- The Data Quality Credit Risk Senior Officer at Oxygen Finance Services’ level to monitor the integrity and consistency of the prudential information according to BCBS239 principles, contributing to a continuous improvement of the data quality and processes
Your Main Activities Are
- Production of several reports at Group level, such as QARC, IMR, etc.
- Ensure the mastering of the Data Quality as defined by the Group, in alignment with regulations, policies, norms and standards
- Production and coordination of Credit & Regulatory Reporting presentation related to Data Quality issues, with the quantification of the issues in terms of RWA

- Client Enablement

- Provide essential support in guaranteeing the conformity of the financing authorizations (ST or MLT), on or off balance-sheet/Capital Market lines, put in place with the credit decisions made on corporate entities (extended to Corporate lending to Financial & Institutional Counterparties). Your Main Activities Are
- Work collaboratively with Front Office, Credit Analysts, CTM MO Teams, Back offices to fulfil the missions
- Control Data conformity with the Credit Decision/Legal Documentation & Risk Data Quality: Check of the risk data (clients, facilities) input in the systems – ensures that corporate credit committee decisions are accurately recorded in credit risk systems through, at a minimum, validation of all risk data (limits, ratings, recovery rates, counterparty referential…) related to the control of risks under CDCM’s responsibility; Ensures the quality of counterparty risk information held in all relevant credit risk systems; Contributes to the identification and resolution of booking, system & other technical problems that could have an impact on the management of counterparty risk
- Formalize controls: Once conformity controls for a client have been performed, CTM CDCM issue and store results of the controls (Data conformity notice)
- Report & Alert when anomalies are detected- every time CTM CDCM detects an anomaly during its controls, it must report to the relevant stakeholders and alert them when discrepancies could have an impact on the Credit Risk
- Monitor / Follow-up on these discrepancies: Takes appropriate actions in cooperation with data owners to resolve the core source / systems issues having an adverse impact on risk data quality
- Contribute to Local & Regional WL DD committees organization.

About The Job
The Lisbon-based Structured Products Trainee is part of a global sales workforce in charge of selling Structured Products and Derivatives Products in particular to clients used to trade standardized products on a reverse inquiry mode. The mission is diverse from assisting and supporting the other front office members in their day-to-day activity to focusing on automation and transformation projects.
Your Main Activities Are
Pre-Trade Tasks
- Interact with Sales to finalize Clients’ on-boarding
- Prepare marketing documents/pitches/emails in coordination with the Sales
- Complete trade approval process with necessary channels prior to initiating trade
Post-Trade Tasks
Finalize booking of Traded deals
Interact with all of the internal stakeholders and clients regarding any traded deal
Manage a database of trades in inventory
Digitalization / Transformation
- Continuously escalate feedback and improvement ideas to increase streamlining of the workflow
- Active contribution to the development of the Bank’s tools to enhance pre-trade as well as post-trade processes and systems
- Responsible for suggesting and driving digitalization projects and implementing them in the day to day
- Help Sales Processing Client’s requests about Structured Products and Derivatives
- Price (or liaise with Structuring to price) requested products

- The Settlement Account Manager works within the Securities Transaction Management Department and is responsible for the processing and follow up of the main processes which include pre & post settlement activities, clearing, relevant legal documentation, transaction and event-related accounting for securities deemed in scope. In the scope of these activities, the Officer interacts with several internal departments, external counter parties and entities
Your Main Activities Are
- Rigorous management of the client transactions by monitoring pending/failed instructions, detecting errors/discrepancies and providing accurate information to clients either via email or phone in accordance to agreements in place

- Ensure client specificities databases and internal procedures are known and updated

The role deals with internal clients, counterparts and cash correspondents, being also responsible for dealing with several departments with Cash Management activities
Your Main Activities Are
