- The KYC Data Officer’s primary focus is to gather client data and documentation to construct a KYC (Know Your Client) file to support the due diligence assessment of prospective and existing clients
Your Main Activities Are
- Responsible for the preparation of onboarding and recertification of KYC process, such as understand the purpose of each request and explain the process to the client
- Ensure the onboarding and recertification requests in the systems and create ownership structure and list related persons
- Conduct initial checks against internal data and databases to determine KYC information held within the bank and required documents to be shared with clients and stakeholders
- Manage information and documents, particularly obtain data required according to the segment policy, collect remaining documents from the clients, perform analysis with existing documents and update systems with corresponding data analysis
- Ensure the validation of all the data according to internal procedures and guidelines, while ensuring due diligence regarding local requirements for multi-site clients are properly performed
Profile and Skills to Success
- Academic background in Law, Economics, Finance and Accounting or similar areas
- Up to 2 years of experience in Legal, Compliance, Banking and Financial Operations or similar role
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work effectively in a transversal environment and collaboration across different teams, departments and clients

Present in Lisbon and Porto the Global Markets Operational and Permanent Control (GM OPC) teams works to safeguard business operations by identifying risks, analyzing past incidents, and strengthening controls. We work closely with traders, managers, and risk teams to build reports, track key risk indicators, and drive continuous improvement—all the while ensuring compliance with global standards.
Your Main Activities Are
1. Risk Analysis
- Help protect profits by studying past incidents.
- Identify risks in Front Office processes (via deep dives and RSCA*) and suggest fixes.

En tant que Conseiller de recouvrement de crédit, vous travaillerez directement avec les clients du marché français pour obtenir la régularisation rapide des payement en retard, grâce au contact direct et à la négociation, afin d’atteindre les objectifs mensuels établis, en respectant la politique de l’Entreprise pour la régularisation des crédits défaillants et en assurant la qualité du traitement du client, en promouvant sa satisfaction et sa fidélisation, ainsi que la diffusion de l’image positive de l’Entreprise.
Vous aurez comme principales responsabilités :
- Utiliser tous les moyens disponibles (téléphone, canaux écrits, etc.) pour entrer en contact avec les clients, en respectant les normes de conduite. L’activité sera axée sur des campagnes d’appels (inbound et outbound) gérées par les équipes de pilotage.
- Négocier avec les clients des solutions pour régulariser leurs processus, en maintenant un niveau élevé d’exigence.
- Assurer le respect des objectifs de productivité, d’efficacité et de revenus définis dans la politique commerciale.
- Mettre à jour et maintenir à jour toutes les informations relatives aux clients dans les outils disponibles.
- Identifier, au cours de la conversation avec le client, les causes du retard de paiement et réaliser une analyse KYC complète, en proposant une solution adaptée qui vise à régulariser le processus et à éviter la récidive.
- Appliquer de manière continue les connaissances et les compétences acquises.
- Assurer le respect du client, indépendamment de la valeur économique associée, en suivant les procédures et les règles de sécurité, et en démontrant un comportement exemplaire en termes de rigueur, d’intégrité et d’exigence conformément aux valeurs de l’entreprise.
- Mener des investigations pour localiser les clients sans contact, en respectant les normes éthiques et professionnelles, ainsi que les réglementations sur le secret bancaire et le RGPD, dans le but de conclure un accord de paiement.

O OPC Expert tem como missão garantir a eficácia dos dispositivos de controlo do risco operacional e do sistema de controlo interno, realizando controlos, analisando e aplicando localmente os processos definidos pelo Grupo e atuando de maneira objetiva, através da identificação, avaliação, acompanhamento e controlo da atividade, numa primeira linha de defesa de PF Portugal.
Como OPC transversal, exerce a atividade para todo o Banco, exceto no caso das Direções IT, Financeira, Recursos Humanos e Jurídico.
Terás como principais responsabilidades:
- Assegura o cumprimento e revisão do plano anual de controlos da respetiva atividade, recolhendo amostras com o intuito de verificar o cumprimento e respeito pelos procedimentos e regras instituídas.
- Recolhe, disponibiliza amostras, executa controlos, analisa os dados e elabora relatórios das atividades realizadas no âmbito da securização e mitigação do risco operacional, propondo ações de melhoria sempre que necessário, com vista a corrigir desvios e aumentar a eficiência operacional. Assegura o acompanhamento da implementação dos planos de ação.
- Realiza, sempre que necessário, re-performance de controlos de forma a assegurar uma correta interpretação dos controlos e procedimentos pelas áreas (índice de conformidade).
- Apoia / prepara respostas aos relatórios controlos segundo nível (Compliance e ORM), em conjunto com as áreas.
- Identifica, reporta e acompanha a declaração de incidentes operacionais, assim como assegura a implementação de medidas corretivas definidas para mitigar os riscos, de acordo com os prazos previstos pelo Grupo. Participa nas investigações e quantificações dos incidentes operacionais.
- Organiza e participa nas reuniões de comité com os Responsáveis de Departamento, para apresentar, analisar e tomar decisões conjuntas sobre os resultados das ações de controlo interno.
- Acompanha a implementação e fecho das recomendações emitidas pelas entidades responsáveis pelas ações de Auditoria, Inspeção Geral e 2º linha de defesa, garantindo o seu cumprimento dentro dos prazos estipulados
- Em conjunto com os responsáveis, identifica e avalia a aplicabilidade dos riscos que constam na Taxonomia, e obtêm a justificação da quantificação dos riscos eventuais sempre que se justifique
- Prepara a informação a passar ao Management e Top Management dos riscos existentes, controlos e procedimentos que mitigam o risco e os que faltam, e quais os planos de ação que estão ou serão aplicados. Obtêm a validação por parte do Top Management ou elemento do Comex dependendo da sua área/métier.
- Contribui para a organização de comités de risco operacional e controlo permanente (TAC-NAC, Comité Controlo Interno, Comité Controlo Interno Território, entre outros).
- É o interlocutor privilegiado para os assuntos de risco operacional e controlo permanente junto do Departamento ORM e correspondentes do Central das respetivas Funções.

The Risk Management team ensures a 360º degree approach to managing the risks affecting Cardif Support, in line with the Group/Corporate framework and policies.
Our Team works every day to identify, assess, monitor and mitigate risks. To achieve it, our risk management framework ensures a level of expertise aligned with the different types of risk.
The Risk Management Team is profoundly committed to the strengthening of a risk culture, essential to managing risk and building resilience. YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN RISK MANAGEMENT TEAM:
The Compliance Controller assists the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the 1LoD compliance framework. She/he is in charge for the following responsibilities.
Transversal activities
- Contribute and support the development of an advanced risk culture
- Ensure the integration of compliance policies and frameworks into CS Transversal activities and CS local staff dealing with operations.
- Ensure the development and implementation of an adequate training and awareness plan for the relevant staff.
Specific Compliance Controller
- Support the implementation of the 1L0D Compliance framework.
- Identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Execute the mandatory compliance control plans.
- Perform the monitoring of the control results and follow-up any required action plan, including continuous improvement actions according to the outcome of the risk assessment, regulations, or other risk events (historical Incidents, control results, external events, compliance 2L0D assessments and audits).
- Alert and escalate to the relevant level of management any compliance risk incident and/or any recurring weakness.
- Provide Management support and governance by contribution to any committee on Operational risks and Permanent Control committees.
- Develop and disseminate compliance trainings targeting CS local activities.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices to foster a culture of compliance across all departments.

- The Legal Senior Manager’s mission is to provide legal advice and support to the Organization and defend its interests in legal matters, as well as assist the Manager as required
Your Main Activities Are

BNP Paribas’ RISK department is in charge of supporting the definition of the risk appetite and risk decision-making process of the Group.
RISK Global Services teams is part of RISK, and aims to transversally develop optimized resources, platforms and common services that are adding value for all of RISK. Their activities cover transversally market, counterparty, credit and liquidity related topics. They assume their responsibilities in full cooperation with either RISK Business Domains or Global Practice teams, or else with subsidiaries or branches of the corresponding RISK teams.
RISK Systems is part of RISK Global Services, and at Group level is responsible for risk capital markets IT systems. It combines development, business analysis (BA) and process reengineering skills as well as coordination support for innovation.
