About the job

  • CO3 Governance team actively manages on a daily basis all Platform transversal topics: Coordination of Territory policies and requests, Internal communication, and Platform rules
  • The team ensures that Infinity EMEA meets with the Group and Legal requirements; secures the calendar and the monitoring of transversal regular organizational affairs on a timely and efficient manner
  • It is expected to monitor and assess the key indicators of the Platform such as the customer or employee feedback or the operational workload per service

Your Main Activities Are

  • Managing the Internal Communications coming from Territory (as a SPOC) or Head of the Platform, ensuring all Staff/Management is aware of the guidelines and procedures to follow
  •  Managing Transversal events, from New Joiners Sessions to Staff Party or Transversal Events required by the COO of the Platform

About the team

  • The Lisbon-based Structured Products Sales is part of a global sales workforce in charge of selling tailor-made investments solutions (Structured Products and Derivatives Products) to clients used to trade standardized products on a reverse inquiry mode. Within a fast-paced and stressful environment, the Sales is in charge of promoting the firm’s brand, products and services to existing clients. The range of products is very large and will include both Equities and Fixed Income underlyings. Clients, also called Distributors, are diverse as well, and may range from large financial institutions to private and retail banks as well as smaller asset managers or family offices. On top of the main mission of managing the operational day-to-day, he will also have to help the bank scale by focusing on automation and transformation projects
