Transversal Role:
- The role is transversal in nature. Client Enablement:

Work schedule:
We are seeking a motivated professional to provide dedicated support for our United‑States operations. The successful candidate will work from our Porto office, aligning their schedule with the U.S. business day to ensure that American customers, partners, and internal colleagues receive timely and effective assistance.
The role operates on Lisbon‑based hours (GMT + 0) that correspond with U.S. working hours. In practice, the two standard shift patterns are:
- Early shift: 12:30 pm – 9:30 pm
- Late shift: 2:30 pm – 11:30 pm
These windows guarantee coverage throughout the typical U.S. workday, facilitating seamless cross‑Atlantic collaboration.
While the early shift is available, the position may regularly require assignment to the late shift.
Additionally, occasional backup shifts are expected, particularly during New York holiday periods, to maintain uninterrupted service. Candidates must therefore demonstrate flexibility for backup coverage and be prepared to adapt their schedule as business needs dictate.

- Part of Transversal Assets and ITTF organization, Referential are “reference data” shared across the group to ensure a common view of data attributes and the usage of common nomenclatures all over the Group

About the job
- The Documentation Drafting and Matching Analyst is responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the risk undertaken by the business lines. A wide range of products are traded by the Trading desk including Options, Swaps, Forwards, within Oil, Metals, Softs, Energy, Power and Gas and Equities. The Documentation team’s primary function is to support the Trading and Sales desks through the drafting of OTC Physical confirmations for mainly all trades dealt with counterparties
- The team performs a critical control role in the timely reconciliation of bookings with the confirmation and term sheet. The team is also responsible for notifying all post trade events with clients. The team ensures that all issues are controlled, reported and fixed by working closely with traders, sales people, strategists, IT and Legal, Credit and Compliance. The team is involved in process improvements with special focus on STP processing and management of risk and controls, new product initiatives and development of new business in all regions
Your Main Activities Are
- Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for all products including Swaps, Forwards, Options and Hybrid Strategies
- Trade review of risk booking and term sheets to ensure that they are in line prior to sending the documentation to clients
- Monitor workflows to ensure the confirmations are prioritised accordingly and ensure the timely dispatch of confirmations
- Meet regulators timelines targets
- Issue post trade events notifications to clients such as exercises, restructures and partial or total terminations
- Direct point of escalation internally on documentation and template queries
- Daily liaison with customers on discrepancies and assist in redrafting confirmations to meet their needs
- Solve discrepancies on incoming confirmations and manage litigations or affirmations requests from clients
