- You will join the Standards and Controls (S&C) – Standards Implementation Office (SIO) team in Lisbon, and more specifically the Credit Chain Remediation and Robustness (CCRR) team in charge of remediating data quality issue for credit and financial data:

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE “DONNEES FAR” TEAM
You will participate in maintenance and development of a key Python-based tool. This tool extracts data from our accounts-management representative reporting, then transforms data to fit our format and needs, check it, and then store it in our database.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Ensure maintenance of the Python-based asset and guarantee that every reporting from out accounts-management representative can be loaded
- Participate in the development of new features for the tool
- Participate in the development of new template in the tool to extract data from new business or new accounts-management representative
- Participate in the development of new reporting in Microsoft PowerBI based on data from the python tool
- Be a force of proposal in the optimization of the Python tool and technical framework

The Digital Support/Global Administration Officer mission is to provide first level support, administration coordination and incident management for all the activities in the EMEA region, according to the procedures in place and the services policies to ensure that follow-the-sun model is applied and fully granted to our clients, for the Neolink Client Support team.
Your main responsibilities are
▪ Act as responsible but not restricted of L1 (addressing all the inbound requests received through different channels) and L2 (managing incidents that are out of scope of, as well as coordinate with L3, if required, or other different dependencies for a proper and timing resolution of the raised issues).
▪ Support onboarding process in Neolink, verifying that all the requirements are in place for client setup.
▪ Assist client on administration definitions as: profiles, roles, rights, accesses, etc. aligned with the information and details provided by different implementation teams, Client Services Managers, Relationship Managers regarding accounts’ structure and contracted products and services.
▪ Basic Neolink Client training: training (pre and post-sale) on site or via ‘web demo’ for internal and external users/Clients in NeoLink; participate in Cross Training and ensure the Knowledge transfer between the team and processes is happening on periodic basis; and training and information about new features and releases.
▪ Requests management: assist clients on their queries, issues or problems in the system and being their first support level on the region; management of administration request according to local and global procedures in order to mitigate risks and comply with internal policies and controls; escalate and liaise with Manager, L2 or other dependencies for unresolved open issues / high risk items. In case of new enhancements, escalate requirements to Paris Neolink Support Team so all the requests are centralized and requested to the central team with feedback from the business.
▪ Incident & Support Management: act as first level of investigation (issues linked to NeoLink features); management of incidents raised by the clients (i.e. unavailability, slowness, reports delay, etc.) and coordinate with internal teams for crisis management situations according to internal procedures; management of communication to client services, clients and location linked to on-going incidents; declare identified incident to Neolink L2 support and/or IT support (L3). Resolution follow-up of incident and functional impact analysis.

About the job
- Integrated within the RISK ORM Iberian Centre of Excellence (ibCoE), this position contributes to the reinforcement of the BNPP 2LoD set-up and you will have a complete and operational vision of the Group Tax processes. You will interact with the team direct stakeholders and more globally with the TAX and RISK ORM global network.
- You will report hierarchically to ibCoE and functionally to the RISK ORM Tax team, with a strong coordination/link with the Operational Risk Officers (OROs) of the Group Operational Units, Business Lines and Entities in your perimeter.
Your Main Activities Are
- Main tasks to perform include, but are not limited to:
- In coordination with Operational Risk Officers (OROs) of the Territory’s Entities and Business Lines and in line with the Operational Risk Specialist mission statement you will ensure, on your direct supervision perimeter, the robustness of the Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF) and its alignment with Group standards (cartography, deployment, follow-up, consolidation, reporting of the set-up and the risks…).
- You will advise the management in Tax operational risk assessments (new activities approvals, derogations validation, contributions to Internal Control Committees or equivalent).
- You will supervise and oversight review and challenge of the Group Operational Units, Business Lines and Entities Risk & Control Self-Assessment, the definition and the execution of second level controls, the review/challenge of Historical Incidents (HI), the follow-up of findings, recommendations, and action plans, etc.
- You will provide a methodological support, coordination and share best practices on Tax process to the Teams of the Group Operational Units, Business Lines and Entities in your perimeter.
- You will contribute to the global and consistent implementation of the second level controls throughout the Group on the tax processes perimeter.
- You will provide/contribute to the report and a transversal view of operational risks on the tax processes for your perimeter (incidents, risk assessment, control results…).
Profile and Skills to Success
- 5 years’ relevant experience in an internal control role (operational permanent controller, internal audit, etc.), ideally in the financial sector or as consultant (risk advisor, auditor, internal control, etc.).
- Good vision and relevant experience on Tax and/or Finance risk matters.
- Good interpersonal skills, you are recognized as being a good communicator. Besides, your rigor and organizational skills will allow you to carry out your mission.
- Flexibility combined with your sense of coordination, fast adaptability to change and client focus will be all assets for success in this position.

- As part RISK Operational Risk Management (RISK ORM) department of Group BNP Paribas (BNPP) and acting as the Second Line of Defense (2LoD), the RISK ORM Tax team is monitoring and managing the operational BNPP risks for Tax matters and Tax processes (Tax watch, Tax advice, Tax back-office chains treatment, Tax audits/litigations, Tax returns/payments and Tax processes related to Business activities).
