Nous sommes en charge de la gestion de contrats d’Assurance Vie et Retraite, de nos partenaires de BNP Paribas Cardif, et nous travaillons au sein de la BU «AEP» (Assurance Épargne Pension). Notre objectif est d’assurer une gestion opérationnelle optimale, dans l’application et le respect des procédures et des règles en place, notamment en appliquant un contrôle de premier niveau, en visant toujours la satisfaction de nos partenaires et de nos clients dans un esprit d’amélioration continue.
VOTRE FUTURE MISSION AU SEIN DE L’ÉQUIPE DE GESTION D’ACTIFS
- Contribuer à l’analyse, au traitement et au contrôle des actes de souscription et opérations d’après-vente (Assurance vie et contrats Retraite)
- Garantir l’application des règles établies en matière de qualité, de contrôle, de sécurité des opérations ainsi que de gestion des risques telles que défini dans les procédures de travail.
- Assurer un service d’excellence, en agissant de manière intègre et professionnelle dans chacune des interactions impliquant l’ensemble des acteurs de la chaîne.
- Contribuer aux projets et actions visant à favoriser la coopération assurer l’amélioration continue des niveaux de service

- The Corporate Coverage Trainee will work with the Coverage Portugal and Local Business to actively develop the franchise with an objective to increase the Business Line Revenues
Your Main Activities Are
- Support of Coverage Portugal and Local Business (Cash Management and Trade)
- Reports and statistics to Head of Team and members
- Support in the management of the clients’ portfolio, including but not limited to:
- Assist in client relationship ensuring commercial follow-up on initiatives launched
- Mailing and check on quick responses to clients
- Take an active role in preparing Know Your Client (KYC) procedures in cooperation with Relationship Manager (RM)
- Initiation and preparation of onboarding/recertification KYC processes, understanding the purpose of each client onboarding or recertification request and, if need be, explains BNP Paribas KYC process to the client liaising with the Due Diligence Team (DDT)
- Take an active role in preparing Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) assessments and Clients Action Plans in cooperation with the banker
- Organize and ensure minutes for the regular meetings and action plans with other business lines
- Ensure invites and follow-ups on internal initiatives( eg:. In-person or virtual conferences, etc.)
- Data Intelligence by helping cleaning client lists, contacts, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) lists, keeping archive of selected clients, following up on credit approvals and contracts
- Help respond to Request for Proposal (RFP) questions or proposals related to Portugal and pricing validation
- Attend, if necessary, meeting with clients and accompany them with their daily cash management business
- Prepare client pitches and commercial material and take the responsibility for following up on action points until completion
- Perform data input such as reporting, pricing, etc.
- Constantly evaluate and understand customer banking practices and trends in the market
Profile and Skills to Success
- Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics or Accounting
- Knowledge of Finance

VOTRE FUTURE MISSION AU SEIN DE L’ÉQUIPE D’OPC
L’objectif principal de l’équipe est de déployer le dispositif de contrôle permanent en appliquant les normes et standards définis par BNP Paribas Cardif. Le / La Responsable d’Equipe Contrôle Permanent coordonne et s’assure du bon fonctionnement de son / ses équipe(s) et/ou de l’activité dont il/elle a la responsabilité. Il / Elle s’assure de la sécurisation du périmètre couvert d’une bonne maîtrise des risques. Il / Elle est responsable de l’optimisation et de la veille à la cohérence du dispositif de contrôle.
VOS RESPONSABILITÉS SERONT :
- Contribuer à la maîtrise des risques des périmètres couverts par l’équipe, en lien avec les LoD2,
- Garantir un dispositif de contrôles, robuste, évolutif et cohérent sur les périmètres couverts par l’équipe,
- Garantir l’assistance et le conseil aux opérationnels en matière de contrôle permanent et de suivi des risques opérationnels,
- Garantir une supervision robuste des risques, grâce à des instances et reportings cohérents,
- Garantir la déclinaison, au sein de son équipe, la stratégie globale définie par sa direction,
- Garantir un management de proximité pour ses N-1,
- Garantir la gestion des ressources humaines en lien avec la DRH pour uniquement les collaborateurs basés au Portugal des équipes contrôle épargne et contrôle Prévoyance.

In practice, your day-to-day
- As a Data Analyst you will use data analytical and visualization techniques to solve business issues in different geographies:
- Run python-based analytical engines (direct marketing, inbound marketing, web navigation) on a regular basis;
- Collect data (internal & external) and investigate their business value through data analysis and visualization;
- Create and adapt data analysis models and tools;
- Mount, execute and automate ETL processes for extracting data (with python and SQL) to serve analytical needs;
- Develop & improve data quality controls and standardize processes and analyses;
- Ensure high quality of delivery;

Na prática, o teu dia-a-dia
Integrado/a na Direção Automóvel, serás responsável por promover o desenvolvimento da atividade Automóvel, criando valor através da conceção e lançamento de novas soluções que permitam promover o desenvolvimento e aperfeiçoamento da oferta comercial. Terás ainda a teu cargo a avaliação do futuro valor de mercado dos veículos, definindo valores residuais, a um nível de risco razoável que permita um bom posicionamento no mercado. Ajudar a garantir a oferta dos produtos Automóvel da empresa, através de uma avaliação correta dos ativos e de uma gestão dinâmica dos ativos pendentes, fará também parte da tua missão.
Terás como principais responsabilidades:
- Gerir os valores residuais, propondo grelhas de valores para validação e definindo a política local de Asset Management, de acordo com a política central.
- Valida derrogações à política de local de Asset Management, bem como de todos os contratos com valores residuais que ultrapassem limites definidos.
- Participa no desenvolvimento da atividade Automóvel em articulação com a equipa Business Development e em projetos transversais de valor acrescentado para o negócio.
- Recolhe, reporta e distribui informação em coordenação com a casa-mãe, procede à análise trimestral dos riscos de valor residual para partilha com as unidades de negócio Automóvel, Financeira, Risco e fornece às equipas centrais bases de dados consistentes com os valores residuais apurados.
- Realiza stress-tests com as metodologias definidas e garante uma análise evolutiva da gestão da carteira exposta ao risco de valor residual.
- Contribui para a criação da oferta comercial da empresa, apoiando na construção contratual dos produtos, definindo as características deste tipo de produtos, criando ofertas comerciais alinhadas com os requisitos dos parceiros (marcas e modelos de viaturas específicos) e trabalhando com as equipas locais para definição de processos de recuperação e remarketing das viaturas retomadas.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in managing control libraries, assisting with control execution, analyzing results, and supporting stakeholders in implementing action plans. Your Main Activities Are
- Support and coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups for various committees.
- Manage and communicate exchange-related requests with stakeholders (Statistics; KPIS; presentations; etc.)
- Provide regular updates, including:
- Weekly status reports on exchange enquiries to RPC’s senior management
- Support the team to produce regular reporting on the main operational risk indicators

- The Source to Pay (S2P) Process and Project Senior Analyst is in charge of functional designing, implementing, maintaining and supporting the standard sourcing to pay solutions platform and related processes, until accounting feeding. Within the Group RISK Function, the main mission of Risk CPBS (Commercial, Personal Banking & Services) is to supervise risk management for credit, counterparty, market and operational risks within the Retail Banking perimeter, which covers the local entities across Europe, to
