About the job
- Within the 2S IT Production, in Next Gen Production transformation team, the Project Management Officer – Lean Coach will be integrated into a multidisciplinary transformation team, working in project mode, on the Service Reliability Engineering (SRE) Transformation Stream
- The Project Management Officer – Lean Coach will contribute to the implementation of 2S IT Production’s worldwide SRE model and will spread SRE expertise across locations: Paris, Chennai, Lisbon. In pair with a Lead SRE, they will support managers in the recruitment of SREs, the curation and animation of training courses, the personalized coaching of SREs and managers (Subdomain Managers, Local Management) on the field, the passing on of practices and the evaluation of their application
Your Main Activities Are
- Participate to the selection of SREs in the organization: work on candidates SRE identification with management, administer skills evaluation tests, give feedback to managers
- Train SREs and their managers on SRE practices. Assess skill acquisition
- Once the SREs are integrated in a promotion, the SRE Transformation Coach, in pair with a lead SRE, will be assigned to the coaching and support of one to several SREs (and their managers) in the promotion:
- transmit an SRE mindset based on Agile and SRE approaches
- be on the field on a daily basis with the SRE (1 to 1 meetings) to identify areas for improvement on the IT production of the application
- support the SRE and management on the implementation of solutions so that the SRE increases its skills, evaluate the increase of the practice’s maturity
- prepare demos and feedbacks to senior management on the achievements
- Co-construct the transformation strategy and the support plan by participating in workshops, brainstorming with the transformation team and producing training content, communication and frameworks materials
- Communicate with and support all hierarchical levels and different stakeholders who belong to different business lines, like Production, Developers, Business, Users, Security
Profile and Skills to Success
- Master’s degree in Business Management or related
- At least 3 years of experience as Consultant / Agile Coach / Scrum Master or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology or similar
- Advanced level of English, both written and oral
- Active listening
