  • We are looking for a Tribe Scrum Master (RTE) with strong Agile mindset who showcases servant leadership and coaching when operating an Agile Release Train (ART)
  • The ideal candidate would have solid experience in scaling Lean and Agile practices and would understand the challenges associated with facilitating and continuously aligning a large development programme
  • We are looking for someone to interact with various levels of the organisation, facilitate ART events and processes, assist the teams in delivering value, and handle ART level budget. Would work with Product Management and Solution Architects to ensure strategy and execution stay aligned and work closely with any additional department setup like Agile Delivery or Release Management Office
  • The Tribe Scrum Master must have a continuous improvement mindset, promote a culture of change and foster collaboration in a diverse and multi-location ART formed less than 2 years ago. (S)he will also be working with various Community of Practices such as S.M., P.O., DevOps and Architect

Your Main Activities Are

  • The Tribe Scrum Master will be responsible for
  • Managing and optimising flow of value through the Agile Release Train using appropriate tools
  • Communicating and establishing the annual calendars for Program Increments (PI)s and iterations
  • Facilitating PI planning events
  • Summarising team PIs into Program PI Objectives. And, publish them for transparency and visibility
  • Assisting in tracking capabilities and execution of features
  • Guidance in economical decision making
  • Coaching leaders, scrum masters and teams in Lean-Agile mindsets and practices.
  • Helping dependencies and risk management
  • Escalating and tracking impediments
  • Offering inputs on resourcing to address crucial bottlenecks
  • Encouraging culture of collaboration between teams
  • Working with Product Owners, Product and Solution Management, and stakeholders for ensuring strategy and execution alignments
  • Improving the flow of value through value streams by assessing and improving the practices related to DevOps
  • Continuous improvements in the ART

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology and Computer Science or related
  • At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology or similar

  • The Administrative Assistant role is to ensure high-quality support to Executives, Senior Managers and Teams based across BNP Paribas’s locations, in achieving their strategic objectives by dealing with administrative tasks. Como Product Owner a tua missão será gerir o produto ou subproduto da tua squad dentro da Tribo Data, assim como garantir a maximização do valor do produto para o Cliente / Colaborador de forma sustentável e numa perspetiva de melhoria contínua.

As suas principais responsabilidades são: 

  • Ser responsável pela gestão do backlog do produto da Squad (Features/Stories);
  • Fornecer à Squad a visão do produto, antecipando as necessidades dos clientes/colaboradores e as evoluções de mercado, para que a sua atuação se reflita positivamente no time-to-market;
  • Conceber as Stories/Features do Produto, assegurando a sua apropriação e a sua compreensão pela equipa para permitir uma entrega rápida e de qualidade;
  • Fazer a gestão do produto priorizando as Stories/Features do backlog para os próximos Sprints, adotando um método de priorização baseado em valor estimado, para suprir as necessidades de alteração/construção, execução e manutenção do produto.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Ensure that the French and IFRS France controls are produced and delivered on time to Cardif Management and Finance Control teams, in compliance with applicable regulations and standards,
  • Perform analytical reviews to monitor and continuously improve the control processes implemented in France,
  • Act as the liaison between Production and Finance Control teams,

Systematic Strategies and Hybrids team is in charge of the modelization, new developments and support in pricing library for the publication of global markets systematic strategies, complex structured underlyings trading desk, new transactions by solution structuring team.   • The Passive Currency Overlay (PCO) team’s activity consists of Production Management on behalf of our existing clients: Market data reception and analysis, hedge calculations and FOREX executions
  • Management of the onboarding process for both new prospects and existing clients, new and additional businesses

  • The Referential Client Administration Analyst’s main mission is to audit and validate all new Entities on-boarded in the Central Referential System (CRDS) and guarantee the quality and the integrity of all the data stored in the Referential CRDS and managing, analysing and coordinating Client off-boarding due to end of relation, Mergers and Acquisitions and Liquidations impacting the life Cycle of a Client within the Bank
