- As a Front‑Support Trainee you will be in the center of providing professional service to our Swiss Relationship Managers (RMs) in Switzerland and their clients. You will ensure flawless administrative and operational handling of client requests, accept and place market Reception and Transmission Orders (RTO) and support clients regarding MyWealth E-Banking queries, while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, risk awareness and client satisfaction
Your Main Activities Are
- Direct support the Swiss Front teams: Process loan creation, renewals and related Know Your Customer (KYC) data entry in the workflow system; verify and execute payments (signature checks, economic‑background validation, post‑execution controls); Manage account closures, securities‑in/out transfers, and account balance transactions; Store emails and attachments across the designated platforms and produce electronic account and portfolio statements
- Acceptance and execution of RTO: Acceptance of RTO orders from clients and RMs; Perform identification of clients; Input orders in system or trade them over phone, request validation if size requires, perform post transaction execution checks and provide execution confirmation details to clients/RM
- Be the MyWealth Ebanking hotline and auxiliary tasks expert: Own the MyWealth Helpline and dedicated support mailbox – answer directly to clients and RMs requests, resolve issues, and coordinate with specialist teams; Handle the FMS fraud‑activity tool; Contribute to MyWealth project initiatives and system tests
- Manage Insurance & Broker technical accounts roots: Interact with Life Insurances and Brokers and respond to their requests; Manage the account life cycle of Technical Account Life Insurance (TALI) accounts; Update KYC information and legal documents
- Compliance and Risk: Apply the Bank’s Code of Conduct, policies and procedures in every interaction; Identify, flag and escalate unusual or potentially non‑compliant transactions to your supervisor; In case of incident, implement correction measures and dully report it; Ensure and support the monitoring of controls, implement correction measures and apply improvement suggestions
- Operational Excellence and Teamwork: Provide backup and knowledge‑sharing to your fellow Relationship Manager Assistant team members; Keep a close relationship with your internal clients: RMs and Assistants in Switzerland; Prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KIPs); Contribute ideas for process optimization and support the implementation of corrective actions

- The trainee would share his/her time between one of the 3 teams: Markets Backoffice (MBO), Cash Transfers (CT) and Funds Execution (FE). - Within the COO of Global Banking (GB), the GB Data Office (a great team of 6 FTEs as of today) oversees the Global Banking Data Strategy to support Global Banking ambitious / objectives

About the job
- The Account Receivable Officer is responsible for one or several parts of the client invoice process: from analysing and implementing the fee schedule in the invoicing tool, to producing and controlling the invoices in a dully and timely manner. The role can be in contact with the clients, Service Partners as Client Development teams, Risk Management teams, or with the Invoice Process Management team

About the job
- The Credit & Asset Management team within AFS is hiring an analyst to support the business. The analyst will be focusing on the underlying collateral (leveraged loans issues by US issuers) of the facilities structured (more specifically the BDC Revolving Credit Facilities), and the non-financing risks faced by the business
- The analyst will develop a strong understanding of fundamental credit analysis and the US economy. The analyst will be important in the decision-making capabilities of the Structuring team in NY in regard to assets and client management. Through reading, analysis, and participation in team’s meetings, the analyst will be responsible for the dissemination of leveraged loan market insights inside BNPP. Additionally, the analyst will be critical in the management of non-financial risks for the business
Your Main Activities Are
- Portfolio Management: will maintain and feed the Portfolio Management system with daily dataset (external reports, ratings report, pricing reports…) and run report/dashboard to ensure highest data quality; Maintain transactions/portfolio static data into the Portfolio Management system and generate relevant reports covering both static and dynamic parameters; Assist the Portfolio Management activity but assisting in tracking covenants of the facilities; maintain borrowing bases and report to the structuring team on results
- Data Management: Will assist in the maintenance of the credit database, including creating new entries, updating existing entries, preparing financial models, and troubleshooting errors; Maintain and organize the deal document directory, including information sent by clients or posted on shared data sites and propose improvements and work with the vendor and ITO team to improve Portfolio Management capabilities
- Credit Management: Will conduct credit analysis such as performing fundamental analysis on leveraged borrowers, including reviewing company financials, transactions, marketing documents as well as analysing earnings & lender calls, identify key credit strengths, risks and mitigants, analyze various capital structure scenarios and conduct cash flow & valuation analysis; Assist credit analysts in evaluating legal documents including credit agreements, bankruptcy filings, guarantee and security agreements, intercreditor agreements and indentures; Update, maintain, enhance the credit platform where all the analyst notes and metrics on Loan Issuers are recorded and report on clients’ behaviour
- Reporting: Will leverage the credit database to aid in data analysis, exposure breakdowns, and internal reports; Assist with creating monthly reports to be uploaded into the credit database and run stress test scenarios and report to appropriate stakeholders
