

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN IT CYBER & OPS TEAM:

  • Defining and promoting the entity’s IT Continuity and Resilience governance
  • Managing and supervising the entity’s IT Continuity and Resilience
  • Implementing policies, reference framework, methods and tools at the entity to control IT Continuity and Resilience and Cyber Resilience risks
  • Report to the Local CIO and Head Office fundamental key status of the IT Continuity framework

  • Participar na realização da previsão dos resultados a curto e médio prazo;

About the job

  • The OVRK Private Credit Officer’s main mission is to ensure that Ownership Verification and Record Keeping (OVRK) procedures of Private Credit services are completed efficiently and in a timely manner while adhering to company quality standards

Your Main Activities Are

  • Ownership Verification (OV)
    • Verify Loan Agent notices processed against the information within the system to ensure that any notices that arrived are processed correctly
    • Perform, as part of the daily OV process, reconciliation of documents, such as Loan Agent Notices, Trade Packs, Initial Agreements, with database
    • Perform, on a semi-annual basis, for loan fund subject to OVRK, a Three-way reconciliation of client´s holdings between Loan Agents, Database and Fund Accountant
    • Extract reports from database, archive documentation on dedicated platform and compute the final Certification Report and send to Depositary Fiduciary Services (DFS)
  • Record Keeping (RK)
    • Reconcile client’s holdings statement with database records, analyse and update Sentry records accordingly documents/information provided by the Asset Manager
    • Investigate breaks by checking transactions or trades file with OV documents and confirm data consistency
    • Update positions record, via upload file with all transactions that have affected the position or will liaise with Asset Manager to justify the differences

  • The MFS Client Delivery Account Manager’s main mission is to process the Net Present Value of the portfolio of over-the-counter (OTC) and repo trades between clients and their counterparties to ensure that the clients’ exposure to their counterparties is sufficiently collateralised

Your Main Activities Are

  • Act as point of contact for clients and manage the day to day relationship between them and the bank
    • Deal with clients and stakeholders’ queries

About the job 

  • The Servicing Operational Risk Officer’s mission is to contribute to the implementation of Operational Risk & Permanent Control Framework in BNP Paribas CIB activities, by supervising 1st line of Defense through challenging the implemented control framework

Your Main Activities Are 

  • Participate and contribute to the risk community at CIB and/or Group level, sharing with other Operational Risk Officers covering other Business Lines
  • Execute correctly and timely the control plan according to the roadmap established. Contribute to added value results and comments, as well as to their effective sharing with 1LOD
  • Issue relevant Permanent Control Actions to BL/Activity 1st LOD, in strong collaboration with business and RM teams, as well as their correct and timely follow up
  • Execute correctly and timely the quality review of non significant historical incidents for the respective BL/Activity
  • Execute correctly and timely the Check & Challenge of Accounting Cross Check process executed by 1LOD for the respective Activity/BL
  • Work in direct strong coordination with RISK ORM CIB and 1st line of Defense CIB teams

Profile and Skills to Success 

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting or related
  • Up to 2 years of experience in Risk and Controls / Banking and Financial Operations or similar
  • Advanced level of English, both written and oral

In concrete terms, your daily life

  • Focuses on the challenge of connecting the gaps between the user experience, IT performance, and the business goals & results.
  • Conducts performance monitoring which helps business to assess and manage the performance of their front ends: website, home banking, apps, digital financial services subscription processes.
  • Analyses the quality and quantity metrics to help take decisions.
  • Manages external martech providers that support the role conducting webanalytics, A/B Testing and other digital tools (chatbots, click-to-call) implementations through tag managers.
  • Conducts digital conformity checks, namely cookie policy rules and personal data consent through the bank’s front-end and lists needed tasks to be implemented by IT and external providers.
