- The CBK Investigations Officer is responsible to handle, manage and follow-up claims and queries regarding cash flows across several locations. The role deals with internal clients, counterparts and cash correspondents, being also responsible for dealing with several departments with Cash Management activities
Your Main Activities Are
- Provide solutions and operational/market assistance, as well as accurate and useful operational insight to internal clients and teams
- Perform Banking reconciliation
- Communicate with correspondents and counterparts
- Ensure that the investigation of any claim related to cash flows, either from clients or from counterparts, is solved within the desirable time frame, while assuring a quality support during the process
- Follow the activity closely, i.e. monitoring volumes evolution, workloads, recurring issues and present solutions as well as ideas for improvement
- Support management in all operational activity and also on the transversal projects when required
- Actively participate in all projects developed within the Department and BNP Paribas Portugal
- Monitor, report and mitigate the operational risk for all cases that the team is involved

- The Operational and Permanent Control Specialist is responsible to autonomously support the Top Management and OPC Management in managing specific strategic and transversal topics related to the entity’s Operational Risk and for co-implementing the strategy defined by the Business Line/Function for the Permanent Control

Under factoring contracts Domestic, Import and/or Export for BNP Paribas Factor Portugal and BNP Paribas Factor Spain, the Debt Collector is responsible for the recovery of debts. He/She responds to the Team Leader of the Recovery Process International. The actions carried out must consider the subsidiary’s development priorities in terms of products and markets and be carried out in a spirit of transversally with the subsidiary’s other management. The debt collector must execute his work in a responsible manner in accordance with the values and beliefs of the BNPP Group – Code of Conduct – particularly the principles of Diversity and Inclusion.

- Follow up buyers by telephone, email or other means to obtain payment of invoices;
- Qualify and analyze information obtained from buyers on reasons for non-payment;
- Controlling buyer risk by sharing information with our clients;

Your Main Activities Are
Overall point of contact for GM Americas (GMA) CICG organization on all needs related to usual course of activity (BAU)/escalations, strategy, budget, projects, improvement efforts, and regulatory engagements
