The Tribe Prévoyance delivers information technologies systems services to BNP Paribas Cardif Protection business lines.
Either in policies production and claims processing, coping with Cardif partners we aim to enhance insurance services quality and customer experience through streamlined processes and integrated solutions. “Customer’s insurance made easy”.
The Prévoyance team in Portugal has several tech leads dedicated to Run Analysis activities, as incident management, problem fixing, users generic requests attendance.
Today we are looking for a strategic Project Management Officer to support the Core Team from IT Prévoyance Tribe, namely our Program “Ambition Prévoyance”.
YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE PRÉVOYANCE TRIBE TEAM:
- Assist project managers in the preparation of Investment Committees and in particular the consumption monitoring, alert in the event of an anomaly.
- Manage the Tribe’s Capacity Plan by checking the load plans entered in the Clarity tool and correcting any inconsistencies with the Chapter Leaders if necessary.
- Track and control fixed priced services as well as hardware and software costs.
- Production of reporting on budget consumption, delivery and reporting on projects (status report, progress point).
- Monitor the Tribe’s budget on all its costs and provide monitoring of its progress for the various monitoring stakeholders.
- Lead the financial processes associated with the Group Major Program Committee, prepare, and carry out the various works leading the production of business cases.
READY TO MAKE AN IMPACT? HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- At least 5 years of experience as Project Management Officer preferably in the Insurance sector;
- Fluency in French mandatory (C1 level minimum);
- Knowledge on interchanging data between several systems (basic ETL);
- Ability to support the Tribe on budgetary and project monitoring aspects;
- Strong analytical skills.
