- The Documentation Drafting and Matching Analyst is responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the risk undertaken by the business lines
- The team performs a critical control role in the timely reconciliation of bookings with the confirmation and term sheet, is responsible for notifying all post trade events with clients and ensures that all issues are controlled, reported and fixed by working closely with traders, salespeople, strategists, IT and Legal, Credit and Compliance

- Set up the Fee schedule in the invoicing tool: Analyse Client Fee Schedule to ensure that all items are billable and if not, laisie with Client Line teams and check how to implement a new information flow; Implement the fees schedule in the invoicing tool (new client, new services, pricing renegociation)
- Produce the invoices in a dully and timelly manner: Issue accurate invoices and associated reports in line with the Bank procedures and the Client Service Level Agreement; Ensure deadlines are accomplished, follow-up of queries, setup creation and validation, invoice and reports sending. Keep the Team Leader informed of all delays or issues in the production; Ensure all the controls are documented and signed, including all 4 eyes checks for monthly tasks, setups and changes and inputs in xPACT; Provide the necessary support to Clients and Service Partners. Have an active role in delivering the Client Satisfaction and reducing the number of Client claims
- Contribute to the Risk awareness and monitoring process: Ensure all the documents/answers to the Control teams are provided in the respective deadlines; Guarantee incidents are logged within the deadline defined, after detection. - The Transportation Finance team is currently made of 45+ people including a Coverage Relationship & Origination team, a Transaction & Execution team and a Credit Portfolio Management Team (CPM) spread across 6 countries serving the sector client in EMEA. These teams are split across three majors, Real Estate Financing, Aviation and Shipping & Offshore. The CPM team is also cross functionally part of a broader CPM team with Export & Leasing & Alternative Structuring. Your Main Activities Are
- Based in Lisbon, the CPM Trainee will work on a pool basis closely and under the supervision of the relevant credit analysts / relationship managers, assisting the Team in the:
- Analysis of the creditworthiness of a portfolio of clients. The analysis is driven by a review of the counterparty financial analysis as well as assessment and monitoring of counterparty and credit risk
- Perform on a regular basis industry overviews and peer analysis

- The Corporate Trust Operations Officer’s main mission is to be responsible for analysing and integrating missing data in the systems, performing the consequent controls according to the procedures in place whilst ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
