The Risk Management team ensures a 360º degree approach to managing the risks affecting Cardif Support, in line with the Group/Corporate framework and policies.

Our Team works every day to identify, assess, monitor and mitigate risks. To achieve it, our risk management framework ensures a level of expertise aligned with the different types of risk. 

The Risk Management Team is profoundly committed to the strengthening of a risk culture, essential to managing risk and building resilience. The deployment of awareness, communication, exercise and training initiatives touching all levels of the organization contribute to leverage the exposure of Cardif Support to the evolving and compounding risk landscape. YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN RISK MANAGEMENT TEAM:

The Compliance Controller assists the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the 1LoD compliance framework. She/he is in charge for the following responsibilities.

Transversal activities

  • Contribute and support the development of an advanced risk culture
  • Ensure the integration of compliance policies and frameworks into CS Transversal activities and CS local staff dealing with operations.
  • Ensure the development and implementation of an adequate training and awareness plan for the relevant staff.

Specific Compliance Controller

  • Support the implementation of the 1L0D Compliance framework.
  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Execute the mandatory compliance control plans.
  • Perform the monitoring of the control results and follow-up any required action plan, including continuous improvement actions according to the outcome of the risk assessment, regulations, or other risk events (historical Incidents, control results, external events, compliance 2L0D assessments and audits).
  • Alert and escalate to the relevant level of management any compliance risk incident and/or any recurring weakness.
  • Provide Management support and governance by contribution to any committee on Operational risks and Permanent Control committees.
  • Develop and disseminate compliance trainings targeting CS local activities.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices to foster a culture of compliance across all departments.

  • Bachelor ‘s degree in Law, Economics, Mathematics.
  • Experience preferable in Compliance, Controls, Operations, and/or Audit.

  • The Legal Senior Manager’s mission is to provide legal advice and support to the Organization and defend its interests in legal matters, as well as assist the Manager as required

Your Main Activities Are

  • Review, negotiate, and draft contractual documentation for various types of partners and service providers

 RISK Global Services teams is part of RISK, and aims to transversally develop optimized resources, platforms and common services that are adding value for all of RISK.   • The Corporate Coverage Trainee will work with the Coverage Portugal and Local Business to actively develop the franchise with an objective to increase the Business Line Revenues

Your Main Activities Are

  • Support of Coverage Portugal and Local Business (Cash Management and Trade)
  • Reports and statistics to Head of Team and members
  • Support in the management of the clients’ portfolio, including but not limited to:
  • Assist in client relationship ensuring commercial follow-up on initiatives launched
  • Mailing and check on quick responses to clients
  • Take an active role in preparing Know Your Client (KYC) procedures in cooperation with Relationship Manager (RM)
  • Initiation and preparation of onboarding/recertification KYC processes, understanding the purpose of each client onboarding or recertification request and, if need be, explains BNP Paribas KYC process to the client liaising with the Due Diligence Team (DDT)

In practice, your day-to-day

  • As a Data Analyst you will use data analytical and visualization techniques to solve business issues in different geographies:
    1. Run python-based analytical engines (direct marketing, inbound marketing, web navigation) on a regular basis;
    2. Collect data (internal & external) and investigate their business value through data analysis and visualization;
    3. Create and adapt data analysis models and tools;
    4. Mount, execute and automate ETL processes for extracting data (with python and SQL) to serve analytical needs;

Do you have…

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field;
  • Strong programming skills in Python (pandas, etc);
  • Practical knowledge in data analysis, applied mathematics, and statistics;
  • Fluency in oral and written English;
  • Knowledge of relational databases such as vertica, oracle, sqlserver;

Integrado/a na Direção Automóvel, serás responsável por promover o desenvolvimento da atividade Automóvel, criando valor através da conceção e lançamento de novas soluções que permitam promover o desenvolvimento e aperfeiçoamento da oferta comercial. Terás ainda a teu cargo a avaliação do futuro valor de mercado dos veículos, definindo valores residuais, a um nível de risco razoável que permita um bom posicionamento no mercado. Ajudar a garantir a oferta dos produtos Automóvel da empresa, através de uma avaliação correta dos ativos e de uma gestão dinâmica dos ativos pendentes, fará também parte da tua missão. 

Terás como principais responsabilidades: 

  

  • Gerir os valores residuais, propondo grelhas de valores para validação e definindo a política local de Asset Management, de acordo com a política central. 
  • Valida derrogações à política de local de Asset Management, bem como de todos os contratos com valores residuais que ultrapassem limites definidos.
  • Participa no desenvolvimento da atividade Automóvel em articulação com a equipa Business Development e em projetos transversais de valor acrescentado para o negócio. 
  • Recolhe, reporta e distribui informação em coordenação com a casa-mãe, procede à análise trimestral dos riscos de valor residual para partilha com as unidades de negócio Automóvel, Financeira, Risco e fornece às equipas centrais bases de dados consistentes com os valores residuais apurados. 
  • Realiza stress-tests com as metodologias definidas e garante uma análise evolutiva da gestão da carteira exposta ao risco de valor residual. 
  • Contribui para a criação da oferta comercial da empresa, apoiando na construção contratual dos produtos, definindo as características deste tipo de produtos, criando ofertas comerciais alinhadas com os requisitos dos parceiros (marcas e modelos de viaturas específicos) e trabalhando com as equipas locais para definição de processos de recuperação e remarketing das viaturas retomadas.

About the job

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in managing control libraries, assisting with control execution, analyzing results, and supporting stakeholders in implementing action plans. Your Main Activities Are

  • Support and coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups for various committees.
